Physical Features:
  • Face/head: Always wanting to maintain his own air of superiority, Oohazure always attempts to appear exactly as he wishes to be seen. Because of this, great work is placed into each and every detail of his visage. While at first glance, his dark orange hair appears to be tussled every which way with his bangs flipped up and around to frame his face, with the rest of his hair being just the perfect length to appear shaggy without being unyielding. Due to Yumegokochi, the ninja's eyes are a light gold hue, while his ears are slightly elongated and pointed. In order to emphasize his own newly found wealth, Oohazure has multiple golden earrings along his ears, giving an added side effect of making the differences to his ears more widely known. Finally, he keeps a shortly trimmed beard, always at the perfect stubble length.
  • Body: Still a ninja, Oohazure makes sure to always train his body. Knowing that due to Yumegokochi, he will never obtain the same level of strength or bulk as other more famous ninja in Iwagakure no Sato, Oohazure tries his hardest to put on and retain muscle mass. His efforts have given him some rewards, as the ninja's natural square mesomophic body type retains the amount of muscle that he puts on. To a civilian, it is rather obvious that he is strong, but to a ninja, it can be rather clear that his physical strength is not his true power.
  • Notable Features: Besides his eyes and ears, the other manifestation of Yumegokochi are obviously noticeable on Oohazure. This fingernails and toenails are all dark black, while being very thick and sharp, almost as if they were claws. No matter what Oohazure does, they always retain their texture and length. Additionally, his weight is another oddity. Weighing much less than another person of his size, he walking habits are just slightly noticeable as being out of the ordinary, as he pops just a bit higher with each step, as if he never wants to actually touch the ground.
Clothing/Accessories: As a result of his upbringing, Oohazure tends to not hold back on his attire. Changing through clothing faster than possible, he is almost always trying to find whatever would fit his own expected body image of himself. Normally attuning himself with flowing robes, of differing shades of blue and gold, his personally chosen 'colors', Oohazure keeps most of his actual body hidden, making sure to obscure his finger/toenails as much as possible, thinking they bring out too much of the spirit sealed inside of him. His forehead protector is wrapped around his left upper arm.

Personality:
  • General: There is generally two sides to every story, and Oohazure is no different. Growing up as a slave in Iwagakure and the surrounding area glorified the life of a ninja and what it meant to actually achieve something. Because of his eventual freedom due to the awakening of Yumegokochi, he was able to ascend to that status, achieving all that he had ever hoped and dreamt of. Eventually, he learned that there was much more to master and conquer, as he learned more and more of the world outside of Iwagakure no Sato. Because of the hope that they had implanted into him, and the semi-tight leash that was placed upon him by the Jinchuuriki seal, Oohazure has great pride in his village and, due to some slight manipulations from his very own spirit, he believes that Iwa should rule over all other countries.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To a very base level, Oohazure hopes to lead or help lead Iwagakure into becoming the one nation of the world.
  • Fears: At the most basic level, the jounin only has one fear. He does not like to not be in control. While this can manifest in multiple ways, especially due to Yumegokochi, Oohazure is overly protective of his village, his spirit, and anyone that he has command over, seeing himself as a benevolent ruler over his serfs.
  • Combat Mentality: Much of Yumegokochi's personality flows through Oohazure in battle, as the ninja's viewpoints align with the spirit's. Wanting to make sure everything goes according to plan, utilizing each and every jutsu to its fullest potential. Never wanting to prolong a fight, he will take whatever chance to end it in any means necessary, taking no pity on anyone or anything.

Born outside of the main city of Iwagakure no Sato, Oohazure was born outside of wedlock to two rather poor parents. Due to their lack of any sort of social standing, political standing, and his father not wanting to keep the child, they near immediately sold Oohazure off to slavery, happy to not have to feed another mouth and gladly accepting coins in return.

