After doing the needed hand seals, the user gathers wind around their feet. Then, the user will use the wind to blast them from the ground, enabling them to leap into the air an extra 10 meters at [Control] speed. The Fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.
*Fuuton • Wind Skating
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their ability to translate force (-3 Strength). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user covers a projectile they are holding in fuuton empowered wind. Then, when the weapon has been thrown as normal, the user is able to change it's direction by up to 90 degrees once with no drop in momentum on the projectiles part. This technique only lasts one post.

After forming a series of hand seals, Saigo will slam his hands together. Sliding them away from one another, he will create a crescent shaped blade of wind that launches outward from his hands growing up to 3 meters wide and travels with [Control] Strength/Speed to a distance of 15 meters.
Fuuton • Bubble Breathing

After forming a series of hand seals, Saigo will create a bubble of Fuuton around his mouth and nose that generate breathable air in inhospitable environments. This acts as a weak shield against particulates and liquids, allowing him to swim under water or move through gas without having to hold his breath. This technique can be easily broken with 5 Strength but lasts for 10 posts unless fed more chakra.

The Fuuton will extend from his fist like a thing stream of chakra and drill through things in it's path with [Control] Strength/Speed up to 30 meters. Upon reaching it's limit, the Jutsu will expand outward at an alarming rapid rate to shred anything around it or that it has pierced through, expanding up to 10 meters around.

After slapping his hands together, they will release a burst of Fuuton outward up to 30 meters out with a resounding clap like thunder. This burst impacts and travels with [Control] Strength/Speed and applies the Fuuton passive like shrapnel across any surface it touches. This technique moves out in a semi-circle in front of Saigo.

After performing a series of hand seals, Saigo can utilize this technique by focusing Fuuton chakra on the bottom of his feet. This allows him to press against the air and stand on it, allowing him to move at [Speed]/2 while walking through the air in such a fashion.
