It was the first day of Autumn and there were nefarious activities going on in the Heart Empire. The Cult of NAmazu had purportedly discovered where Namazu was resting, and they had been using ninjutsu to force Namazu out of it’s slumber and cause earthquakes throughout Gold Country. The terrorism had not gone unnoticed however, two great warriors had been put on the path to Namazu, and this is the story of these warriors fight against the Cult.

The air was still warm, despite it now being Autumn. The trees had just begun to turn, and all around Roku and Akihiko were beautiful colors. The two of them had traveled by horse across the expanse of Heart Empire, tracking down Roku’s leads on the Cult of Namazu. Roku had an informant in the Cult, and he was able to get a few radio transmissions in from the informant. According to intel, the Cult of Namazu had found Namazu in Heart, bound by a river dam. Once they unsealed the beast, they found it inert. Namazu was cursed according to reports, and could only act out of life or death situations. The Cult had been torturing the sleeping giant, causing it to awaken and force tremors throughout the world. It was an evil plot, but according to the informant it only got worse. The Cult was learning how to control NAmazu, hoping to split apart the worlds greatest powers with natural disaster. If the Cult had their way, NAmazu would destroy all of the good in the world. Roku wouldn’t let that thappe though, and neither would Akihiko.

Standing in a small clearing nestled within the trees, Roku was next to Akihiko. They were both looking at the distance ahead. There was a pyramid constructed out of gold, large enough to fit several blue whales inside. Three guards were standing before the doors to the pyramid, holding spears.

”What do you think Aki? Can you slip past them? I need you to disable the watch. Slip past em, take out all three. They can't be too skilled. The cultists are known for being untrained zealots. Disable their squad without causing a scene, I will sneak over and get us in. My informant gave me the formula to get through the fuuinjutsu lock on the door." Roku looked Aki square in the eyes, his face very seriously composed with a furrowed, blue brow. His white eyebrows shined in the morning sun. "It's up to you. But first, grab my pole. For good luck." Roku put his hand forward and golden chakra began to shimmer in it. Soon a long, bamboo pole began to materialize. It was glowing a soft golden color, and it had a certain inviting quality about it.

Unfortunately in their debrief Aki caught himself going in and out of being reverie. However, he retained about 75% of the situation. Enough so, when they arrived, the pink haired boy was excited to flex his skills. The boy assessed Roku's words as he told him to be stealthy. This was literally Aki's specialty so he was more than excited to indulge in this kind of combat. The boy listened as Roku used his rather Turgid phrasing regarding his pole. The boy turned to him with an eye brow cocked and than began to giggle a little bit. "Haha Roku, the last thing I want to do is grab your bent pole." The child gazed upon the landscape where they were hiding in and then reached down to grab two kunai.

The child couldn't help but be utterly excited. Not only was he going to aid in helping out heart and killing some serious baddies. HOWEVA he was just as excited to show off a little bit, he wanted to get as many ahhh's and ooo's as possible since he was going to be gone for potentially years in an Eastern Country away from the general society that he has been a part of. The boy flexed a muscle on his back that activated his puppet armor. In a fast pace metal sheets expanded and shuffled over his entire body until his armor covered the boy completely.

During their travels, Aki had been carrying his puppets. It was a pain but when they got to the site he placed them on the ground. The child however, left the puppets on the ground before he engaged in his mission. He didn't need them at the moment.

Once the armor hid his physical self, he simply nodded to Roku. Akihiko would then lift up his right arm and snap his finger. Once the noise started, Aki would have seemingly disappeared from visual existence. Aki would then tap on Roku's shoulder before running forward. The boy silently ran with kunai in his hands, towards the doors. The guards had spears and stood near each other. Clearly they didn't have many visitors since they weren't as alert as they should have been.

When the child got closer, he would whip one of the Kunai's at the guard on the left. The child would aim for right between the eyes. In the same motion, he would bend his knees and lower his hip and jump up to stab the guard on the right's head. Upon the two Kunai connecting, he would fall behind the other enemy and quickly send target strikes to his back. The man would fall down and lose all motor functions. As he began to fall, Aki would swing his left arm around his belly to stop him from falling. He would then grab the spear with his right hand and send it down on the guy's head. Peace was never an option. Aki would wait hidden in the limbo realm for Roku to get his blue ass over to him.

