Puppetry, Core Strength, Sound Jutsu, Mixed Pyramids

Alrighty everyone.

So, Human Puppetry, and consequently turning yourself into a Puppet Human, was gross and unpopular. So, it was removed from the general puppetry rules, and given a post of it's own following them, and retooled a little. Not going to go into detail on the announcement, but you can go read it if you are interested in it.

Also, Elemental Body cores were previously undefined in strength, they are now defined in strength by the amount of stamina stored in them. This goes true even for people with stamina split between multiple anchors or cores.

Also, clarification on Sound Jutsu. Anyone can use general ninpou that manipulate sound (i.e: high pitched, low pitched, loud, quiet, etc.), so long as the manipulation of sound is the objective. Until further notice, the manipulation of sound to achieve additional effects (nausea in targets, breaking stuff, etc) cannot be made due to a copyright dispute.

Mixed Pyramids are pyramids composed of combined arts, think Nintai. Or Acid Mist. Or Ash Mokuton(??).

Two things in regards to mixed pyramids:
First, you cannot mix pyramids outside of your specialization. For example, you could not be an elemental specialist, and use a mixed pyramid to allow yourself to use Charge Fuuin, as they are exclusive to ninpou specialist. Mixing pyramids does not let you bypass specialization restrictions.

Also, to clarify. Mixed pyramids form off the base of their creators. If you do not need a specific concentration for said pyramid, it then builds off the pyramids for the concentrations it is composed of. In the case of Nintai, this means to have a C-rank Nintai technique, you must have, 2 D-rank Ninjutsu and 2 D-rank Taijutsu OR 2 D-rank Nintaijutsu OR 1 D-rank Ninjutsu, 1 D-rank Taijutsu, and 1 D-rank Nintaijutsu.
