Uhm, Canon jutsu requirements? You'd have to be a Hyuuga to know Gentle Fist here and Eight Gates are currently being worked on sort of. It is a work in progress. So, canon jutsu requirements are kind of displayed for you and if the jutsu doesn't exist, you can make it.
Canon clans and families are a thing but they might not function how they are in canon since we are an AU.
