Sankaton is slightly weaker against organic matter, and takes 2x its mass to eat organic matter. This means that a 1ft ball of Sankaton would only consume 6inches of organic matter.
All Sankaton jutsu require Control of the appropriate level to perform a jutsu (10 Control for C-rank and so on)

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja covers a small projectile in Sankaton chakra. Whenever the projectile hits a target, the sankaton will strike first at [Control] Strength, eroding the material it strikes.

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja gathers Sankaton chakra in their mouth, creating a blob. After spitting it out, it grows to a .5x.5.x5 meter diameter ball that travels at [Control] Speed, up to 10 meters away, eroding anything it strikes with [Control] strength.

D-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
Rather than using hand seals, the ninja is required to put their hands in a specific formation, as if gripping a basketball with each hand. As they do this, a .5x.5x.5m diameter film of pure Sankaton chakra is created in the space between their hands. The film can then be moved around and controlled within a 10m area of the user, weakening the strength of anything that passes through it by [Control] strength, and causing anything smaller than the film to completely disappear.

The user will do a series of hand seals, causing Sankaton to form around one of their hands. The next time their hand comes in contact with something, the Sankaton to flush forward to it, causing burns on contact, and eroding with [Control] Strength. This jutsu can be risky as it's possible for the user to accidentally touch themselves with the Sankaton.

C-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
Rather than using hand seals, the ninja is required to put their hands in a specific formation, as if gripping a basketball with each hand. As they do this, a 1x1x1m diameter block of Sankaton chakra is created in the space between their hands. The block can be controlled and moved freely within 10m of the user. Whenever this ball comes in contact with any physical substance, it eats and corrodes the substance, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only equal to the volume of the ball, where it hit, otherwise eroding it with [Control] Strength.

D-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will create a clone out of their Sankaton chakra. This clone will have the users stats. It lasts for [Control/5] posts. Whenever it comes in contact with any type of weapon, attack, or person, it 'explodes' into a mass of Sankaton chakra, that attaches itself to any metallic objects, that creates a thin mist. The mist covered a 5x5x5m area, but is widely distributed, which lessens the damage it does, but causes first degree burns to anyone who passes through it.

By doing a string of hand seals, the ninja creates a 15 inch diameter ball of Sankaton chakra too shoot up to 25m away from their body at [Control] speed. If this ball comes in contact with matter, it activates, corroding the object, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only at an equal volume of the ball, taking up the same volume of the ball as well. Otherwise it erodes with [Control] Strength on contact.

Rather than use a normal method of volume eating, this jutsu uses another method of Annihilation Sankaton chakra. Doing the needed hand seals, the user coats a small projectile in Sankaton chakra. Whenever this projectile hits something, it immediately erodes the material in front of it, boring holes up to 1ft in depth in front of the projectile, and eroding structures with [Control] Strength.

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja sends Sankaton chakra into a metallic object, rusting it. When the metallic object pierces the flesh of a living person, the chakra spreads throughout the wound, infecting the area. This causes muscles in the injured area to constantly contract, preventing some movement and causing -3 Speed. This lasts for 5 posts.

If this block comes in contact with matter, it activates, corroding the object, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only at an equal volume of the ball, taking up the same volume of the ball as well. Anything else is eroded with [Control] strength.

B-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
While not a true mist jutsu, this jutsu has a lot of similarities. After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja shoots out a ball of Sankaton chakra (3 meters in diameter). If this ball hits anything, it bursts out, creating a slight 'mist' of the Sankaton chakra. While this doesn't truly hinder vision, except for distances over 30 meters inside of it, which appear to be a fuzzy red color, it does cause great damage to any metal objects in the mist, which will immediately start rusting over. This covers a total area of 40 meters, and lasts for 3 posts. It can also cause first degree burns to those in it for 1 post, and second degree burns for those who spend 2+ posts in the mist.

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja coats his or her hands in Sankaton chakra. If something other than the ninja's body touches their hands, the rust red chakra starts to corrode whatever is touched, eating up and destroying that material, up to 5 inches of matter for each post. This jutsu can last for up to 1/4th the Users Chakra Pool in posts.

Whenever this ball comes in contact with any physical substance, it eats and corrodes the substance, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only equal to the volume of the ball, where it hit, otherwise eroding with [Control] Strength.

A-Ranked Annihilation Ninjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja creates a clone that is a 1 meter tall cartoon caricaturization of the user. This clone is unable to interact with the environment, but for a different reason than normal. Whenever any 'real' object comes in contact with the clone, that object will instantly be annihilated, taking mass from the clone to fuel the destruction. Even after getting a hit, it will just shrink until it is all used up, or less than a third of a meter tall, which it will then dissipate. The clone has the user's stats and lasts for [Control/3] posts.

S-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja places both of their hands on the ground. Then, by flooding Sankaton chakra into the ground, they cause the ground to start to rust, weakening it and making it unstable. If any new pressure is created on the ground after a post after this jutsu has been started, the ground will give way immediately, causing the target to 'fall' through the ground. Due to the new structure of the ground, normal ways of trying to escape won't work, since it acts more like quick sand, rather than ground. Those that try to use a form of Mole Hiding will find that it doesn't work, as the rust inside the ground prevents it from being used for any traction at all. This corrosion process starts from the ninja that used it and travels 20 meters each post, until it reaches 80 meters, total.