Instead of focusing on creating an entrance from a distance or utilizing a specific feature of the Limbo Realm, Aki can shift from one layer to another per jutsu release. Utilizing a few hand signs or channeling chakra, Aki can engulf his body in Limbo Chakra end physically shift himself to the next coming layer. So if he is in the Present Realm, he can shift into the 1st Layer. If he is in the 1st Layer he can either shift back to the present realm or shift to the 2nd Layer. He cannot go from the Present Realm to the 2nd layer or visa versa.

Limbo • Passive Touch - Tagging
E-Rank Ninjutsu
Due to extreme exposure within the Limbo Realm, Akihiko as a slight bit of chakra located on his hands and feet. When touching an inanimate object (or inorganic) or a person, Akihiko leaves a slight chakra signature on it. By tagging an item and willfully leaving a slight bit of his chakra, it gives the selected organic or inorganic object/being the capability of entering and exiting the Limbo Realm.

A quieter version of Basic Silence. By honing his muscles in his legs, and adjusting his feet slightly, Aki can run in a silent manor without being heard unless the person seeking him out has a higher perception technique.

Watching Akihiko take out the guards was truly satisfying. The invisible boy quickly dispatched the standing squad, stabbing and cutting into each one of them. Roku could barely follow what was happening, but what he saw was satisfying. It seemed that Akihiko was talented, and that was a relief to The Blue Tailed Beast.

Once everything was said and done, Roku ran over to Akihiko. He didn't know where the boy was, but he assumed that Aki stayed by the door. As he began walking toward the rendezvous point, Roku began channeling chakra into his fishing pole, altering the Shuryo's Serendipity Field for the good. As Roku walked forward he began meditating his luck, ensuring that if anything unfortunate were to happen to him and Aki, he would have a forewarning. The fishing pole glowed with golden chakra as Roku approached the door to the pyramid.

Speaking out to Akihiko, Roku blindly said in a hushed tone, "Alright, kid. That was slick. Good job." Roku reached down and began patting down the dead bodies for any useful items. Roku was fortunate to find that each guard had a radio. Frowning, Roku said, "We can't imitate their voices now. Guess we are on a timer to get to the throne room. It should be underneath the pyramid. According to my Intel," Roku gave Akihiko instructions for how to get to the throne room. "You seem to have an edge in stealth. We don't want to raise an alarm yet. Carry a radio from these goons, and listen to it as you guide me to the throne room. It shouldn't take long to get down, I hear there's a lift." Roku waved his arm forward and waited for a sign from Aki that he was ready.

Aki simply giggle a little bit before saying "Just don't be alarmed as you run forward." Aki would walk over towards where the goons were. He would actually grab all 3 radios and emit chakra onto them placing them within the limbo realm as well. He didn't want flying radios to scare off people. The boy would then turn quickly and weave a few hand signs.

In a matter of seconds an invisible portal would form in Roku's path in the hallway. When he unknowingly walks into it, the world as he perceived it would change. Everything that he saw would be absolutely the same. However, it would appear as if nothing was colored in but had black outlines. The visual alone would relate to a drawing that hasn't been painted yet. In this Realm, the 1st layer, he would be invisible to the eye, however he could be heard, smelt, sensed, etc. If Roku was to shockingly turn around he would catch Aki laughing with the radios in his hands.

After the laughter subsided, the child would tilt his head slightly within his armor. "Roku, this should get us to the throne room, but I don't want you to get too dizzy so we will probably exit once we get there." The boy thought it had this effect, the last few people who have entered for the first time were borderline overwhelmed by the layered realm and just the sheer capability of it.

