Anything that tries to pass through the winds will be sliced viciously with [Control] Strength blades of wind as sharp as katana blades. This technique lasts for 4 posts, unless released earlier.

A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Once the user has performed the required hand seals, it is recommended that they take a deep breath. This is because their fuuton chakra will visibly surge outward to cover an area of 65m in all directions around their person. While this does not create a vacuum or remove all the air, it does push specifically all of the oxygen out of the area and keeps it that way for 4 posts, though the duration can be extended if the final hand seal is held. Note that extending the duration will incur additional chakra costs. This technique causes all who remain within this area to lose 5 Endurance per post that they do not escape it. If they reach 0 Endurance, they will black out. The Endurance regenerates at a rate of 5 per post that they are outside of this technique's effect.
Fuuton • Pulse of Wind
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
After forming a series of hand seals, Saigo will release a burst of chakra up to 100 meters out in all directions. This will fill the air within that zone with his chakra and make it visibly glow with a light green as if filled with glitter. This technique is a set up technique. It does nothing but let him create a point of origin for his techniques that would normally emanate from him. This chakra will linger in the air for 10 posts or until a technique with higher control than Saigo's pushes the Fuuton infused air away.

A more dangerous form of the technique it is based on, Saigo will initiate this technique with a series of hand seals. After completing the last hand seal, Fuuton chakra will push all the air out of the area up to 160 meters in all directions. This will suck the air out of lungs, causing people to last [Endurance]/10 posts before blacking out from the lack of oxygen.

After forming a series of hand seals, Saigo will indicate a point he can see or that contains his chakra within 160 meters. Upon selecting a spot, Fuuton chakra will begin spinning and churning like a whorl of razor blades while expanding with [Control] Speed. As it expands, it will eviscerate anything that comes in contact with it or is caught within it with [Control] Strength. This technique can expand to be up to 100 meters in size. Upon creation and expansion, this technique will create high speed winds that push out from it, effectively creating a spherical tornado of vibrant green chakra for the next 5 posts(Dealing Damage each post something or someone is in contact with it).
