Michi stood silently at the edge of a border checkpoint, a black body bag resting by his feet like an unwanted shadow. The station was usually buzzing with joint patrols of Iwa and Suna shinobi inspecting cargo and travelers but had been cleared for the day with its gates closed under strict orders. Today, it was not a place of inspection, but one of negotiation.

The corpse inside the bag was none other than Senju, Noeru, a Konoha shinobi and former prisoner of Iwa. Once valuable enough to have his organs harvested for experimentation during the war, keeping his body served no purpose now besides as trophy he had been bested again. Found deep within Wind/Rock Country borders, dead before he could be interrogated, Noeru’s presence confirmed Konoha’s quiet violations of territorial lines.

Now, Michi had been dispatched to meet a Konoha operative claiming to have the body of a missing Fukusha, one of their own. As a bannin of the clan, Michi was chosen to answer that call.

So he waited, eyes sharp, for the man's arrival.

Tenzin had arrived. The peculiar direction was actually towards Wind Country. There had been a notice that a defective Konoha shinobi was causing unnecessary and unsanctioned terror to Wind Country. Although what this missing ninja thought was doing good, was actually putting civilians in harms way too. Causing harm to Iwa without a true plan could also harm those not involved, so Tenzin ran over to possibly help end the situation. However, reports came in that he was stopped regardless. Now, Tenzin was already on the way and want to do some kind of crowd control. What a better way to do that, he thought, as he patted the wrapped up body on his back on the head.

Tenzin made his way to the border where the reports of an Iwa shinobi was stationed with a body bag. As Tenzin arrived, he decided it was better to show up as Tenzin instead of an Anbu Agent. Maybe giving the slightest bit of transparency could calm down the situation a bit and ensure it wasn't hostile. As Tenzin arrived, a muscular man stood there but based on his body language he couldn't tell what state of emotion he was in.

The silver haired Bannin walked up and gave a slight bow, might as well start this on a good note. For some weird reason, Tenzin couldn't help but feel a familiar chill go down his spine. It wasn't the man in front of him, it was the situation... has this been done before? "Hello, I hear you have a defected missing ninja in that bag, you saved me a further trip." Tenzin would take the dead body from his back and place it on the ground. He would remove the bandages at the top revealing an iwa head band and a facial structure resembling Michi's clan traits. "Believe it or not, I found him dead while what seemed like attempting to come to Konoha. Based on the scene, he was traveling through the tree line and fell due to a branch being broken... Since finding him, I wrapped him up and was planning on bringing him out of Fire Country. You can investigate the body yourself, nothing has been removed from him." Tenzin would take a few steps back so it didn't seem like he was crowding the body.

"I'm not sure I'd call it 'defected' based on his headband but sure, let's go with that," Michi said coolly as the stranger approached and bowed. His voice was flat, unimpressed, and his gaze didn’t stray from the man’s face as he began to unwrap the body. The moment a glimpse of the corpse was revealed, Michi recognized it. That was a Fukusha, no doubt. Without ceremony, he dragged the black bag at his feet forward and let it fall beside the offered corpse with a dull thud.

Michi stepped closer to the former Iwa-nin and crouched beside the body. With one hand, he pried the boy’s eyes open, inspecting them with the practiced detachment of someone used to death. No trauma. No surgical signs. Everything, doujutsu included, still intact. All the important parts still there.

With a casual snap, the faint chakra heat clinging to him sparked to life. A small flame danced on his fingertip; controlled, white-hot, and hungry. He pressed it to the body. The fire surged instantly, engulfing the boy in silent, searing flames. Michi didn’t flinch as the corpse was reduced to ash, the wind sweeping away any traces of the Fukusha bloodline, and with it, any knowledge of Iwagakure secrets.

"Do what you want with your missing-nin," Michi said as he stood, brushing ash from his fingertips. His eyes, hard and unblinking, turned back to the man. "Anything else?"

The Konoha shinobi acknowledge the Iwa man snapping this traitor to hell. Ahh, this is how all traitors should be dealt with. Tenzin watched as the flames engulfed the child of disgrace. Tenzin would look at the unzipped body bag and look at the defected iwa shinobi with a headband same as Neoru... a little hypocritical to not assume Tenizn was telling the truth. However, he wasn't there to debate politics.

He would look at Neoru's body then look at Michi. "Nah, the remainder of his body will be dedicated towards science." Tenzin would walk over, grab the bag, zip up the face, and throw it over his shoulder. He would give a little wink and simply say "Until next time" as wind chakra picks up around his body and he literally just flies away.
