As usual in the Water Country, the weather was rather bleak, with gray clouds threatening to turn into a downpour of rain at any moment. The citizens were dressed accordingly, with thick clothes layered and wrapped to their necks. One such citizen was Raigo, the elderly merchant who had requested the ninja escort.