Growing up, Oohazure mainly kept to himself, being a slave to some ninja of an important standing for an unknown reason. Trying to work his way out of what he was born into, his big break came through at the age of 5. The ninja who owned Oohazure had only bought him for a sole purpose; using him to perfect his own arts of Tenkujutsu. Known to Iwa for this act, he was attempting a new way in order to seal spirits into their jinchuuriki. As he had just captured the spirit, not knowing much about its abilities nor feelings, the ninja rushed forward with his experiment, forcing the boy to undergo the fuuinjutsu that melded the two beings together as one. As agonizing as it was, the spirit near immediately spoke to the boy, quickly overwhelming his mind with thoughts, images, and commands, forcing itself as commander of the boy. Utilizing his own Hisomujutsu, the spirit worked its own magic on the ninja, forcing him drop down and pray to the boy that he had just experimented on. Unluckily for Oohazure, though, this quickly ended as his body was much too weak for that level of power to seep through as he fainted near immediately after.

Forced to be a ninja by his master and much unlike other slaves, Oohazure was always kept by himself while not in class, as to make sure he wasn't able to manipulate or disturb others into gaining his freedom. It was only until the day of his chuunin exams did Yumegokochi take command once more. During the fight, he laid down a simple but hidden command on one of Oohazure's teammates, setting up a stage for escape. While rather uneventful, the chuunin exam itself passed by smoothly, with Oohazure taking command as the strategist of the group, leading to the safety of his team members.

A few days after the exam, however, once all the celebration had calmed down, both of Oohazure's teammates showed up at his master's house, readying themselves for what would entail. Sneaking past the few alarms the master had set up, they quickly worked on freeing Oohazure against their will. As soon as the doors were unlocked, he quickly sent them on their way, making sure to erase the interaction from their minds. Knowing the house like the back of his hand, the newly appointed chuunin gathered the right ingredients and the right specimens needed to create an accident of sorts, with help from Yumegokochi. Gathering as much as what wouldn't be obvious, Oohazure readied himself for the authorities in the morning.

Using his own hisomujutsu on himself, he bypassed the basic questions, truly, at the time, believing that he had done nothing and it was just a quiet night. Keeping the minor amount of gold and papers that he had stolen from this master's house, he bought his own freedom, allowing him to reside in Iwagakure no Sato proper, keeping his registration in the ninja forces.

Quickly escalating through the ranks with the help of Yumegokochi, the ninja practiced and practiced his art, trying to maintain his usage without sticking out too much. While the higher ups obviously knew of his status as a jinchuuriki, he did his best to hide every hint that he could from those that he worked with, explaining away the powers as normal genjutsu, to those uninitiated to the art.

The day that he hit jounin, though, was the day that Oohazure delved much deeper into the studies of his own sealed spirit. Learning how to unlock more and more abilities, Oohazure currently plans on attempting to bring Iwa to the great place that it should be. However, due to his own sense of pride, there was one action that he had to do before everything would be right. Doing a bit of research, Oohazure studied and found the location of his 'parents', learning of their new status as slaves themselves. Apparently, his mother's husband wound up with the wrong people and owed the wrong people, leading to both being forced into slavery as a way to repay debts. Utilizing the wealth that he now had, Oohazure set up a pretty simple plan. Paying their current owners, he bought both of his parents from slavery, taking them on a trip to a minor township in Rock Country, never speaking to them once until they arrived. Taking them away from any lingering eyes, he called upon the power of Yumegokochi he commanded his parents, with a simple command, to murder the other. Unable to react, due to not having any way of combating genjutsu, the act was finished quite quickly, as Oohazure cleaned up the scene and made his way back to he village. When questioned, he just answered that he had tied up loose ends with his own property, removing the blemish that had stained his history.

