Genma Lotto

There are FIVE genma up for lotto! Life, Heaven, Soul, and the two new genma Chaos and Order. Information for the genma can be found [here]. Please remember that the genma are super weapons, and being a genma host means you have a rather central role in your village, as far as roleplaying with others, participating in plots, and so forth. Currently, there is a requirement that you go no longer than 2 months without being active in a thread with a character in order to retain control over a genma, however please keep in mind that staff will be reviewing this policy in line with the aforementioned role jinchuurinki play in their village, and those requirements may change to be more specific in regards to events.
Please read the following rules:
Genma Lotto:
• If you currently have a genma, you may not enter for another genma unless you give up the genma you currently have.
• The Life genma and Order Genma may only be sealed in a genin or chuunin, per Iwagakure's jinchuurinki policy.
• Kage and OOCs may not enter for a genma in their own village, in order to avoid stacking too much value in a single player.
• You have 10 days after the close of the lotto to have your character in the registry if it is a brand new character.
• You may enter for multiple genma but should list them in the order you would want them.
• After you win the lotto, it will cost 25 points to obtain the genma. If you do not have 25 points when you sign up, do not let this deter you. You make the payment when you put up the mod to add the genma, so you should have plenty of time to earn your points.
Special Note: In order to incentivize activity in Kumogakure, Sunagakure and Iwagakure, any characters made for this lotto will receive a 100 Ryo [Inheritance], even if you don't win the lottery! This can be received once per village so you could receive it on up to 3 characters.
I intend on drawing for the lotto on the 15th, however that may be extended to the 21st! Thank you.
