Abilities, Hunting, and Shizumeru

Hello lovely people of Saigen.

Just to cut straight to the meat and bones of this announcement or a TL;DR if you prefer. Changes have been made to abilities, hunting NPCs are slightly changed while still being worked on, and Shizumeru is underway with words of warning. Now that you've seen what were covering lets dive into specifics.

Abilities
Purchasable abilities have been discussed and edited to reflect the changes. The sum of these changes are you cannot start out with a paid ability even if you can afford it. Another thing is that you cannot earn any reductions for paid abilities. As well as you must do a PB for the ability to show the origins of discovering said ability corresponding with the price of your ability. Now with a word of warning, this may still be subject to change as we're discovering better ways to improve the paid abilities section, however for now we are satisfied with it.

Also as a side note, suggestions for non-standard, non-unique weapons can be PM'd directly to Onu through the forums.

NPCs/Hunting Etc.

We are still working on hunting rules for the NPCs. However you may now create your own NPCs to hunt, but it must be approved by a GM+ to ensure that your character does not directly counter the NPC This is to ensure the NPC will be able to put up a fair fight.

Shizumeru

Shizumeru is undergoing some changes, and is being constantly worked on. The moderation team heavily advises people NOT to add it to their characters for the time being UNTIL it is completed. If you fail to heed this warning, and add it to your character, do not expect to be compensated when it has been finalized.
