This modern marvel of technology fits snugly as a headset over most people's heads, and an extendable antenna allows communication over long distances to keep troops in line... or simply as a personal communication device. Only requiring the barest whisper and a slight change in a dial on the side to choose a channel to send the message to, these communication devices are spread throughout the soldiers of the Heart Empire, making it easy to have backup when necessary. Within the Heart Empire, or anywhere that a booster has been set up (such as active warzones, or the trains that pass through the Heart Empire), the range is theoretically infinite. Outside of the bounds of the boosters, they are still able to communicate effectively up to 500m away.

Sorry for the wait Nick. I have two prices for you depending on how you want to do it --

• For a mechanical radio, as written above, it's a flat cost of 75 ryo. This could be used by anyone and does not need chakra to operate.
• For a radio that uses something akin to the "Link" archive fuuinjutsu, the cost is 27 ryo (base cost of ~3 ryo for a random item, plus 4*6=24 for a C-rank jutsu). This radio would have a small fuuinjutsu seal on it and would need to be activated using chakra to communicate.

This is simple enough that it can be 1/1'd once you let us know which type you'd like to use

Thanks guys. It was written to be mechanical with no cost to activate, so that's the one we'll go with.

75*0.7=52.5(53) Ryo to be deducted from Fuhen, adding 75 to the coffers, and immediately being spent on the radio.
