Paid Abilities, Specializations, and Others

Hi guys,
If you've taken part of the Discord recently you know of This Week at Saigen where we all discuss issues and suggestions we'd like to see fixed or happen.
One of the big topics that we have been discussing recently, has been the specialization system and paid abilities. Going forward after this an announcement, we will no longer be allowing paid abilities and special weapons and armor to be purchased in regards to Fusions, Supers, or Extension elements as well as Specialist locked skills. We will also be opening specializations by removing the custom locks. Only certain skills will be locked behind their specializations and unable to be purchased.
Change specs to:
Tai Spec: Heavenly
Gen Spec: Overlay, channeling
Nin Spec: S/T, channeling
Ele Spec: Kinesis, channeling
We will also be condensing the fuuinjutsu concentrations from 3 to 2 and removing charge fuuins ability to pseudo cast Elemental releases the owner does not have access to.
Companions will also be getting a small buff in regards to their specialization. We will be keeping their total concentration slots at 11 but allow up to 7 of them to be placed into the area of specialization and 4 in the other slots. Examples of this being 7 4 0, 6 4 1, etc.
Organ transplant will be receiving a 36 average requirement between Instinct, Ninjutsu, and Control to learn and illusion of force genjutsu will be given its own concentration that has its own prerequisite of having a 39 average between Genjutsu and Control.
Over the next few days we'll be going through the archives and removing the spec locks on a lot of jutsu archives and posting modifications to merge the Fuuinjutsu archives.
Members may start posting modifications to refund paid abilities and/or weapons and armor affected by this or to post mods up to justify.
