Event! Iwa-Kiri Beach Party!

Kirigakure no Sato has announced an emerging candidate for the position of the next Mizukage, Yami Kasai! Due to such a momentous occasion, both Kirigakure and Iwagakure have decided to celebrate the rise of the new village leader together! In the beautiful Land of Fountains, the villages have arranged a huge party on the beaches of the eastern part of the island. Provided is a large, temporary village with luxury accommodations for the influx of shinobi who will attend the event. There will be fun, games, chuunin exams, and perhaps even a giant sea monster or two!
Everyone invited is free to explore the island, but be warned! Harming the locals is forbidden and will result in the offenders being detained by a huge company of enforcers and forcibly removed. Murder is not permitted! This event is to foster better relations between both villages; such drastic wrongdoing will bring the ire of the leaders of both villages, who will decide the wrongdoer's fate. All Iwagakure and Kirigakure shinobi ranging from genin to bannin, and even jinchuuriki, are welcome participate in the festivities!

This is an IC event! All threads must take place in the Other Countries forum, and thread titles must preface with [Beach Party] when graded. Threads marked as [Beach Party] will reward both points and stats, so long as the thread is related to the event. The threads will be considered as part of a rolling plotboard like we have done with past IC events.
When submitting threads for grading, please use the Topic Grading forum, and submit the thread with [Beach Party] in the title. Once the topic is graded, you may add your stats in a Modification.
