Allow Nin/Ele specs to be Nin/Stam/Control/Instinct
Forcing a character that is nin based to HAVE to pick speed or strength as a specialist stat seems.....odd and hindering. They should be allowed to choose it sure but they're forced to and it seems wonky.

In fact, lets get rid of the stat selection process entirely and just let specialists pick whichever 4 stats they want.

Honestly, should just get rid of generalists entirely and require everyone to specialize since we'd be getting rid of any advantage for a generalist anyways.
