Yes, the Senju in Konoha have Mokuton. We call these fusion releases.

Cool, and one more question, how many Concentrations can I take in the beginning?

You get a total of 18 concentrations and can use them whenever you like, including during registration. We typically advise against taking a concentration unless you’re also taking jutsu for it, as plans often change over the life of the character and you may get stuck with a conc you don’t want anymore.

Last question, I promise. If I'm reading this right, I would need 5 d and 5 c rank ninjutsu in each elemental affinities before I'm free to take b-s ranks in each affinity, is that right?

Oop sorry one more: do I have to take the basic ninjutsu, or is it assumed u know those if you are chunin+?