The boy would would adjust his knees and prep himself to sprint with the blue beast of the heart. "I'll follow your lead sir"

By channeling chakra or weaving the proper hand signs, Akihiko focused on creating a crack in the Present Realm a few feet larger than himself. This entrance allows Aki's full body to enter into the 1st Layer of the Limbo Realm. Aki can stay within the Limbo Realm for [Control/2]. To leave the limbo realm the user must move himself through the same place the jutsu was cast, run out of chakra forcing himself out, or using the [1st Layer • Exit] technique.

Smiling at Akihiko, Roku watched him open the portal. He lifted his eyebrow curiously at Akihiko, but other had trust in his partner and stepped forward.

Looking around, the world appeared to be drawn by a great architect. The outline of everything was clearly black and white, and it was an exciting experience for Roku to behold. He likened it to smoking strong weed, truly surreal. He could definitely see how it would make someone dizzy though, his feet blending into the ground like an abstract ink drawing. Roku took another step forward, this time slower, and held his hands up to his face. "Wild." The Blue Tailed Beast muttered.

From the receses of Roku's mind he heard a familiar voice speak. "This is the power of a genma. Back in my time they ruled the earth, now it appears merely boys dictate how their power is used. Be careful samurai, the Genma are ancient, powerful beast." Hideoyoshi warned Roku. In his mind, Roku snapped back aat the bandit, "I know about the Genma." Roku didn't really know, he had merely heard of them. Hideoyoshi seemed to have some understanding of the Genma's power, but Roku couldn't be bothered with such. He trusted Akihiko, and that was all he needed to fulfill the missions goals. The Heart samurai was quick to follow his gut, and trust his instincts.

Walking through the limbo realm, Roku slipped by guards. It was incredible that they couldn't see him, and as he walked, Roku spoke with Hideoyoshi on the powers of the Chaos Genma. The spirits knowledge was limited, but Roku understood enough of it to know that he had entered The Limbo Realm. As he walked through the halls, Roku quietly employed his knowledge of steal to dispatch as many guards as he could. He must have killed a dozen, and eventually at the end of the bloodbath, Roku reached the door to the throne room.

"According to intel, there is a giant spirit bound to the walls of this room. Namazu. What do you say we just go in and kill everyone first, then we can deal with the spirit?" Roku asked Akihiko outside of the door to the throne room.

The two ran through the halls and eventually got to the room. Aki was holding the radios still and turned towards Roku. Something was off, no, something was wrong. Aki nodded, but then couldn't help but make note of it out loud. "Roku, don't you think this facility is a little empty? I mean.." Aki would lift up his new and shiny radio's, "These things never even went off to check posts." As Aki finished his thought out loud, he would look at the room that Roku was talking about, however, there were weird markings on the door that went all the way down. For some reason the closer they got, the darker and more prevalent they got.

It wasn't until they got close to the door Aki commented, "Yeah... wait." The writing wasn't writing. It was an inscription. It was a fuuinjutsu inscription. Before the boy could tell Roku to run or even make a move away, the inscription covered the entirety of the hallway. A red mist like chakra emitted in the area, making it completely unavoidable. As the mist came down the color of the Limbo Realm that wasn't colored in began to become colorful. It took only a few seconds but they were forced out of the Limbo Realm. The mist dissipated but Aki couldn't utilize his Limbo techniques and the boy quickly looked over at Roku. The child flexed his muscles and the armor de-formed back onto his back. What the child exposed was concern. There wasn't a moment he couldn't perform his Limbo techniques and not having a safe out concerned the chuunin.

Then as if time stopped everything hit him at once. Of course these lunatics knew how to deal with a genma. They are capturing and taming a wild spirit.. the child felt stupid, but he had to articulate this to Roku just in case he couldn't perform and of his fancy pole dancing. "Roku, this cult specializes in Tenkujutsu. I am unable to perform any kind of techniques that you saw earlier. If I didn't know better... I would say it is a trap."

Upon finishing his sentence, walls would descend from the ceiling trapping them in the hallway. The only way out was through the door in front of them. The one Roku said might have the spirit and or maybe the cult inside of it.

