Alright so another update as we discuss, and finalize some things that have been in the works. These are some minor updates, but since there's several they get their own thread.
Stat Trainings
Stat trainings now can be trained in mass wording or singular 1k wordings. How this works is that, it takes 1000 words to earn a stat via training, you can now write 2000 words and earn 2 stats. 3000 words for 3 stats. However it must be the same stat, so you cannot do 1000 words for tai, and 1000 words for strength.
Iijutsu
Iijutsu now has restrictions lifted slightly off of its spec to open it up for Element specialists a bit more. Now anyone can make Iijutsu customs up to B-rank, but A-rank and beyond require you to be a Ninjutsu Specialist. Organ Transplant no longer requires its own conc, and will function off of Iijutsu jutsu. It will have its own personal notifier, and it is entirely locked off to only Ninjutsu Specialist.
Paid Abilities
We are now going to lock off end-game styles like Space/Time, Heavenly Taijutsu, Overlay, and Kinesis from being purchased as Paid Abilities. We feel as if these styles are the pinnacle of the specialists, and they should be treated as such. It is also too strong for a specialist of one style to purchase the pinnacle of another and use them interchangeably. You can still purchase things like Sensory, Supers, and even Basics, but only these four things are locked off entirely from being purchased as abilities and must be acquired per their requisites.
Any changes necessary for your characters to adapt to these rules can be accommodated for free of charge, whether it be changing concentrations, specializations, and other things can be made as necessary. Any questions can be directed to myself, Ginja, or this thread in general.

This paid ability change seems really unusual. It suggests those restricted styles are somehow inherently better than other styles, which simply isn't the case. It also seems to contradict the iijutsu change. If you're wanting to open styles up to allow for MORE creative builds, its counter intuitive to lock other things away further isn't it?

It doesn't make sense to lock those things down even further behind not only requirements but a specific kind of RP.
Never mind, I misread what this was. Perhaps needs rewording better?
I thought those 4 things where getting locked to the old style of trained only jutsu stuff but for ALL their jutsu.
However its just removing them as options on the paid abilities list which I suppose makes sense in one way, though I would argue that maybe they shouldn't.
Sure they're the supposed pinnacle of endgame but I don't see why that doesn't mean they couldn't be bought. Maybe add some extra restrictions to getting those abilities instead? Like adding an end game payment and/or unlock thread for them.

Update to the update, I guess? Sounds weird.
We're going to enforce the requirements of these things, but have them remain open for purchase. So for an example if you were going to buy S/T, you'd need to fit the pre-requisites for them such as the 36 average between Nin/Cont/Stam and etc.

Well they made good points as to how it was hypocritical to open Iijutsu but then immediately close off other things. Not to mention this still requires a lot of the character to achieve to utilize a paid skill requiring them to detract from other areas not making them proportionally powerful in the way of direct stats as they have to divert their attention and resources to maintain two totally different specialization things which results in a less focused build. If people would like to build their characters in such a way and achieve these goals. We see no reason to hinder them, and stop them from doing as they see fit. Insert excuse of creative freedom as well.
