Weapon Shaping: Shield Technique
Prerequisite: Samurai Sabre Technique
Forming a series of one-handed seals with their free hand while focusing on their weapon's chakra coating, the user of this technique is able to alter the coating to create a shield that can be manipulated. At rest, the chakra coating will cover the sword normally and just look a bit thicker, but by focusing on it for a half second, the user can cause the coating to turn into 3x3x3 foot chakra shield on the blade. The blade can appear on either face of the blade, or it can also emerge at the very tip, allowing for some flexibility in its use. This shield reformation can occur as many times as the user wishes within 3 posts or until broken/destroyed as described in the Samurai Sabre Technique

Weapon Shaping: Hilt Extension Technique
Prerequisite: Samurai Sabre Technique
Forming a series of one-handed seals with their free hand while focusing on a weapon shape different from their own, the user of this technique is able to alter the chakra coating of their weapon to put more chakra at the hilt, allowing for its size to be increased by up to 2 feet. This increase happens almost instantaneously and is useful in suddenly changing the range of the weapon while also providing a blunt protection at the end of the weapon.

Weapon Shaping: Edge Serration Technique
Prerequisite: Samurai Sabre Technique
Forming a series of one-handed seals with their free hand while focusing on a weapon shape different from their own, the user of this technique is able to alter the chakra coating of their weapon to cause serrated edges to appear anywhere along the blade they wish. This jutsu can cover the entirety of the blade with edges or just certain portions if desired. The serrated edges can also have just a small curve, making it more for a saw, or it can have sharp curves that cause rough tearing when pulling it out from a body, it can even have a combination of the two. The serrated edge that's first put on the blade when this technique is used is unable to be changed unless the technique is performed again. If this chakra coating is disrupted by a weapon crossing through the coating then it will dissipate, requiring the user to reuse the technique.

Artemisu, Katsu

Alright, this one sucks. It sucks hard core. Here's the deal. I've got 59ep sitting here for you. Katsu's transformations, all of them, need to be massively overhauled. I haven't done much here because I've just been kinda saying fuckit. (got sick and tired of all the whinning about her being OP with the genma so I focused elsewhere). That said, there are some new rules.

1) No transformation can exceed a +3 until form 2.
2) Only stats affected are Strength, Stamina, Taijutsu, Speed.
3) Toxins are banned for right now until that system gets fixed.

Other than that things are fairly basic. Things can become more intense or drastically different than the basic animal as forms go up. A single transformation (bear) SHOULD have 5 incarnations as the forms are ascended. Unique traits like a shrimp claw's thing, an electric eels shock, and the like all need additional jutsu. Usually these are just taijutsu with unique rules. The shock line is a good example. That said. . . . . . . . Requests.

1) I want things to be more flavorful. The flavor I want to go for is feral and natural. I'm actually going to be cutting a lot of the demonic stuff out as I got and make the genma more nature oriented.
2) Efficiency is almost as important. If something can be condensed down into 1-2 jutsu then I'd rather do that. The exception is when it becomes hyper specialized.
3) Versatility is going to end up being the new key thing to the character. Katsu is getting older so she's getting smarter. She's still huge, mean, ferocious, and brutal. But she'll know when to turn into a tree to blend into the woods kind of deal.
4) Make it cool as fuck and keep the ideas coming. I'm getting back into the swing of things but my interest isn't the same as 2-3 years ago. I'm going to be using you as a bouncing board for ideas and to put some polish on things. That's why I'm paying a metric fuck ton of points.

With all that said the only "rush" is to get what's here cleaned up and switched around. Some of the jutsu will need to outright go and ALL of them will need reworked. I'll make a list of the jutsu that're hitting the bench due to the toxin ban probably tomorrow. Everything else. . . . Just needs to be done better.

Samurai Aresaki Infusion
C-ranked Ninjutsu
An essentially passive jutsu, this technique allows the user to essentially combine Aresaki with Samurai Saber. The user can create any Aresaki cover and combine it with the Samurai Saber "spirit." So long as both jutsu that were combined maintain their size limitations, the Aresaki cover can change shape with SAmurai Saber jutsu, and it can be used for a base for other Aresaki jutsu.

Prereq: Samurai Aresaki Infusion
By channeling for the appropriate amount of time, the user creates several Katon blades in the air around them. The user creates up to 7 blades in the air around them. Each blade can have its own unique shape so long as the blade is less than 40 inches long, but it has no actual physical form, just being katon while it's in the air. While in the air, the blades travel with the user in a semi-circle, arching over their head. When the user wishes, one of the swords will descend onto the user's actual weapon that has a Samurai Saber jutsu on it. When the katon sword and the samurai saber jutsu combine, the Katon blade gains an actual physical form through Samurai Saber. This blade can be used as a substrate for samurai sabre and aresaki jutsu alike, is sharp as a regular katana and on contact, delivers third degree burns. The swords float in the air for up to 10 posts, but can only maintain its combined physical form for up to 3 posts, after which it has to be switched out for another katon blade, or for no blade at all.