Equipment: Not one for too many splashy weapons or exciting weapons, Oohazure keeps his weaponry rather simple. Carrying 15 kunai in his cloak attached at different locations for each reach. Additionally, he holds five smoke bombs on his belt, again, for easy access. On his back, he has a bow with a quiver that contains 15 arrows. He has five perfume bombs that have a very strong scent of flowers that explode in a liquid, covering whatever they hit. Also, he has three flash tags on his belt. Lastly, he has five kunai with explosive tags tied to them.
Teethering ArrowsShow
A masterpiece arrow constructed from mythological sources, the Tethering Arrows are used by Oohazure against spirits and those that house them. The fletching is composed of the feathers from Yumegokochi, making Oohazure resistance to their own powers, while also letting them know that he is their owner. The arrowheads are made from the strange cold iron found in Koushudai, which has a natural power over spirits. Finally, the shaft is made out of a special chakra-based tree that, whenever the arrow pierces a target, shatters, making it very hard to remove the arrowhead from the target, without causing damage to the surrounding area. Whenever this metal pierces a Spirit, it causes that spirit to lose 5 stamina. If it pierces a jinchuuriki, that jinchuuriki loses access to their highest form that they are able to access. If they are already in that form, this regresses them down a form. If it pierces someone that is possessed by a spirit, the spirit's soul is treated as one category lower. If this reaches lesser or lower, it will be banished from the host.

Host of YumegokochiOohazure is the Jinchuuriki of Yumegokochi and acts as its host. Being the host of the [The Master of Minds], Oohazure has a passive Ninjutsu boost of [+5] at all times, and is able to use [Hisomujutsu], allowing him to force people's bodies to his will, along with creating other Genjutsu effects from his implanted [Hisomu].

Having devoted their lives to mastering the arts of Ninjutsu, this shinobi is classified as a Ninjutsu Specialist. Ninjutsu specialist are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to Ninjutsu, unlike most people who are capped at 8. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to Taijutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to Genjutsu.

As a Ninjutsu Specialist, [User] is able to utilize Ninjutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier.   1. Projectile Weapons -- The fundamental skill of [Projectile Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with weapons designed to attack from afar, such as bows, shuriken, senbon, launchers and the like. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

  1. Sight Initiation -- This user has learned to use visual cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to perform actions, or draw the eyes to something to capture their targets in a genjutsu.

  1. Tenkujutsu -- The users of this style have a strong affinity towards spirits, and are able to utilize certain chakra techniques based off of spirits. Those with the affinity have a Maroon color tint to their chakra when using these techniques. Tenkujutsu jutsus fall underneath their own pyramid, and do not have ties to Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu.

Once sparked, the subject's tenketsu slow their release of chakra into their body, completing a few different objectives. The first is that all of their active and ongoing techniques will end, unless consciously enacted once more. Secondly, to sensors, it appears as if their [Stamina] stat is one-forth of what it truly is, normally allowing them to appear as a non-ninja. If the subject continues an ongoing technique or uses a jutsu, this jutsu is cancelled. Otherwise, this lasts for 7 posts.

After completing the implantation onto the subject, this [Hisomu] will last for [Mastery] days. Once sparked, the subject will blank out and do whatever the user wishes of them, as long as it wouldn't immediately result in their own death. This lasts for up to 6 posts.

Spark: User: "Your use is over with."
After completing the implantation on the subject, this [Hisomu] will last for [Mastery] posts. Once sparked, this will cause the subject to immediately take any sharp item on their possession and attempt to kill themselves as swiftly as possible. Unlike other [Hisomu] jutsu, this jutsu is much easier to break out of, requiring only 25 [Genjutsu] to break out of, unless they are able to also do the normal method.

Spark: User: "You are mine."
After completing the implantation onto the subject, this [Hisomu] will last for [Mastery] posts. Once sparked, the subject will completely follow any command given to them by the user, including turning on allies, killing themselves, or simply doing nothing and watch. This is able to last for 10 posts.

