- Personality: Haru often feels isolated in his surroundings, making him rather introverted. Tending to keep himself to himself and often slipping into the shadows. Though if he gets comfortable, he will open up.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.Passive (Shocking)ShowRaiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

History Haru was born in Old Tea, bastard of Aizawa, Yoru of the Leaf and Tea Maid who worked at the local tea house. His father didn’t know he was born nor did Haru know who his father was but if anyone we’re to look at the pair the resemblance would be uncanny.
The boy lived like any other child, fine he had no father but everything else was wonderful he had a caring mother, a nice home and a comfortable life. Until The Great War, his homeland ravaged by the shinobi from Kirigakure, killing his mother in the process.
Lost, lonely and afraid he fled with the over refugees to New Tea though without a mother or a father he knew of he was left to fend for himself. The boy became an agile thief, his small frame and innocent demeanour allowed him to often go undetected. There we’re rumours of the Moonlit Fox stealing from those at night.
His life changed however once The Heart Empire liberated his country, ridding them of the selfish Shogun and establishing an academy. With his hatred of Kirigakure, he trained in the arts of Ninjutsu, becoming incredibly strong in a short space of time, perhaps it was something within his genes? Either way he wasn’t sure all he was focused on now was getting his own back on Kirigakure.

As this is underground it cannot be seen by the naked eye, if any pressure is applied to this, tendrils made of electricity will produce attempting to wrap around the targets arms, legs and neck dragging and holding them down electrocuting them at the same time. These tendrils will have speed and strength equal to the user’s control. This will last for 3 posts.

The user will perform a sequence of hand seals, despite it’s name a Thousand foxes will not appear but as many foxes as possible will fill an area 30 metres wide. If the user focuses they can take control of the foxes going after multiple targets or launching all at one. If they do not concentrate the foxes will fly forward at a speed and strength equal to the users control. These foxes will explode on contact spitting electricity and causing minor paralysis to anyone they come in contact with. This will last for 4 posts.

The user will weave a sequence of hand seals, tendrils that take on the shape of foxes tails will pour from the users body grabbing anyone within 30 metres of the user attempting to wrap around their arms and legs pulling them apart and wrapping around their neck dragging them to the floor and attempt to choke them. This will cause minor paralysis with anyone they come in contact with. The tendrils last for five posts.
