Tenkujutsu
Tenkujutsu is finally done, and worked out to a system we're happy with. All though its been open to everyone, if problems are discovered obviously we will make changes to it accordingly to balance and make it more efficient. The biggest changes with it are Realm Summoning and Spirit Sealing.
To cover changes those are,
- Realm Summoning is under Tenkujutsu now, but requires charge fuuin as a pre-requisite.
- Special Tenkujutsu, IE overlays with genma and jinch to reduce forms require the pre-requisite of the respective corresponding concentration.
- All Tenkujutsu function underneath their own pyramid.
- Realm Summoning functions off of a system called Spirit Points.
- Shizu, Realm, Spirit Sealing, and anything Tenkujutsu related functions off of control under a 4th slot as it does not fall under Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu. However it still counts against the total 18 concs allowed on a character. But don't go against the nin, tai, or gen numbers.
- Tenkujutsu functions off of control not any of the nin, tai, or gen stats.
- It does not require any type of specialization.
Staff Rulings
- Training in PBs are not allowed. You cannot stat train or jutsu train in PBs. However if you do not participate in over 50% of the PB and do not receive stat rewards, you may stat train.
- You can swap out one concentration per character. The conditions are it must have no jutsu, or you must be willing to forfeit all jutsu within it. Any exceptions to this made prior at the time of this ruling, will count towards that single swap. Also you can only swap it out, you cannot just get rid of it.
- Carbon copies of dead characters are not allowed. You cannot recreate a dead character in all of its glory. You can steal things for new characters like abilities, jutsus, and concentrations but the entirety of the character is dead and it will stay that way.
Starting next week on Monday we will begin the lotteries again for the Legendary Weapons, as well as a Kage lottery for Kiri and a Bannin lottery for Kumo. However the trick is unfortunately that if you win both, you must decide between one or the other. However you are free to enter both, but you cannot have both if you were to win both.
Status Update
So now for an important little rambling about whats being developed, and what you guys can expect to see. Not soon, I won't try to put a due date on it, just some notes on how far we've gotten done. With organizations they're coming along great, right now we're working on rewards, as well as making those function to the benefit of the org. As well as personal rewards for helping an org. I won't divulge all the details, however I will hint at something. Think specs.
A weapon pricing table is currently being developed, it was discussed today, and is currently being worked on/updated.
A poison pricing system is in the works, and is nearly complete. There are some final edits and cuts that need to be made. However all thanks go to Kat for making a great framework to work from, and begin at. Which cuts down a lot of time taken away as I develop orgs.
Also a system is being developed for making it rewarding to rank up as a genin, but also give some variety for end-game players so they're not stuck being able to obliterate everything in existence and have things to earn/do. However I will leave very little details other than what the baseline topic is.
Not to mention the events for this month will be the lotteries, and the events in the future are being planned out. We will have one ready for each month, for everyone to participate in.