When the fuuinjutsu inscriptions traveled along the walls and the maroon mist spread through the hallway, Roku drew his sword from his fishing pole. He could instantly feel the connection between him and Hideoyoshi narrowing. It was impossible to reach the spirit now, and Yoshijutsu seemed out of Roku's reach as well. The Blue Tailed Beast's brow furrowed as Akihiko told him the condition he was in too. "Well, it's on our talent alone now." Roku put his hand on the door, his blue scales shining in the torchlight. "Let's go. Roku waited for Akihiko to get ready for battle, then pushed the door open slowly.

The room was vast and had a 30 meter high ceiling, with 30 meters of open air sinking to the bottom of the room. Lining the walls of the room were corridors, much like scaffolding. The corridors lined the wall and led to different platforms where the spirit could be accessed. From these platforms, giant maroon chains shot out at the spirit, hanging Namazu in the air. The giant spirit was sleeping and from the origin of the chains there were ninja cultists that were keeping the spirit subdued with Tenkujutsu. It would be up to Roku and Akihiko to stop the cultists, but in doing so they would free Namazu. For at the bottom of this room, at the base of the giant pyramid building, was a soft clay earth, perfect for the spirit to escape.

There was a lone guard standing at the door, but Roku was quiet when he pushed the door open. The man was a simple soldier of war, not a trained warrior. He didn't see it coming when Roku lopped his head off with the bamboo sword that hid inside of his fishing pole. Roku and Akihiko proceeded to enter the giant spacious room. It was cold, and Namazu had a ghastly aura emanating from her.

Quickly Roku analyzed what he could see, and it didn't take long for him to figure out what the plan would be. His eyes scanned the scaffolding, counting the cultists and noting the ninja who were controlling Namazu. "Okay, Akihiko. Let's break into two, you go that way," Roku pointed to the west corridor path. "And I'll go this way. Take out the cultists, they are dumb as hell and untrained, it should be easy. Then get to the platforms and stop the ninja from chaining up the spirit. It looks to me like we won't get to keep Namazu," Roku had a fire burning in his eyes. It had been his life long dream to capture the legendary beast. "They used the ground below to influence earthquakes across the country, so when we drop Namazu she will probably flee. It should bring down this pramid, so we will have to hurry and get out of here. Got it?"

Once Akihiko confirmed the plan, the two ninja went their separate ways. They would have to fight off 18 cultists each, and a Shinobi on the platforms, but the path was clear. It was almost over. Though, without their jinchuriki powers, the two were certainly at a disadvantage.

The boy nodded while at the same time deceiving his armor to retreat to his back. The metal panels would funnel to it's holding spot. It was clear that Akihiko couldn't use his technique, however the boy was slightly nervous for his counterpart. He didn't know what kind of jutsu he had laying dormant inside of him. The boy stopped nodding his head and before he made movements, he slightly arched his back activating the metal armor to form behind him instead of on him. The armor would then separate, while Aki weaved a few hand signs.

The boy simply said "I knew I shouldn't have left my puppets outside" as he controlled the metal armor to stand next to him. The child would reach down to pick up two kunai and then sprint towards the corridor that Roku pointed at. Before fully being away from ear shot, the child would shout. "Don't die on me Roku" as he continued down the corridor.

While running, Aki's armor that used to be on his person was now running with him. The boy would be intercepted by three guards. The child would direct the puppet to attack the guard on the right as he whipped one of the kunai to go through the throat of the guard on the left. Leaving the Jinch to jump up in the air with the remaining kunai and stab it through the chest of the last guard. It happened fast and when Aki turned around, he saw his puppet would have shoved it's metal fist through the guard.

The boy couldn't help but think that something was off. This was too easy, it was an eerily similar vibe to what he felt. Before he could make any more movements, there was one hooded figure somewhat further away from him. The man seemed to be chanting. When Aki whipped his kunai towards him, he would dodge it by simply moving his head slightly. Was this to distract?

In a matter of seconds 5 large circles around Aki and 4 large circles appeared near Roku. Several different forms of spirits lifted themselves from it as if they were in a pit and climbing out! What the hell? How was this possible with the veil being dropped on them?

