[Mission] Rock'n'Roll
You arrive on the scene of the huge boulder with a small crowd standing around. The boulder stands easily 12 foot tall and wide. It looks like it will be hard to move and is in the middle of a street that has curbs on either side. The bystanders have all but given up removing the boulder from its place and the chuunin is tired out of his mind and being taken to a hospital. It’s up to you to remove this menace.

It had been exciting to receive a mission after so long, especially after his latest discoveries about himself. In fact, Jinseie had rushed to get here, not quite expecting what was present to actually be his duty. He landed down in the street in front of the boulder and blinked a little, looking up now as he used the side of his hand to lift his hair up. That was one big freakin' boulder. No wonder someone needed to move it. Taking a bit of a breath, he nodded and put his hands together, looking over it. The curbs of the street were going to be a nightmare to get this thing off of it, so that meant he was going to need to do more then roll it...
Doton: Doton Bunshin no Jutsu!" Jinseie called, forming the seals for the jutsu in his hand and focusing his chakra. Out of the ground, two extra figures rose and formed up out of the stones on the street, cracking their knuckles and getting ready to work. "Let's get to it, eh aniki?" one of them said, provoking Jinseie to nod and crack one of his own knuckles.
Walking forward, Jinseie motioned them to get this side of it while he himself jumped off to the side, leaping up into the roofs of a few buildings and moving around to the other side of the boulder. "Alright you two. Get ready, on my mark..." he called, sighing as he focused the chakra that he -hadn't- used to crate his two companions throughout his body, kneeling down and sliding his hands under the boulder. On the other side his clones did the same, all three taking in a deep breath.
"Go!" Jinseie called, pushing up with his legs as the bunshins did the same, attempting to life the boulder up off the ground.

You heave and shove against the weight of the massive rock but it doesn't move and inch. It seems to stand against you with a mocking will.
[Mission] Rock'n'Roll
After much grunting, panting and various anger management issues cropping up for the future, Jinseie finally gives up and calls out "Hold on! Take ten." and he groaned as he fell back, his arms and legs a little sore from the lifting attempt. His clones did the same, scattering around the boulder and grumbling as they sat down, while Jinseie himself sighs and tries to stand up, looking over the boulder again. The damn thing was being deliberate, he just knew it.
Turning around, he glanced over the street behind him, nothing that it seemed to have a bend in it further down the road. It took a second for the thoughts to connect properly, but once they did he smirked softly to himself and stepped closer to the boulder, putting his hands against it and then reaching down into his weapon's pouch, producing the spool of ninja wire. Whistling to catch his clone's attention, he held onto one end and flung the rest of the spool over the top of the boulder. One of his clones yelled out "Ouch! That hit my head!" loudly, causing a titter of chuckles from the onlookers.
"Deal with it and start tying a knot around this thing." Jinseie said, shaking his head as the clones complained and moved to begin roping the boulder. It took some time, but they managed it and Jinseie moved to help them, tying his end up around the boulder. Some creative loop knots and a few kunai in the right place, they were able to grip the boulder from various angles thanks to the ninja wire and the kunais holding it into place. "Everyone to one side." Jinseie declared, calling his closed forward and at the same time shifting people around, getting them to step aside.
Once the Clones had languidly made their way around the boulder, Jinseie grabbed onto the boulder while his clones did the same, putting their backs into it as they began to drag the boulder backwards, towards the bend in the road where they could hopefully push it off to the side.

Once again, the boulder stand resolute and seems to actually laugh as you manage to move it but a centimeter but in drops back into its original place.

Well that tore it. Officially getting more then a little agitated, Jinseie sighed as he let go of the boulder and motioned for the two clones to let go of the boulder as well. This time he didn't even speak to them as he made a hand motion to get away from the front of the boulder and instead, once more, marched them to the back of it. He was clearly unhappy with the situation and getting more anxious to just get this done.
Once they were at the back of it, Jinseie just sighed and motioned for his clones to get on either end of it and start pushing, the man himself crossing his arms and looking on at the boulder. He needed another plan, one that didn't involve just throwing himself at the boulder and whining about the unfairness of it all. How was a genin supposed to move something this large? It wasn't like he had any secret techniques that just infinitely bolstered his strength, and he didn't have anything to carve the boulder into little pieces...
It hit him so hard he almost fell over and he let out a hoarse 'Ugh' as he slumped over, raising his hand up to his mouth and whistling gently. "You two, come help me." he called, the two of them blinking a bit as he moved over to the boulder. He glanced around for a moment and then found what he was looking for, pointing to a small cart that was off to the side. "Go get that." he said, one of his clones more then slightly confused as he walked over to the cart and started dragging it over.
Jinseie nodded and made his other clone stand next to him, putting his hand against the boulder and focusing as he quickly performed a hand-seal with the other hand. "Doton: Kito Soushi." he said, gripping the piece of rock and pulling it away. He was drawing it out from the core of the boulder essentially, pulling it from the deepest point he could to here. He was quite literally carving pieces out of it, but much more literally.
He pulled a long, rock-shaped staff from the middle of the boulder and had his clones drag it into the cart, setting it in the bottom of said cart while Jinseie focused again, performing the hand-seal and attempting to drag out another staff...Hopefully he'd get enough of these out of the boulder to be able to move it soon.

