Naruto Saigen Roleplay

So I'm currently working on a redo for one of my characters and had a question. I'm planning on removing the majority of his current jutsu to start a new theme of techniques for the character. Do the character get reimbursed for those jutsu I'm completely removing as VP points like we've done in the past for things like this? IE: I remove three pyramids of jutsu and only replace them with one new pyramid. Do I get VP for the other two pyramids?

The redo's were intended to be similar to when you revamp a character, so that being said, I'd assume you would get the points back. Don't quote me on that however.
