The Thirteen Hell Genma Instruments: Act One

Hmhmhm. He could hear the great beast giggle within his mind. What's this now? He wondered back at it. What is it that you find so amusing? Oh, you know, just, it's been so long since I've had a body that was so exhilerating. You have no idea what it is that we are capable of. Allow me to fill you in. Several red tendrils began to flutter forth from Akistars body as the great beast purred and roared and its likeness beckoned forwards into existence as Akistar jumped very suddenly into the fourth form, a terrifying and looming presence.

The red tendrils shot out then and began coalescing and masquerading and playing and dancing. Writhing, they began to form together and break apart, splitting off from Akistar's body entirely and forming into their own beings, solidifying themselves and coiling, weaving, tying, tightening, stretching out into rope and write and reassembling themselves finely and carefully and masterfully all the same. The great red chakra turned itself into a myriad of instruments and then further red shrouds of chakra wrapped itself around those instruments and began to float the lot of them into the air around Akistar.

Thirteen musical instruments were created, thirteen musical instruments orbitted Akistar. The red chakra surged through his body and writhed into him painfully all of a sudden. "It is time, Akistar, for the true training to begin." He could hear the Okigenma say within him.

"Now...We...are Okistar."

The first instrument was a flutestaff. As Okistar reached for it, an autonomous clone shot off from his own body and bowed to him, holding its own version of the Hell Flute Staff. "This," Said a feminine voice from the Okistar clone. "Is the Hell Flute Staff, it is the first of the thirteen Hell Genma Instruments." The world around Okistar began to turn red, rapidly, before his very eyes.

"What is happening?"

"We are going into another dimension."

"Why?"

"So that we don't destroy the village."

"....You're joking right"

"No, Okistar, I am not joking, what we are about to do is most certainly capable of destroying the entire village if handle improperly."

"....Okay."

A sudden malevolent and malicious laughter resonated from the halls of the room as the dimension shifted into the training realm of the library. "How neat." Okistar had to comment, though his senses began to become overloaded with the amount on Aura sensory input he was receiving. "Oh man that's rough." He said after a moment and shook his head.

"What's that?" Asked the Okigenma though they already knew the answer.

"I can feel...so much. It's too much."

"Ah, yes, you are feeling a bit of your own hell then, eh?" The Okigenma chuckled.

"Ah-ha, I see what you did there."

"All jutsu that sustain and exist for longer than a few moments are, by all accounts, cheap imitations and knocks of me." Said the Okigenma.

"I'm not sure that's exactly how the phrase goes."

"No, that's right I'm sure of it..."

"Any jutsu at all that has life to it, that acts, that persists, that stays, that commands or obeys, I am everything that jutsu could ever have hoped to accomplish and so much more."

"Yeah? Show me."

The Okigenma fluttered with chakra in front of Okistar and the flutestaff that the Okigenma held suddenly roared violently with a cat-like shout that terrified Okistar and made him flinch, which surprised him. "What the-?1" His body had moved against his will, but why? The Okigenma slammed their staff into the ground, the tip of it smacking the ground and suddenly the cat roar screeched through the air again as four red tendrils lifted from the ground around Okistar and attempted to grab his legs.

"Shit!" He exclaimed loudly and jumped to the site, swiping his own flute staff wildly as he didn't particularly understand how best to use it. A tendril of the Okigenma grabbed the flutestaff from Okistar and tried to wrestle it away, much to his surprise. "Oh no you don't!" He said and yanked it away hard.

"Okay, okay, nice try, let's keep going."

The floor began to rearrange itself and the red room shifted, uncurling and unfurling and cloning itself many times over as it fractured and splintered and shattered into dozens of mirror images of itself and began to rifle around, well, itself. The room itself began to rifle around itself, spiraling from its centerpoint and expanding outwards from there rapidly, triangles of the same shape of itself fluttering about and materializing and materializing as multitudes of them formed and multiplies and ran round the room in a circle as it continued to expand from the center.

Eventually the room was a nice sixty meters radius with several large columns spaced evenly from each other bordering the edges of the room. The Okigenma, in its cloned form of Okistar, stood across from Okistar in the center of the room, "Again." The Okigenma said to Okistar.

Konegu watched Okistar as he began again, a swing of Okistar's Hell Flute Staff coming in onto Konegu's left. Konegu parried it by swinging their own Hell Flute Staff into it with a violent roaring ring that whistled and wretched and screeched and brought Okistar to his knees just from hearing it. "What the hell was that?"

"Hell, indeed." Said Konegu to the young jiinchuuriki as he watched the boy fall to his knees and try not to vomit. "Nauseous, are we?" Said Konegu teasingly to him in an incredibly feminine and light voice. "Fuck you." Retorted the young Jinrai, spitting on the ground.

