Physical Features: Kupu Kupu is a monolithic golem-esque creature made entirely of daimond. His form is that of a large and athletic human, but the definitions of his forms are polygons of various elevations. From a quick glance it is clear that he is not human. He possess no mouth or orifices, though his form still has ears and a mouth. His eyes are glowing trapezoids, often glowing a light and soft golden color. Inside of his head and through the sandy colored diamond one may notice a feint, pulsating golden light. This light is his Kouseki crystal, and what inevitably became his brain and core, since Kupu Kupu is all that remains of what was once a man who decided to use forbidden jutsu.
Clothing/Accessories: Kupu Kupu generally does not like to wear clothes, though occasionally he can be found with his body wrapped in linen bandages with a black full-body cloak worn over himself. This is to avoid the gaze of those humans who always seem to stare at him so much.
Personality: Kupu Kupu has an intelligence somewhere between a fish, a dog, and a toddler. His vocabulary consists of one phrase, "Kupu Kupu", which he rattles off in quick succession. For those around him, this makes understanding his emotional state or feelings only possible by interpreting the feeling in the way he says Kupu Kupu. Beyond being extremely simple minded, Kupu Kupu is a little curious, and also prone to tantrums. When hurt he becomes very enraged and will attack whatever hurt him... even if it was a rock he tripped on. He reacts purely on natural instinct like an animal for the most part.

Shouton
Born to the Kouseki clan, this user is able to utilize Crystal Release, a fusion composed of Doton and Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Shouton. Shouton has a absorbing effect.
Passive (Absorbing)Show
Shouton release alone is durable, hard, makes good defenses and produces weapons with ease, but is unique for its absorbing quality. Shouton jutsu have the ability to absorb chakra, and can be manipulated based on the chakra they absorb. This means that any jutsu that does not immediately destroy shouton techniques can actually make them stronger. If a shouton technique is struck by a D-rank jutsu, it is damaged as normal, and if it is not destroyed, the chakra used to damage it is absorbed, and can be used to activate a D-rank Shouton jutsu in response. This energy can be accumulated, where 2 D-ranks equal 1 C-rank, and 2 C-rank equal 1 B-rank and so forth. The absorbing effect does not negate damage to a shouton technique. This absorbing quality has no time limit to its use.
Activation:
Shouton Jutsu have an absorbing quality, which causes them to be created in an inactive state. When a shouton jutsu absorbs chakra it will glow, which signals that it can be activated. Additional jutsu must be used to activate a shouton technique, which can cause a wide variety of effects. Once activated, if the crystal is not destroyed, it defaults to normal Doton, losing the [Absorbing] effect and gaining Doton's [Enduring] effect, but only having 1/4 it's original strength, rounded down.
Elemental Body:
After achieving unparalleled mastery of ninjutsu, Keisuke was able to become one with Shouton. After undergoing the grueling process of sealing himself into his Kouseki forehead gem he was able to recreate his body from Shouton around the gem. This gem is now located inside of his head and acts as Keisuke's brain. This means that his body takes on the properties of Shouton at almost all times. Any damage sustained by the body is able to be recovered by gathering more of the same element, and is incapable of bleeding. While this gives Keisuke a form of almost invulnerability, if his gem is damaged it spells out almost certain death.

Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/3rd the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 19 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 6 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

By channeling into his arm, Kupu Kupu will create and spit out up to 10 basic projectiles, such as kunai, shuriken, or senbon out of it. The tools are ejected instantly but with no strength, meaning they can just be created without lag time but aren't launched or anything. They have a strength of 5.

By channeling into his arm, Kupu Kupu will cause more crystal to grow off the arm forming a 1.5mx1mx6cm bulwark of that material. The bulwark has a strength of 6 and forms at a speed of 4.

By channeling into his arm, Kupu Kupu will cause more crystal to grow off the arm forming a 14cm long, 8cm diameter crystal to form in his hand. This crystal can be thrown and explodes on impact, or when kai'd. The crystal holds it's explosive energy if not consumed for up to 4 posts. After 4 posts if not used, it becomes a plain, empty shouton vessel. Force is equal to a D-Rank explosion.

By channeling into his arm, Kupu Kupu will cause more crystal to grow off his arm, however at a minuscule size, close to dust. This causes tiny shards of crystals to fill the air in a 2 meter diameter cloud in front of him. The crystals reflect the light oddly and obstruct the view of anything behind it for 1 post, before falling to the ground. The effect doesn't block visibility completely, but instead adds a fun-house-mirror like effect distorting the area behind it.

By channeling into his hand and touching a crystal that has been activated by any rank technique, Kupu Kupu can use purge the absorbed chakra and return the crystal to it's inactive state.

By channeling into his finger tips, Kupu Kupu causes them to constantly(meaning he cannot do any other jutsu as long as this is active) regenerate and reshape into large, 3-inch claws. This process also hardens the fingers/claws adding +10 strength to their durability.

Kupu Kupu's animalistic instincts may make him dumb, but it also makes for his uncanny ability to visualize space around him and move his body accordingly. In this case, he can naturally (like second nature) perform and seamlessly move into a roll, forwards, backwards or sideways from any position. This has many practical uses but is mainly used as a response to being thrown, knocked over, or falling, as Kupu Kupu can use a roll to distribute his weight and minimize the impact damage.

By dropping his back hand or swirling it around to give the impression that he is about to throw a heavy hook or straight down and bait the opponent to act on it, Kupu Kupu comes out of the feint by using his lead hand to deliver a bone splintering straight jab.

