The robe is made out of a special type of weave, giving it 10 strength, and making it an incredibly effective armor as well, ensuring protection, anonymity, mobility, and uniformity all put into one.[/spoiler]

[b]Intent of Outpost:[/b] Literally, "Village hidden by the people" as it's technically visible but completely restricted to access to the regular citizens, thus being obscured and "hidden" by the surrounding people. The village is only accessible to those that have clearance to pass, which is the most promising, loyal, or other highly valuable qualifiers are allowed, Seeing as an absolute necessity to keep certain high-valued information, equipment, or individuals safe. This section is located and walled off by being built lower altitude but with massive walls, due to the dugout, it allows for parts of the river to be turned into a free-flowing waterfall of the natural rivers and allows them access to aqueducts and water irrigation systems. The walls are constantly patrolled and observed for anyone flying above the restricted zone, and will be shot down if they are unidentified, essentially making the village a "no-fly zone"

[b]Intent of Outpost:[/b] Primarily designed as a covert training facility where soldiers train to become a killing machine, appearing bi it also acts as an area from where soldiers can be deployed at any moment should an invasion occur. However, Blackpoint is an intelligently designed miniature military built on top of old ruins from years gone. After designing new and reinforcing old intact buildings and structures and of course, building new ones when necessary which means they have everything needed in order to function as such. Training areas, mess halls sleeping areas it has everything even an extremely protected prison area for high-value targets that need to be held in top-secret areas.

Once this defensive jutsu is activated it will flood the endless tunnels in Blackpoint and cause the walls to close in at 50 Strenght and Speed, crushing anyone within the mazelike entrance, there are secret nooks and crannies where most Blackpoint agents can hide while the walls close in, entombing them. Those within the outpost are spared from this crushing ordeals

I'm gonna have to say that you can't make the durability adjust depending on the wearer, it needs to be a static number. Also does this armor apply the defensive bonus? If so you're going to need to pay extra for that.

What I mean is that the standard pricing is for the 50 but if someone has like let's say below 33 strength so they can adjust the strength personally too suit them so that it's usable for them personally. Don't all armor come with the defensive bonus off rip? So I assume yes and how much?

I know onu has said it before but I'm reiterating it: even if your leader of a village has another village's secrets (tatsuo has kuuton let's say) you cannot use that one person to make equipment for an org page.

My current understanding is that Enzaragi cannot directly be a Kouton donor to armour given to the entire org/country, because that would mean he as a single person is personally providing chakra to equipment that could theoretically be mass produced thousands of times to equip a whole nation/military. There are two routes to achieve what you're doing here:

1) Instead of making it organisation equipment, Enzaragi could personally have it crafted to give to a specific individual (and repeat as necessary, e.g. if you only care about a handul of actual PC's getting it). The recipients would have to pay for it like regular crafted equipment purchases and it all happens outside of the Org.

2) Enzaragi, once formalised as Hitokage, can access the Chakra Library and learn the secret [*Butsudan] technique there. He can use this to turn his kouton affinity into a village scroll (or equivalent) for CC, allowing anyone in CC to learn and use it. This would then provide enough "background donor sources" to equip the entire org with kouton armour.

It was a mod for SOF and people had donated enough for the armor previously so I linked the rest of the characters that would get the armor since I can't just take their code and link.

So see it as a SOF with some extra jutsu to be added to Enzaragi. But because of the current situation they can't be added anyway so might as well edit Enza out of the situation.
