Sooo with the concentrations am I only allowed to start with one elemental release and as far as teams, how do I go about that?
Concentrations are determined by your stat (the higher your stat gets, the more concentrations your character gets), so elemental releases are considered ninjutsu. As long as your Ninjutsu stat is 5 (or higher), you could have two elemental releases. Or one element and iijutsu. Your choice really.
Teams are usually created by the players, so if you find someone that you want to RP with, you two would then form a team.
