Stat Trainig Counter

If you have a character that does not list the number of stat trainings, out of 50, somewhere on their app, you need to immediately post a mod to add it back onto the application. If I navigate to a character in the archives and find that it doesn't have the stat training counter on it, I will dock 5 points from the character, and from the moderator who accepted the character. If the character doesn't have 5 points, I'll dock it from another one of your other characters, if you don't have 5 points, I'll add the stat training counter myself, and start it at 5 instead of 0.

You must include 0/50 somewhere on the application, preferably relative to your stats themselves.
