As we discussed in Discord, due to Hanako, unfortunately, becoming a village nin again she cannot claim perks without ranking up and since she claimed the perk from ranking up to C-Rank MN as there's no one or organization to deny the rank increase, she'd be eligible for her next perks upon ranking up to sp. jounin and jounin.