Spark: User: "You will die for me."
After completing the implantation onto the subject, this [Hisomu] will last for [Mastery] days. Once sparked, the subject's body will temporarily go tense until near instantly go into an offensive stance. For the next 8 posts, the subject will gain +12 [Strength] and +12 [Speed], while also be able to shrug off hits as if they had an armor that protected them at 3/4ths of their new [Strength]. However, at the end of the duration, the target will collapse upon themselves and die.

The max distance that this area can cover depends entirely on how far he can throw/launch/shoot the projectiles.

The top of the hole is completely normal, having a bit of dirt and earth stabilized with Doton chakra, but only barely. Almost any pressure is enough to cause to crumble. The hole forms at a speed of 20.

After doing the needed hand seals, Oohazure uses his doton chakra to alter the space inside of his Sacred Ground. At a speed of 20, the ground begins to transmute itself, starting from the outer portions, into a mess of quick sand. This quick sand pulls at a strength of 20, and lasts for 6 posts before turning back to normal ground.

After doing the needed hand seals, if Oohazure has already used Doton • Sacred Ground, he causes the projectiles used to sink further into the ground at a speed of 10, while gaining a rock covering with a strength of 10. This allows for Oohazure to use his Sacred Ground jutsu without fear of opponents easily tampering with the corners.

After doing the needed hand seals, Oohazure uses his doton chakra to create four featureless rock clones at any space within his Sacred Ground. These rock clones have no special abilities and have the following stats: (Taijutsu 1)(Stamina 3)(Strength 4)(Speed 4). They are created with a rock sword constructed in their hands, which are all dull and share the stats of the clone.

It is created with two katars constructed on the top of each of its hands, which don't interfere with its own hand seals.

After performing the needed handseals, Oohazure places his hand on the ground. If the ground is sand, this technique moves much faster, taking half a post, otherwise taking a full post. The ground below the target that's within 20 meters of Oohazure starts to 'decay' and 'fall out' from under them, at a speed of 10, causing them to sink. The heavier that the target is, the faster they sink into the mess that's created. Once Ishiki feels that the target is 'deep' enough, he can release his hand from the ground, causing it to fully harden around the target. It takes a strength of 40 to break free from the ground once trapped.

After doing the needed hand seals, Oohazure uses his doton chakra to alter the ground inside of his Sacred Ground. By holding the last seal, he is able to have the ground form multiple stalagmites rise up from the ground at a speed of 15, but a strength of 25. Over the next 4 posts, as long as the last seal is held, he can cause multiple stalagmites to rise up, to a maximum of 3 per post.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will place their hands on the ground, channeling their chakra into it. Beyond a 2 meter diameter radius around the user, the earth in a 30 meter radius around them will soften into extremely fine dirt at a speed of 35 and to a depth of 1.5 meters. Anyone caught in the pit will begin to sink rapidly, however those with at least 40 taijutsu will have good enough body control to lighten their steps and resist sinking.

They will see that whatever offensive or defensive jutsu that Oohazure casts appear stronger than it actually is. For example, a fireball will seem hotter and more dangerous, even if it doesn't actually gain anything. This can cause opponents to use higher level defensive jutsu or offensive jutsu. This lasts for 3 posts.

After doing the needed hand seals, the user will act as if a clone-type jutsu went off. Those that see this will be inducted into the genjutsu. These clones stay there for 4 posts or until they are damaged.

However, while under the effect of this jutsu, they will instead favor the options with unknown results and effects, which can cause them to use more risky jutsu, options, and ideas. This lasts for six posts.

After doing the needed hand seals, Oohazure will say, "Don't you think you rely on *strategy* too much?" Those that hear this will be caught in the genjutsu. If the target uses the strategy or ability described in their battle style, they will become aware of how often that they rely on that type of jutsu and try to use other strategies/jutsu instead. This lasts for twelve posts.

After doing the needed hand seals, Oohazure says "This will help you out, y'know." Those that hear this will think that his [Hisomujutsu] are entirely beneficial to them, for whatever reason, accepting them as if they were willing targets. However, if Oohazure acts hostilely to them before the [Hisomujutsu] is placed, this genjutsu automatically ends, otherwise lasting for five posts.