Jikiton • Puppetry
C-Ranked Jikiton Jutsu
Akihiko had designed a technique utilizing metal framed puppets and Jikiton. By linking Jikiton from his body to the metal frames in his puppets, he is able to control them up to 30 meters away. This technique allows linking chakra to metal frame beings that don't have chakra at [Control] Speed. While an inanimate object is being controlled, it's treated as if its speed is equal to the puppeteer's control. However, it can only go as fast and as strong as designed. So if Aki's control is higher than the puppet's speed/strength, the puppet will max out on it's own speed/strength.

Akihiko's worry for Roku was not unnoticed. Roku could tell the young boy was curious how The Blue Tailed Beast planned on defeating these cultists. He simply gave Akihiko a wink and darted off.

From the door, Roku took a right turn and began traveling up the corridor. He moved silently, making sure to conceal his footsteps with careful precision. The first four guards were equipped with pances and swords. The cultists weren't exactly trained warriors, but there was still some threat to be had. Especially with Roku's Yoshijutsu being disabled. Ducking behind a ledge, Roku hid from the guards.

Kneading chakra, Roku prepared to attack the guards. He used a new jutsu in his arsenal: Raiton • Galvanic Zone. A large field of crackling lightning shot up from the ground around Roku, ensnaring the guards by the feet. The lightning paralyzed their feet and immobilized them, but they couldn't be kept from screaming. As one let out the first shout of pain, Roku flung four shuriken through the air. The four projectiles hit their mark on the cultists foreheads, killing them instantly.

Maneuvering through the next corridor, Roku came onto six more guards, all wielding the same type of weaponry as the last dead goons. They were alert of an attack by now though, and they were patrolling the corridor. Unfortunately for Roku, he came on all six guards at once. The corridor could barely fit all the guards, and Roku was in trouble. He was at a disadvantage and he had to think fast.

Channeling chakra into his feet, Roku Ascended up the wall next to him with amazing speed. The guards tried to cut at him with their weapons, but Roku was too fast. He positioned himself on the ceiling above the guards, a good ten meters above them. They started flinging their spears at him, but Roku was too quick. He weaved together a series of handseals and three 2 meter long sharks were formed out of the moisture. They charged the six guards, and when they clamped their jaws down, they exploded, killing all six guards in a violent spray of water. Blood washed all over the corridor floor, and Roku continued walking on the ceiling.

Making his way to the next battalion of guards, four of them, Roku decided to finish the fight quickly. He performed another long series of handseals, hiding on the ceiling, and purple lightning began falling from his hand. The noise was like a thousand birds chirping, and quickly alerted the guards to Roku. They started throwing their spears at him, and instead of dodging, Roku jumped down from the ceiling.

Landing next to one of the guards, Roku ducked beneath a sword strike, then he ran his lightning covered fist through the mans chest.

Setting his sights on the next guy, Roku came running forward. This man had a giant club and swung it into Roku's head. "Clink!" The club bounced off Roku's armored cranium. This man was far too weak to harm Roku, but he wouldn't have time to realize that. Roku drove his fist through the man's chest, spraying blood all of himself.

By this time, the other two guards were running away from Roku, and towards the ninja cultist on the top floor. Running after the men, Roku chased at maximum speed. Roku aimed his lightning covered fist, and then held a the sign of the Tiger with his free hand. "Kai!" Roku shouted and released his chakra into his lightning covered fist. The Raikiri shot forward like a lance, barreling straight for one of the guards. The lightning stabbed the man through the back, killing him instantly.

"Shame about the other guy, guess I'll get him with whoever's up top -" Roku was interrupted from talking to himself by four large portals appearing beside him. He knew right away that a Realm Summoner was at work, recognizing the chakra of Tenkujutsu. Roku really wished he could use his fishing pole at that moment, but instead drew two kunai from his utility pouch.

With a look about the situation, it was clear even if he could reach the summoner in time, the portals were formed. It was too late, the boy was getting somewhat worried. This is the first time in a while he had been relatively low on his gear. He forgot to bring in his puppets, his limbo capabilities were slowly coming back but not quick enough to handle this, and overall this gave the child a good scope of an avenue he had to focus on should he survive this situation.

