On the edge of a cliffside that overlooked a portion of the beach city within Aroma country sat a white-haired kid, probably only in his early teenage years with his eyes closed, almost as though he was meditating too the soothing sounds of the ocean waves as they crashed against the rocks below. And to a point, this was true. Though it wasn't a full meditation but instead it was the youth simply putting all his focus into the puppets that he was currently controlling through his black metal puppeteering technique. Off about a hundred meters to his left side was the potbellied puppet known as Oni with its claw like fingers that was silently moving through the earth using a supporting doton technique to aid it, the top of its head was just out of the soft soil as it slithered behind a large tree on the edge of the wood line before rising up like some sort of demonic shadow creature with its body cloaked in a mess of fabric that hid its metallic features. Through the senses of the puppet Ziv was watching a handful of shinobi that were training against some swinging targets, launching both kunai and shuriken at the targets as he simply observed them in silence. It brought him back in time a bit, before he returned to the human realm and back to when he was still accompanying the royal elephant family.
He could remember the massive structures that dwarfed the normal homes and streets that he saw in villages on the way here and even here in the ocean side beach town, but that was to be expected as the spirits were much larger in body size than a tiny human, especially a child. But it was there most of the spirit's time was spent on two things, fighting and training. The peace within that world was a fragile thing, even the emperor race with their unique bloodline and fighting abilities found it tough to rule over that spirit world. During his time there the boy was always picked on for his size and weak physical strength, thus the only thing he could use with any decent effect was a long boy. There was an older elephant elder that took the kid under his wing, starting him off with just a crudely built bow that looked like some limb the old spirit had snapped off a nearby tree and strung a piece of twine from one end to the other. Despite its looks the old man would often tell him that it didn't matter the quality of the bow one used if the person using it didn't have the proper skill set, explaining how it was like any weapon, in the hands of an amateur it would simply be a random weapon but in the hands of a master even the worse weapon could be used to take the life of another.
At first the old man worked strictly on form, not even letting the boy fire the boy quite yet until he was able to draw the notched arrow back with the same placement and fluidity of his actions were at least past the novice level and could be considered into the beginner or advanced beginner stages. Then he was able to finally move onto shooting a single, non-moving target. At first it was only ten meters away, then twenty, then fifty and finally out to a hundred meters. But just striking the target itself that was only a meter in size wasn't enough for the old teacher, no... there were three concentric circles of different colors. The outer ring was simply white, while the inside ring was blue, and the center most bullseye ring was red. Each of these rings were linked to a type of exercise, the further off center the worse the exercise and the number of reps that correlated with it. Needless to say, the young kid who couldn't quite grasp the different effects that range, weather, wind and other factors could have on the flight trajectory of an arrow gradually became stronger from his constant misses.
After all, learning how to make proper wind calls and mixing that with just the right amount of strength to actually effectively engage the target was a difficult feat and the further one got from the target the harder it was, yet, over time the boy began to consistently hit the red marker at a hundred meters and the target was pushed further to one hundred and fifty meters. This time it would take a weeks' worth of hard work, and several hundred reps at various punishment exercises before he was able to steadily connect in the same impact area just like before. Ziv's control over the impacts from his bow and the adjustments that he needed to make were coming closer to being second nature but soon after that before he was able to continue learning the art of projectile weaponry, his father arrived and soon wished him away back to the man's personal realm before he ended up with his Aunt Li and was brought to the academy.
The demon faced puppet seemed to life its eyes from the ground, almost as though it had been the one that had been daydreaming of the past, Ziv began to remember what he had been taught by the elder bowman and couldn't understand why he had pushed it aside when he had returned to the human realm. Perhaps it had something to do with the constant uncertainly in the boy's life but as he set here at the ocean side it was as if things suddenly began to return to him, but it wasn't just that they were being remembered but he also understood them at a much deeper level. Perhaps some might call this a moment of enlightenment, where the accumulation of practice and knowledge combine to finally make a breakthrough in a certain area, Oni was easily sixty or seventy meters from the swinging targets that the other young shinobi were using for their target practice as its controller opened his eyes that held a certain sharpness to them, a depth to them perhaps equal to the vast ocean that was out in front of him on the horizon.
'I see, the target it swaying at about five meters per second...judging from the leaves and sway of the grass at the edge of the training area there is a western wind at about fifteen kilometers per hour....then that means I should attempt to strike it at that point' The words were the boy speaking to himself as within his own thoughts he could almost subconsciously calculating the flight path of a throwing knife from the puppets location to the moving target. "There..." Without another moment of wasted time or action the puppet swung its cloaked arm, and a single kunai was launched with immense speed as it cut through the air like a fighter jet with the gentle tailspin placed on it causing it to curve lightly to the left side before it approached the swinging circle. A moment later the force of the kunai caused for the right side of the target to break off as the others quickly looked around trying to find who threw such a powerful weapon. But it was to late as Oni had already sunk back into the ground and was retreating back to its controller. "A blue hit, guess I'll have to knock out the punishment reps later."

Through the user's experiences with fighting with his multiple puppets against multiple opponents [Speed/5], they have conditioned their mind and vision to the point of being able to track multiple targets and their movements to a finite level of precision. This is done through not only the user of the user's normal vision but also overlapping that with the vision and senses of all the puppets under their control as long as the opponent(s) [Speed] does not exceed that of the user. Now being able of calculating all outside factors before launching their projectiles, even from previously impossible positions regardless of the position of the puppet(s) body such as while the puppet is being contorted, making rapid adjustments, dodging attacks, or performing acrobatic maneuvers. Ambient factors such as temperature, winds, moisture, any terrain, and even lack of sight on their target cannot hinder their aim, taken into account passively at this point for each range attack. As long as there are no impassible objects or unavoidable defenses standing in their way, the practitioner's attacks will strike their target with pinpoint accuracy without fail. Living targets must have a Perception technique equal or higher in rank to be able to perceive the practitioner's attacks without some sort of additional defense.