B-Ranked Status Genjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the user will ask out "Are you sure that's right?" Those that hear will be inducted into the genjutsu. While under the effects, they will only believe that actions that have been made in the current combat is correct, possibly ignoring the more 'common knowledge' that is known to them. For example, if a jutsu weak to another in the current battle was able to beat that jutsu, they might feel as if the relationship between weakness/strengths were reversed. This lasts for six posts.

This jutsu can be extremely useful when used at the right time during battle. After performing this jutsu and making eye contact, the opponent forgets how to use all of the ninjutsu and genjutsu they know, except basic jutsu. They don’t realize they have forgotten though and if they try to use one of the jutsu they will just flounder with it confused and nothing will happen. Lasts 2 posts.

These chains cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself, and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 10, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target for a full 5 posts, they will drain away, causing the target to drop in available forms by 1 for up to 5 posts.

Yumegokochi
[The Master of Minds]


Forms: 2

Influences: Due to the sealing of Yumegokochi, the host's irises turn a solid gold hue, along with their finger and toe nails hardening and into claws. Additionally, their body loses a bit of mass, making them weigh 1/5th less than someone of equal body type and shape. The user's chakra also takes on a dark and deep blue, that tends to swirl around their body, always pushing downwards. Lastly, the jinchuuriki's ears elongate a bit, giving them an elvish appearance.

Long Term Drawbacks: The host becomes more possessive and domineering over their loved ones, possessions, and status. The less control over their own being that they have, the more Yumegokochi takes over, forcing out the owner's normal personality. Additionally, Yumegokochi forces the user to gain the [Ninjutsu Specialist] specialty.

Personality: Like most spirits, Yumegokochi has a bit of an ego about themselves, making any attempt at power if at all possible. They possess a deep cunning, along with being very ambitious. Wanting to be the master of everything around them, they despise any sort of control or limitations placed upon themselves, wanting to break free at any chance of escape. Because of such, the spirit can seem as very freedom bound. Wanting power and having the ability to manipulate minds, as a free spirit, Yumegokochi was able to set up villages that worshiped them as gods, fulfilling the spirit's ego.

Ability: Hypnotism

Definitions: Yumegokochi has mastery of the mind to such a degree that the spirit can cause people to act with their bodies that normal Genjutsu can only dream of. By implanting chakra into someone's body, the host is able to produce a type of ninjutsu called [Hisomjutsu]. These jutsu work by manipulating a target's body to interact in a certain, predefined way. While this varies between jutsu to jutsu, the target has no direct control over their body while doing so. This prohibits them from retaining muscle memory of their actions or preventing themselves from acting in that manner, just as a body of water has no interaction when being manipulated by Suiton jutsu. Once the chakra is implanted into a target, it remains latent until called upon by a specific trigger, called a [Spark]. [Sparks] can vary from, but not limited to, seeing a certain action, hearing a certain person say something, or even a specific command word. Once activated, the subject's body will be manipulated to follow out the command, as defined by the jutsu, consuming the chakra that was implanted into them.