Quick thinking would only help the boy slightly as he began to weave a few hand signs. The child would collect the metal swords and staffs that were laying about upon the knocked out bodies. While swinging them in a circle utilizing his left hand, he would control his puppet with his right. Aki had to wait and see as different cartoonish looking animals came from below the portals.

2 of the 5 portals shattered completely, it had seemed like maybe they were affected by the Tenku barrier. However, it wasn't enough to stop an octopus like monster, a half horse half cow like creature, and then lastly a snake head on a bear's body. A truly odd three animals to be dealing with. The child immediately was attacked by the octopus monster. It's tentacles would fly towards him, giving him little room to dodge. In the corner of his eye he would witness the snake head lunging towards his back left. Aki, would swiftly swing his puppet to catch the snake head, which allowed Aki to move backwards a little bit while swinging one of the swords over the snake head's neck.

This immediately caused it to dissipate back to where it came from. Although, what Aki couldn't catch was that the half horse half bear monster utilize a hair like ninjutsu and launched it towards Aki. At the moment, he didn't have much to battle back and tried to pull his puppet towards himself. Even with covering most of the hair needles, some still got through causing them to go through Aki's body. He would fall to the floor a little bit, bleeding from some of the damage.

The boy would get up slowly and spit on the ground. Some blood but this actually caused Aki to smile. This was exciting and scary for the boy which caused him to laugh like he never has before "HAHAHA LETS PLAY LONGER!" the child announced as he began to swing the metal weapons around his body.

It was looking dicey for Roku. He had his attention turned to the portals that were appearing around him, but he was also peering across the way to see how Akihiko was doing. It seemed the boy was faring well enough, until Roku saw hi take a porcupine power punch to the torso. Roku called out to Aki, but he had bigger problems to worry about. There were three green portals with monsters crawling out of them.

The first monster to get out of the portal was a slime beast. It had red jewels for eyes, and a gelatinous green body made out of goo. It rolled across the floor at Roku, leaving behind a corrosive acid trail.

The second monster to arrive on the battlefield was a goat with the back end of a fish. It swam through the air and had enormous, clobbering hooves in the front to attack with. Roku cringed when he saw the abomination.

The third beast seemed to take the most effort for the conjurer to produce. It fell out of the portal and landed on it's stomach. The creature looked like a seal with a turtle shell, and a beak full of razor sharp teeth. It's eye's were cold and black. This one didn't move fast, but it did fire an ice beam out of it's beak.

The third monster attacked first. It shot an ice beam at Roku, and with his attention split he took the first shot. The ice beam blasted him in the chest, knocking off some scales an exposing his soft, white flesh. The ice stuck to his chest, bogging down his movement and causing him lots of pain. Roku rolled out of the beam, taking minimal damage. He was still hurt though.

Thankfully for The Blue Tailed Beast, his Jinchuriki powers were coming back. Roku could feel the lure of Serendipity around the beasts, and in himself. It would just take some time before he could manipulate it.

The third monster shot another ice beam at Roku, but this time he was ready. Roku weaved together some hand seals and took a deep breath. He blew out a vicious torch flame that incinerated the ice beam. Unfortunately for Roku, the second beast that flew was on his ass. The goat creature swooped in at Roku, aiming to clock him in the exposed chest. Roku drew a kunai and used his mighty strength to deflect the goat's knuckle dusting hoof. It swooped around him and came for his back saide, but Roku was expecting that. He jumped high into the air and dodged the combo attack of the goat, then began weaving more hand seals.

Roku's hand lit up with purple lightning and he charged the goat. It threw it's hooves up, but Roku was already extending his RAikiri. The lightning shot forward, dodging the hooves and piercing the goat in the head. It burned up in a poof of smoke, letting losoe a terrible screech.

Roku kept extending his Raikiri outward and aimed it for the seal creature. He pierced it in the guts and it bellowed an ominous cough. Sure it wasn't dead, Roku retracted his spear and focused on the other monster coming for him, the slime creature.