D-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Dashing forward Kupu Kupu throws his shoulder down and throws it at the sternum of his opponent. This powerful move makes use of his entire body and it's weight to not only knocks opponents equal to Kupu Kupu in strength or weaker off their feet, but knocks the wind out of them creating an opening. Opponents which Kupu Kupu is far stronger than (by 5 or more points) will usually have their sternums broken on impact.

Kupu Kupu is twitchy. His animalistic way of thinking means his senses are in tune and sudden sounds or anything unusual which draw his attention- like a twig breaking or leaves rustling. This makes it less easy to surprise him physically.

Kupu Kupu wil rush forward and throw his full weight at his opponent. If they are off-kilter this is especially effective. If successful, he'll use his massive weight and strength to knock the opponent to the ground then position himself on top of them.

By locking his legs down, almost slowing his movement to a halt and preventing him from advancing at anything more than a slow walking pace, Kupu Kupu keeps his arms loose and raises them to head-level then arches his back but keeps his torso loose, leaning in and entering a stance in which he can tense and release his upper body muscles at their maximum speed. This allows him to pivot his torso around, bobbing and weaving to deliver rapid chains of close-range jabs. While Kupu Kupu does not undergo any true statistical changes, punches thrown from this stance can be delivered at a much faster speed giving him the absolute edge in a close battle of speeds.

By making use of physiology, utilizing his bodies counterweights and stepping into his hits, from this stance, Kupu Kupu is able to raise the strength of his movements. While not providing an actual stat bonus, in battles of close, or even same strenth, this gives Kupu Kupu the winning edge.

Kupu kupu locks his fists together and delivers a massive overhead blow, aiming to drive the opponent into the ground like a nail. If his strength is 5 or more greater than the opponent, this will not only hurt their neck making it hard for them to turn their head, but will causes their ankles and feet to become injured as their body compresses into the ground below them.

[i]B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu[/i]
THe suplex makes use of Kupu Kupu's speed, strength, weight, and unique physiology. By gitting a firm grip on his opponents waist, he will throw him up, sliding to a point where most of their body is above his torso. He will then arch his back and use the opponents own weight, with his strength, to piledrive them head first into the ground, utimately slamming them flat on their back. Beyond the added strength of the blow, this is devestating because there is multiple stresses put on the reciever. First, when their head hits the ground, second when Kupu Kupu's weight follows through, jamming their head and neck, and last when their back slams into the ground.

Using his immense strength and speed, when Kupu Kupu punches, a vortex of wind forms the size of his fist, and flies forth from his fist at a speed equal to 3/4 his speed and a strength equal to 2/3rds his strength up to 3 meters away.

Sunagakure no Sato has a long history and was one of the first ninja villages ever. One of the many prominent bloodlines to pledge allegiance to the village was the Kouseki clan, a clan whose bloodline allowed them the unique fusion element of Shouton. 150 years ago, Kouseki Keisuke walked the earth. By all accounts he was a genius of his generation and one of the most promising Kouseki's to ever exist. Because his father was not of the Kouseki clan and was instead a commoner, due to the beliefs of blood purity being supreme at that time, many were surprised. Those years following there was a trend of intermixing. In his early years, Kouseki was always temperamental but also showed himself to be extremely intelligent and extremely curious. He had to know how everything he came across worked. How things ticked.

Within five years of his birth Keisuke had already gained a deep understanding of Ninjutsu and shinobism and was capable of using D-Rank level Shouton Ninjutsu. He was one of the youngest academy students ever and graduated in a year. Around the same time, he had his natural crystal, the daimond, placed into his head during the clan ritual. Four years later, ten years after birth... he was capable of killing Chuunin level combatants, and by thirteen, he was granted the rank of Jounin after dispatching two A-Rank missing ninja from Konoha all by himself. That said, Keisuke was too smart and his lust for knowledge was too great. When he finally learned all the Shouton jutsu he could from his clan and others and could not think of any more jutsu to create, he went into a depression. By his early 20's he began to seek forbidden knowledge by manipulating a librarian, who has a crush on him, to help comb some of the more dangerous shinobi scrolls at the archives. Those of some of Sunagakure's progenitors- one of which had knowledge of many forbidden techniques. It was in committing this crime that he found the secret he needed and the next step in his glorious evolution. To become one with Shouton. Working secretly for years and testing his technique on animals, he divined a way to transfer his spirit, soul, and tenketsu into an object which would act as an anchor. Soon after this, on the first mission chance he had to leave the village he fled, gaining a deserter status, and shortly afterward at a location outside of the village- he used his technique. His name went down in the books as one of the most hated people of the times, and his despotic acts caused the village to watch it's talents more carefully for generations.

Unfortunately, he had made a mistake with his formula and while he had succeeded in giving himself an elemental body, he completely destroyed his intelligence, his mind, and lost all memories and sense of self being reduced to a a husk that was nothing more than an animal in intellect and thoughts. Like a baby animal, he wandered the desert for nearly 170 years, completely oblivious to the world around him and wandering aimlessly without purpose. Occasionally he came across humans who angered him, or people who tried to attack him or steal diamond from his precious body. Usually those people were never heard of again. He also learned to hide himself with human clothes to avoid that kind of thing... it wasn't like he particularly enjoyed hurting people... it was just self-preservation instincts after all.

The world is lucky though, for if he ever received back the intellect of Keisuke, Kupu kupu would be a terrifying force.