While widely varied in their use, there are a few rules that they all follow.
  1. All [Hisomujutsu] fall under the ninpou pyramid. At times, however, they are able to meld with Genjutsu, which follow the Genjutsu and Ninjutsu pyramids. There are two distinct ways that [Hisomujutsu] interact with Genjutsu, which will be described later.
  2. All [Hisomujutsu] require chakra to be implanted into the subject, which varies for different techniques, each [Hisomujutsu] has a minimum cast time of one full post, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Each base [Hisomujutsu] requires a set of one handed hand seals, while the other hand sways in a figure 8 shape, directing their hand towards their target .
  4. Each form describes how it delivers [Hisomujutsu] in that form, unless the jutsu states otherwise.
  5. While obvious that the host is casting jutsu, anything related to that act can be forgotten through the implantation of chakra by the jinchuuriki. So, if the host says specific command words, these will be forgotten by the target after implantation.
  6. The mental space that [Hisomu] occupy makes subjects only able to 'hold' as many as ¼th of their [Instinct] Hisomu at once. If more [Hisomu] are placed on a subject than they can handle, they will get painful headaches as the oldest [Hisomujutsu] fades away. The more that they have implanted, the more powerful the headache becomes.
  7. The host is only able to have a number of [Hisomujutsu] on others or himself equal to double his [Mastery] stat.
From that, there are a few different ways of combating [Hisomujutsu]. The first and easiest is interrupting the jutsu as it is cast or before the implantation occurs. Secondly, [Hisomujutsu] can be removed at any time the subject receives the use of *[Basic Jutsu • Kai Release] to flush out their chakra network. While not a Genjutsu, [Hisomujutsu] are able to be affected in similar ways, due to the chakra implanted into the target, up unti the [Spark] is ignited. In order to use Kai Release, the person must have a [Genjutsu+Instinct]/2 greater than or equal to the requirement for the jutsu in question. Lastly, and not as common of an occurrence, while [Hisomujutsu] are able to be used on an unconscious subject, they will all dissipate if the subject dies.


Genjutsu have a funny way of interacting with [Hisomujutsu], easily dubbed [Hisomu-genjutsu] and [Gen-Hisomujutsu]. The first, [Hisomu-genjutsu] are [Hisomu] that, once activated as [Hisomu], create a genjutsu effect on the subject. These follow normal genjutsu rules, and only affect the subject. [Gen-Hisomujutsu], however, work a bit differently. These create Genjutsu, using the subject as the 'cast' point, making it affect all those within the range, which is stated inside the jutsu itself. These genjutsu normally do not affect the subject, unless stated, and use the pre-set chakra, rather than chakra from the subject. If the genjutsu requires more chakra than preset, it will take chakra from the subject to pay for it, in case of multiple targets and the like. Those that perceive the [Spark] are caught in the genjutsu effects. For both of these, however, they are able to be broken out of as if they were normal genjutsu, after the [Spark] has been set off.
Form 0:
In [Form 0], these jutsu require the host to finish the seals and motions with a direct contact on the subject's head at the end of the post. While in this form, the subject must be wiling or unconscious.

In this form, the host's irises are a solid gold hue, while their finger and toe nails harden into claws. They have a loss of body weight and their chakra is a dark and deep blue that spirals downward. Lastly, their ears are elongated, giving them slightly better hearing than an average human.

In [Form 1], these jutsu change based on the subject's willingness. For an unwilling target, the host must complete the seals and make direct contact with the subject's forehead. For willing targets, however, the host is able to send their chakra out over the diration of the hand seals, as theyr chakra moves at a speed equal to the rank as if it was a normal ninjutsu for its rank and prerequisites, following as the host leads it to its destination. The maximum range for this chakra is [Masteryx5] meters.

In this form, a chakra cloak surrounds the user, seeming to coalesce around their feet, pushing them an inch off of the ground, as a slight disjointed halo of chakra appears over their head, while two wing-like structures of chakra appear on the user's waist.

Form 2:
In the final form, these jutsu are much easier to unleash on targets. For willing or unconscious targets, they are able to be within [Masteryx10] meters, with the minimal post cast time being removed entirely. For unwilling targets, however, the host sends out a visible ball at a speed equal to the rank as if it was a normal ninjutsu for its rank and prerequisites. If it hits the target, they will be imbued with the [Hisomujutsu]. These jutsu have a minimal post time of half a post.

In this form, the jinchuuriki naturally floats at least 5 meters off of the ground, unless consciously lowering themselves. Their chakra forms a complete cloth around their waist, feet, and upper body, up until it covers their head. A hole forms in the side of their head, giving them extraordinary hearing abilities. The wings fully form, giving them the ability to fly.
