[list][*][i]General:[/i] Yutaka loves to gamble whether the game is rigged or not. He is a performer, con artist, and hopeless alcoholic at heart. Despite his questionable morals, he does not wish harm on others. That being said he is willing to kill when needed. He simply wishes to be left alone to do what he wants. His past has led to him developing a rather callous outlook on life. It is all too easy for him to ignore terrible things around him. Yutaka spends most of his time drunk and tends to forget most of the day to day.

[spoiler=Champion's Belt: "The Hakuho Belt"]The Hakuho Belt is a black leather encased belt with a giant metal front shaped like a wrestler belt buckle (15 Strength). It has two fuuinjutsu tags on the belt allowing the user to utilize it in two ways depending on the maneuver they would like to perform. The metal is made out of brass and has an engraved Heart Empire Symbol on the front in large. When activated the belt can send a gust of wind at 20 Strength & Speed to push an opponent in any direction the user intends for up to 30m.[/spoiler]

[table=2, Abilities][b]First Ability[/b][c] [spoiler=Oudouchi] A previously nomadic tribe that have begun to settle in the confines of New Tea country, the Kisama clan are known for being drunks, fighters, monsters, and geniuses, all due in part to their Oudouchi bloodline. Their unique chakra and unique blood mixes with any amount of alcohol in their systems, causing their body to shift and transform to their will, taking on new shapes and appearances. Through the use of associated taijutsu the clan member may shift different parts of their body at a speed equal to their own into various different weapons and tools. All transformations must be non-biological in nature, but a seemingly endless number of effects may be achieved within the creativity and knowledge of the clan member.
These transformations need not be limited to staying on their body, with advanced techniques allowing them to put out tools and parts from their body with a weight in kilograms equal to their strength. All such creations have a strength equal to the strength of the clan member. Oudouchi techniques are taijutsu by default, but any jutsu that would make objects move of their own volition without outside force would constitute ninjutsu. Making these creations is draining on the body as one might expect, acting as ninjutsu if creations are made externally, while internal creations act as if they were taijutsu. While the clan member needs alcohol in their system to perform these techniques, all that is required is a small sip at any point during the day to power them for the rest of the day, many turn to alcoholism of their own volition, however.[/spoiler]

Using these, most simple locks will be opened with nearly a snap of the fingers, but more advanced locks will take time and knowledge to properly decipher and open, unless the user has seen the key used to open the lock.

[center][b][big]History[/big][/b][/center][spoiler=Historical Accounts]Yutaka had a normal Kisama upbringing up until the age of five. One day, when his uncle took him into town, he snuck away to go explore. A trafficking ring was already looking for lost children in the area and took the opportunity to capture such a valuable slave. Yutaka was sold during an auction not long after. The head of a large Yakuza family paid top dollar, hoping to take advantage of his bloodline.
By the time he had turned nine the Yakuza began to realize that they'd need to take a different approach. He was not the well of infinite weapon making that they'd hoped. So they recruited him into the family, sending the boy to do the occasional grift or theft. Over the next ten years Yutaka proved himself to be an extremely valuable member. When he turned nineteen he was promoted to work directly under one of the captains. They gave him the task of running one of their gambling dens and in only three years he had made enough money to warrant another promotion. At the young age of twenty-two he was the captain of a family.
Secretly, Yutaka hated being a Yakuza. He had managed to fool everyone into thinking that he carried no resentment for their treatment of him in the past. Desiring to be truly free, Yutaka fled to the Heart Empire. While he hated being under the control of others, he acknowledged that there was safety in joining the military. Yutaka spent two years under contract while the heat on him died down. Since then he has lived the nomad life, traveling from town to town running his cons. Always finding a way to either spend all his money or lose it in a round of gambling. [/spoiler][hr]
