The Xiaofan-Tantetsu Complex is a sprawling metropolis of supplies for Shinobi, Samurai, and civilians alike, that offers services to players like you. Here, I not only take request for Jutsu, weapons, and such, I offer advice and editing services for both ideas and things you’ve made (IE. if you have an idea of what you want, and it’s OP, I’ll tell you, and advice you on how to fix it). If you provide me enough info on what you want, I can make you Jutsu, weapons, other items, abilities, and more. What you can’t finish can be helped out with, and general things like “make me a sword” will often lead to inquiries into me wanting more information, so traits and qualities of what you want, or even a general idea, are good, as I can tailor everything to your specification. Please remember, this is all before the modding process, and anything done will have to go through that process, so, that’s my disclaimer.