In a quickly accelerating roll, the slime creature charged Roku. He knew his lightning spear would be useless against the gelatin monster, and Roku released it. He had a second to spare, and whipped together his favorite hand seals. "Great White Bomb!" Roku shouted and a shark composed of water began to materialise before him. It suddenly raced forward and collided with the slime creature. The shark clamped it's teeth down on the slime, then it exploded. Slime went flying all over the place, covering Roku. It didn't take long for the slime to burn up in another poof of smoke, screaming for it's miserable life.

Roku had one final enemy to defeat. The seel was still clinging to life. It seemed to be gravely wounded, but Roku wasn't going to let his guard down. He channeled chakra into his hand and cast another Raikiri.

Walking up to the seal, Roku could see something emerging from it's large belly. The closer he got to it, the more it smelled like human blood, and when Roku could clearly see the bulging mass inside the seal's belly, he gasped in horror.

In the wound that Roku had opened on the seal, the hole in it's belly, there was an emaciated man's upper body covered in blood, affixed to the seal's guts. The man looked dead, and his face was twisted in pain. The seal was moaning it last cries, the human in it's belly finally dead.

"A ghastly jutsu."[/color] Roku whispered to himself and swiped his lightning cloaked fist across the seals neck, decapitating it. The monster poofed away in smoke, leaving behind a more putrid smell than the other two.

[Texas]

The real presence of danger became a reality as Aki bled a little bit. He would shift his left hand while swinging his right. This caused the puppet to launch forward and push the monster slightly back. This push made it lose it's balance for only a mere second. Enough of a second for it to lose it's focus and allow Aki to swing the sword through the stomach of the monster. While all of this was happening the final portal simply stood still. Instead of breaking, the portal moved back. So, after wiping some of his blood off, Aki took off his head band and wrapped it around his bleeding spots in order to hold the blood from leaking more.

The special jounin would stand up with the sword floating and puppet next to him, and they ran forward following the moving portal. He didn't have time to check on Roku, the young man had assume the warrior was alright and capable of handling himself. As Aki turned multiple corners he entered in to a larger room. He noticed there were two entrances, the one he came from and the one that Roku would be able to go through if he was successful in killing the summoned monster.

The pink hair flopped as the boy did a sudden stop and he gazed towards where the portal also stopped. Upon further review he had entered into some kind of throne room. Sitting in the throne room was a large 6'5" man who had been seemingly waiting for them to show up. He laughed as Aki entered. "Do you really think you would have penetrated this base easily? You Ninja's and Samurai are all the same. Take what you want and assume power where you can. Whether it be by a false promise or by force. So we do something similar and now we are the bad guys?"

The man would stand up, clearly incredibly muscular, incredibly large, and overall a dark and looming presence. The man walked forward onto the summoning circle that was running to him as he lifted both of his hands. "You see ants, we do not want to kill this spirit nor do we want to tame it. Your intel was wrong and purposely mislead." The circle would begin to form a large amounts of maroon chakra around him as if he was amassing power. "Our true goal was and always has been to merge me with the spirit, making me a new Jinchuriki! And my little rats, this wouldn't have been possible without your chakra present in this building. So with that, I thank you. As a warming gift of sanity and benevolence, I will make sure that both of your deaths are swift and painless!" With his final words the two would witness the man be shrouded completely in maroon chakra and a hybrid version of both him and the spirit merged into one. It looked as though he had bypassed everything they knew about Jinch's and achieved the final form. The man laughed manically before loading up chakra to attack.

[King of Cats]

Running after Aki, Roku made his way to the throne room as the evil doer was making his last speech. Roku couldn't help but snarl at him. He felt like this man had no idea what the duty of a jinchuriki really was. He just wanted the power that came with it. Roku was disgusted as he looked at the man, and he drew six kunai from his utility pouch.. With three in each hand he cocked his arms back and spat out at the supposed king. "You're no warrior." He threw both handfuls of kunai at the man.

With the kunai lunging forward, Roku grabbed the fishing pole that was Hideoyoshi from the aether. It sseemed that some of his jinchuriki powers were returning, but it wasn't quite enough. The Blue tailed Beast unwound the ffishing line and prepared to counter the king.

