Bannin Lottery for Kumo and Konoha

Greetings Forum Members;

So due to the recent Kage lottery we will be having another lottery very similar. There has been discussion of balancing out the recent Kage promotions in the other three villages, and to balance out power in the other two we have decided to host a lottery for a S-rank character in those respective villages.

Anyone who is interested in joining the lottery for a S-rank character would need to post in this thread and which of the two villages they'd like to have a Bannin in. The choices are Kumo or Konoha.

If you are interested you must meet these requirements:

At least one active character that has been made in the current system
At least 200 posts
Currently in at least one topic with at least one character
Should not have a history of rapidly creating then deactivating characters, nor a history of long periods of absence or inactivity

Also, similar to the Kage lottery you must fit a criterion at the subject of the OOC's as an S-rank character just popping up is slightly out of place. You will need to work with them and develop a history background that they approve is worthy of earning the title of Bannin.

On August 12th (May vary depending on the results), the names will all be taken and put into a list to be shuffled 5 times similar to the Kage lottery. Then the name at the top of the list will be selected, and that person will be allowed to create a S-rank character for that village. They will have 280 stats, and 200 points to spend on jutsus. Additional questions can be asked before the 12th of August, or after selection, in this topic, via PM, Skype, or the Cbox.

As a note, people getting the S-rank characters will not be allowed to immediately go after Kage positions as to make it fair for the people in the Kage spots now.

Also those who recently won the Kage spots will not be allowed to participate in this.
