Flowing fist
This is a style developed by laxus as a multi-purpose style that is extremely effective both in offensive and defense, as well as anywhere inbetween. The style uses the basic ability to release bursts of pure chakra along with intelligent body movements to redirect danger, as opposed to directly blocking it. At its simplest, the style allows the user to minimize damage but can eventually allow the user to divert extremely powerful attacks.
Visual Flow
D-ranked Taijutsu
After much training, the user of this technique has become capable of instantly recognizing the flowing pattern to certain visible forces and materials. Meaning that the user is able to understand the tendencies, pattern and general movement of things such as particulate clouds, flowing water, gusts of wind (that are visible or have visible particulates in them), and things of such a nature. This does not work on anything that's being directly controlled by a conscious entity, however, as those patterns are intelligent and determined by that entity.
Sliding response
D-ranked Taijutsu
Upon having their lower bodied targeted by the opponent's arm or leg, the user of this technique will block it with their forearm. Once the technique is blocked, the user pushes forward towards the opponent while continuously pushing into the limb that they blocked against, sliding up along the limb while pushing it and getting closer to the opponent, at which point the user may release another attack. The objective of this jutsu is to make it difficult or impossible for the target to retract the attacking limb in time to defend against the user's attack.
Force release
D-ranked Nintai
This is a technique that may be used in conjunction with any other physical movement. The user of this jutsu merely releases raw, unmolded chakra from a specific location on their body. This burst of chakra is very weak and undirected, pushing outwards at a strength of 1. The strength from this burst does not add onto the strength of any attack, and will actually decrease the strength considering the force pushes in all directions, even back against the user. This is used mainly to supplement other jutsu, or as a last ditch effort to avoid an attack.
Trajectory vision
D-ranked Taijutsu
The user of this jutsu has learned that one does not always need to be as strong as an opponent to redirect their attacks. The user of this jutsu has learned to get a general feel for the trajectory of attacks in motion, and this jutsu allows them to have a good idea of how much force would be needed to alter the course of the attack by whatever degree they want.
Aggresive block
D-ranked Taijutsu
Prereq: Using Trajectory Change
Instead of simply blocking or redirecting a technique, the user does both while also attacking. Whenever an attack is incoming, the target will strike at a side of the attack. This response will push the incoming attack using the trajectory change technique, but at the same time will attempt to hurt or damage the attacking entity itself.
Trajectory Change
C-ranked Taijutsu
Prereq: Trajectory Vision
By acting on the knowledge from trajectory vision, the user of this jutsu may slightly alter an incoming attack's trajectory. The user does this by causing some physical contact with the target (be it directly or through the use of the weapon) and applying the right amount of force at the proper angle to cause the desired effect. The degree to which the trajectory can be altered depends on the difference (User - Target) in strength stat between the user and the attack/opponent.
- 6+ - The user can redirect the attack trajectory by over 90 degrees.
- 3->5 - The user can redirect the attack trajectory by up to 45 degrees.
- 0->2 - The user can redirect the attack trajectory by up to 25 degrees.
- -2->0 - The user can redirect the attack trajectory by up to 25 degrees.
- -4->-3 - The user can redirect the attack trajectory by up to 10 degrees.
Glide-strike
C-ranked Taijutsu
Instead of blocking an incoming attack, or avoiding it entirely, the user may use this technique. By simply moving the targeted area, or their entire body, just enough, the user can cause an incoming attack to only graze them. There will still be damage, but the damage will be considerably lower if this technique is done properly, as only a small amount of the initial impact of the attack is absorbed. In general, this technique requires that the user move and angle their body so that upon making contact, the attacking force would be at an angle and close enough to the edge of the target's body that most of the attack simply "slides" off. This does not nullify a technique, however, it simply dampens the impact, meaning it also has barely any effect on sharp attacks.
Force burst
C-ranked Nintai
Prereq: Force release
This is a technique that may be used in conjunction with any other physical movement. The user of this jutsu merely releases raw, unmolded chakra from a specific location on their body. This burst of chakra is very weak and undirected, pushing outwards at a strength of 3. The strength from this burst does not add onto the strength of any attack, and will actually decrease the strength considering the force pushes in all directions, even back against the user. This is used mainly to supplement other jutsu, or as a last ditch effort to avoid an attack.
Gale Redirection
B-ranked Nintai
Prereq: Force boom, Trajectory change, visual flow
Whenever the user of this technique can see an incoming flowing attack, such as a visible gust of wind or a wave of water, they may use this jutsu. The user will squat quickly while concentrating power on one of their arms. Once the attack aproaches, the user springs from their squat while punching powerfully to their side, forcing their entire body to twirl slightly. As they perform this movement, the user also releases a large burst of chakra from their arm that creates a very temporary and instant cloud of chakra around their arm. This chakra cloud, for the brief second it exists, has a strength of 6 and may, when used with this technique, redirect an incoming flowing attack's trajectory.
Force boom
B-ranked Nintai
Prereq: Force burst
This is a technique that may be used in conjunction with any other physical movement. The user of this jutsu merely releases raw, unmolded chakra from a specific location on their body. This burst of chakra is very weak and undirected, pushing outwards at a strength of 6. The strength from this burst does not add onto the strength of any attack, and will actually decrease the strength considering the force pushes in all directions, even back against the user. This is used mainly to supplement other jutsu, or as a last ditch effort to avoid an attack.