Giant, maroon hand made out of chakra formed out of the king's back and shielde dhim from Roku's kunai. As the hands opened back up, a blast of maroon chakra shot forward.

Roku prepared to dodge the attack, but as he did so, the beam of chakra exploded into thousands of needles and covered both Aki and Roku with spiky shrapnel. Acting quickly, Roku whipped his wrist around and raised his arm above his head. The steel wire line spun in the air around Roku and formed a swirling chrysalis. The wire protected him from most of the needles, but it wasn't over.

The king flew off into the sky where the spirit had been suspended. "I will see to it that you die here!" He swung his hand and sent more spikes at Roku and Akihiko. This time the spikes were bigger, and sure to cause more than stinging. Thankfully Roku had been protecte dby the needles with his natural scale plated armor, but he knwe he couldn't survive another strike from this so called king's new chakra. Namazu was certainly a strong spirit to power up a worthless fool so much. Roku gritted his teeth and began weaving together hand signs.

[Texas]

There was little time to react, in fact, Aki was impressed by Roku's determination and conviction. It had seemed that the duo had no choice, they couldn't get away with arresting the leader no longer. Especially since he was this powerful being now. Aki twitched his finger and put his metal armor puppet in front of him to take the bulk of the needles. The needles were blocked, but the second wave destroyed it completely. It was too bad they were too far from the other puppets, they could have been useful now....

Aki channeled his chakra and placed his hand over the puppet. All of the parts of the puppet floated up around him to be used as shrapnel weapons at this point. The boy offered a solution to Roku. "Hey Roku, I'll make an opening. Don't mess this up, he seems to be at the peak of his power.". The child changed his form so that he was significantly faster than before. His eyes went black and tentacles formed behind him with clear crystals rising from his shoulders. Aki would bend his knees ever so slightly and sprint forward towards the "Jinchuriki".

The boy would lift up his right hand and swing it towards the man. In that moment the destroyed puppet shrapnel would fling incredibly fast at the jacked hunky man standing there. While that was going towards him, Aki was already preparing for a counter attack. He would reach down to grab two kunai as he swung in a round formation towards the man oozing with maroon chakra. He would swing his left arm once and throw one Kunai, but then swing it back the other way to throw the other kunai. The shrapnel was a diversion from his main kunai attack!

The man would lower his chakra and reach out with his left hand to take most of the hits from the shrapnel and give a devilish smile. "This is proof you have no idea or intel on the spirit. This spirit has the power of Karma! HAHAHAHHAA" As the shrapnel hit his left arm, his right arm became increasingly more powerful. His right arm would lift slightly and let out a blast of maroon chakra decimating the kunai and Aki seemingly disappeared from the attack.

What Roku and the man didn't realize is that Aki went into the limbo realm and barely dodged the attack. He had decided to silently make his way towards the Jinch as a backup counter measure just in case Roku was unsuccessful in his next attack.

[King of Cats]

Watching Aki, Roku knew wht he would have to do. The Blue Tailed Beast delved deep into his soul and waited for Hideoyoshi to answer his silent call. The Warrior of Fortune quickly appeared in the form of a hand axe stuck in a tree. "How can I help you today, Roku?" Hideoyoshi chuckled. The spirit seemed to be amused with the fight that was going. Roku reached out and grabbed the hand axe. A golden chakra began flowing around him.

"I need your power, bandit." Roku said and lifted the hand axe.

In real life, Roku exploded with golden chakra just like in his mind. He leapt up into the air, golden chakra flowing around him like flames. Holding Hideoyoshi, the fishing pole, high in his hand, Roku waited for Aki's attack to create an opening. As soon as it wass there, Roku began lashing at the King. Hiss fishing line wrapped all around him quickly, tying him up.

In a sudden force of gravity, and muscle, Roku jerked the king toward the wall. The enemy flung hard into the concrete wall and briefly fell limp, but it wasn't over yet. The King quickly reflected the force of Roku's attack with his Karma powers. The momentum traveled through the fishing pole and into Roku's body. He exploded in the air and went flying into the deep pits.