[Mission] Rock'n'Roll
As you slowly but mechanically chip away at the giant stone you swear you see it physically lighten. you can tell that it will take some time of simply pulling bit by bit out before you can actually be rid of the giant stone. But you chip away at it slowly but surely. granted each piece is very very little.
the barrel fills up with small pieces of rock that could be used later but a kindly villager brings you a new one. He also seems to bring a pick hammer but he gets little done as he swings the spike at the rock over nd over again.

Time was the biggest factor with this method. Each chunk he pulled out was a negligible portion of the boulder, but it was still a portion. He switched from making staffs out of the boulder to pulling small, smooth rock balls out of it, similar to shot puts, as those fit easier in the barrels and crates that were being brought around for him to use. One clone would help him pull the portions of rock out and then both of his clones would carry the barrel and set it aside. More then a few villagers seemed ready to help, including on in particular who came with a barrel and a pick hammer. It brought something of a smile to to Jinseie's face to see the man pitch in and instead of stopping him, he let the man pick at the boulder.
Any help was good and the man probably would have felt offended if Jinseie interrupted him. It meant something to the man to be able to help like this and Jinseie wouldn't take that away for the world. Instead, after a moment of watching, he nodded to him and as if to goad the man onward, he said "Well I better hurry up myself. It'll look bad if you take apart the whole boulder by yourself, I might not get paid!" softly, grinning at the villager who laughed back and Jinseie began to double time his clones a little.

The man looked over at you and nodded in acceptance. He dropped the pick hammer and moved to get something to drink. He brought back a small cooler filled with soda and a few beers and tossed a coke your way as he watched the clones pick away at the rock. time passed as he just watched for a minute and then went to grab another barrel and a few more picks. This man had turned out to be a miner in his day but now was a retired old fart with a wealth of wisdom and a strong held thought of manual labor as a means of purification.
The man went back to work on the giant rock and then passed you a pick as well. "Aint nothing better than an honest pick and a strong back there lad. Those fancy tricks are nice and I thank the gods you know em but there isn't anything wrong with swinging a hammer son." He went back to swinging with a big grin on his face and honestly happy to be doing the work. Little by little the giant stone shrunk down into nothing.
After the work was over he walked over and gave you a big grin as he placed a hand on your shoulder. "Son, how bout you and those clone buddies of yours come by my place a bit later and me and the wife will fix up a big batch of ramen. Hell, I might even fire up the fire pit and try something a friend of mine brought back from cross seas. Normally he gets some pretty strange stuff but this looks good. think he called it a burger. Oh and keep the pick" He turned back and began to walk away with the extra picks over his shoulder.

The work was hard and more then just a little taxing, but he knew it would be when he accepted the mission. His chakra was draining on him more then a little towards the end, but it wasn't anything he couldn't handle. Of course, by the time the latest barrel was full, he -was- starting to feel it. Taking a breath, he stepped back from the slowly dwindling boulder and helped his clone with the barrel, carrying it over to the slowly growing collection of barrels in a small corner of the street. Once they returned back to the boulder and the old man came back with the picks, Jinseie grabbed one up quickly and, though he had to kick his other clone to do it, made sure that he grabbed one too. Swinging it at the boulder, he smirked at the man's speech and nodded.
"The curse of being a Ninja, you start to think 'Well hows the easiest way to do this' and not 'Hows the best way to do this'." he replied, shrugging his shoulders as he took another swing at the boulder. At least this mission had taught him something, that just because there was an easier way didn't mean it was the best way. If he'd continued using his jutsu to pick at the boulder, he'd have run out of chakra and then he and his clones would still have had to push it. If it wasn't for this guy showing up with the picks, he'd have floundered all night long trying to get the boulder moved or destroyed, or he'd have had to rest and attempt again tomorrow.
At the end of the day the boulder was down and he and his clones were propped against one of the pieces that had remained decently sized, about as big as a small chair, using it to rest. The old man offered him food and company and Jinseie grinned a bit, reaching up to wipe the back of his hand over his head and clear sweat off it. "You bet. After a night like this, I could use a good meal...Though I'm not bringing the clones, I don't want to eat you out of house and home." he said, causing both the clones to go absolutely shell-shocked in the face and whimper, before Jinseie stood up and pulled the pick over his shoulder, motioning to the clones a bit more. "Alright, now lets get this mess cleared up and report back."
