Adding it to my new Aisu instead of Hatsu, as he is going to be my focus from now on. I updated the description of the gauntlets, and made it based on the wielder's control stat.

Frostweaver’s Gauntlets
Crafted with the discerning Aisu in mind, these gauntlets boast a simple yet elegant design. Fashioned from silver-plated material, they envelop the hands, wrists, and partially extend over the forearms. When chakra is channeled into the gauntlets, a mesmerizing aura of Hyouton chakra emanates, creating a ten-meter diameter field around the wearer. Furthermore, these gauntlets infuse any held weapon with Hyouton chakra upon activation, allowing the wielder to imbue their strikes with the chilling power of Hyouton upon contact. The strength of the Hyouton aura, and the Hyouton chakra channeled into weapons is set at 18 [Control].
