So, we're going to try something new. There is constantly a discussion of the Kage, getting the slots, so on and so forth. Its a lot of work to get there, but there's constantly a desire from people to see all 5 of the slots filled, and, more importantly, interaction from the Kage with the other villages, and the villagers.
So, we're going to do kind of a one time thing.
Basically, with Izanagi about to secure Konoha, and Hayate already in Kumo, there are still 3 Kage slots that need to be filled. So, Kiri, Suna, and Iwa all need to have their slots filled. This is how it will go down;
Anyone who is interested in being chosen for Kage needs to post in this thread with the village they want to make the Kage in. There are some requirements you have to meet:
- At least one active character that has been made in the current system.
- At least 200 posts.
- Currently in at least one topic with at least one character.
- Should not have a history of rapidly creating then deactivating characters, nor a history of long periods of absence or inactivity.
On July 15th (unless I elect to extend this), I will take all the names for each village, put them in a list, and shuffle the list 5 times, then select whichever name is on the top of the list. That person will be authorized to make an S-rank character in their selected village to be Kage. They will have 280 stats, and 200 points to spend on jutsu. Additional questions can be asked before the 15th, or after selection, in this topic, via PM, skype, or the cbox.
As a note, this should not deter people from pursuing Kage positions. The OOCs and staff will discuss on a case-by-case basis, depending on the village, how head-to-head situations will go off, and how people will go about taking the position from sitting PC Kages.
