Emperor Ankan's Greaves:
These shin guards of black steel have been famed throughout history for their use by the notorious thief Minkai. The greaves allow the user to walk on air as though it were solid ground, following the flight rules using the wearer's [control]. When not flying the wearer can move at any speed in utter silence and their footsteps leave no visual trace. It is said the greaves allow their wearer to teleport through the air instantly. This can be used once per thread and does not count towards the restriction of two teleports per thread.
Please read the following rules:
Weapon Lotto:
• If you currently have a legendary weapon, you may not enter for another weapon unless you give up the weapon you already have.
• Once you win a lotto, staff will post a thread in which you get your weapon. You have one week to post in the thread after it is posted.
• After you post in your thread, others may invade your thread during that one week and try to take the weapon. Invaders must not have more than +10 stats than the lotto winner. If you win a lotto, you cannot invade another weapon thread with the same character.
• Invaders may invade one thread per character.
• The thread is open for 7 days after the winner posts. If no one invades, the winner gets the weapon.
• After a thread is invaded, the winner has 2 days to respond, and so on. Individuals time after not posting for 2 days. A single extension may be granted during the thread.
• Collaboration and teaming up is not permitted.
Activity Rules
If you have not been actively roleplaying in the past three months, you may not enter either lotto.
Exception: If you are a brand-new member who joined in the last two-three weeks at the time this lotto is posted, and you have registered a character, you may enter this lotto.

Activity Rule:Please take note.The weapon user must remain actively training the weapon, interacting with others (This includes members of high ranking to look after your training, team members, or friends made), and maintaining a sufficient activity in plot concerning your character or others. This does not include baseless lonelies, or lonelies made in the spur of near losing your item. Lonelies must be a minimum of 4 points. After two months of inactivity, the item will be removed from the character.
These are mythical, priceless objects of unknown power and origin. Sightings of each weapon and stories of their owners naturally spread across the world like wildfire, and sometimes rumors of their locations spring up from nowhere. Some have speculated that this is a curse on the items themselves. Any character that successfully claims one of these items will find themselves added to the bingo book with a slightly increased bounty. Characters who claim an item are to be considered death-enabled. Be aware that death is a possibility even in the topic to lay claim to these items.