Don't vomit.

He said it to himself over and over repeatedly endlessly forever, or at least, that's what it felt like for a little while there.

He rolled over onto his back for a moment before sitting up slowly and reaching for his water. "What the fuck." He said under his breath. The red cloak enveloped him and his flutestaff and he rose from the ground lightly, aided by the shroud and its tendrils that pushed him upwards.

"Arise, my child." Said Konegu as his hand rose upwards, willing the red aura to lift Okistar upwards and back onto his feet.

Then, suddenly, a light green poof of chakra fluttered about Okistar's body, though it wasn't produced by him. Konegu had performed an autonamaous healing jutsu on him. "Try it again, match the vibration of the staff."

"Alright."

The loud roaring lion screech brought him to his knees once again.

Konegu conjured forth a red book that floated between the two of them and a monstrous creature also materialized from the red shroud next to the to of them as well. "Do you see this creature, do you see this book? This is one of the creatures from a far away realm in a place where they do great battles among the stars against terrible giant bug monsters." That was the easy way of putting it anyway.

What sat next to them on the ground did appear to be a giant monster bug, in a way. "It's name is Zagara." Said the Okigenma craftily to Okistar. "I see." He responded calmly, and moved his flutestaff towards it slowly to see if it would respond. Of which, it was quite the sight. It was about a meter long, it had twelve spider-like legs, and a meter-long scorpion tail, with two meter-long curved scorpion arms with claws, but it was somewhat like a centaur in that at the front of its body instead of a head, it began to grow vertically and had a neck and elongated torso with a proper hammer-head-shark-esque wide head at the top with a multitude of eyes and fangs. It had two pairs of mouths, one on the head and another on the long chest. Their were spikes, spines rather, running down either side of its vertebrae. It was a weird dull maroon, dusty blood color, as was its carapace armor.

The "Zagara" smacked at his staff with its right scorpion claw before a vertical-shaped mouth on its chest opened and spot out four large balls of green and red slime at him. "Ew what the fuck?" he exclaimed loudly and smacked at them with his staff haphazardously, which, caused them to explode and shower him in icky goo. "Oh..oh man....gross...duuuuude." He tried not to vomit, it smelled otherworldly, to say the least. He surged his body with fuuton and vibration chakra and the slim shuddered and rifled off of him, flopping to the floor as a gale of wind blew him clean.

"Zagara, show him a few things." Spoke Konegu, and Zagara obliged. The red shroud enveloped Zagara and her many mouths opened all at once with a horrifying screech that brought Okistar to his knees, trembling. He surged his own body with vibration chakra in order to counteract the effects and began to stand. "Good, good, you're adapting, good." Said Konegu to him gleefully. "Now, begin!"

Zagara was fast, as it turned out, much faster than Okistar, but fortunately she remained quite stationary for the time being, but, overhead of the three of them a mass of red chakra began to form into a bit of a meteor, though it wasn't horribly big. It was roughly fifteen meters above them and began crashing towards Okistar at a decent speed. He almost didn't even notice it at first, but, he swatted at it with the flutestaff, knocking it to the side. It burst however when it hit the ground and two large red beetle flew out of it towards him. "Aw come on man what is that?!" He didn't particularly care for bugs.

He swatted at the beetles with the flutestaff as Zagara began to summon more drop pods from the sky.

Summon more drop pods from the sky Zagara had done indeed and Okistar batted at one after another after another repeatedly for quite some time against Zagara. Eventually, he began to really feel the different ways in which the flutestaff impacted the drop pods themself, and he began to shift his striking position and maneuver in such a way as to send the pod flying horizontally towards Zagara, his opponent. "Let's go then." Said Okistar as he began to manifest a red cloak outwards from his body.

"Like this?" He asked cockily as the red cloak lifted him off of the ground and he began to soar through the air at a greater speed, twirling the flutestaff around and hitting drop pod after drop pod after another. The red aura embued the flutestaff and it began to whistel and screech and roar and gnash and gnarl. It twirled and curled and wretched and roared. Like a crane it soared and like a tiger it made sure it found its mark in the more. Side to side Okistar began to dance through the air as the red tendrils reached out from him. "I can feel it." He said to Konegu.

"Oh, yes? You like flying?"

"Oh yeah, it's great."

The red tendrils propelled him through the air and he attempted to smash the side of the flutestaff into Zagara's left cheek as hard as he could, propelled through the air in a spiralling counterclockwise momentum at great velocity by the red tendrils pulling and pushing him off of the ground. Several of the tendrils also began to reach for Zagara.

Two of the red tendrils formed the by the hell genma cloak suddenly began to shift, fanning out and stretching themselves a great and tremendous length that surprised Okistar when he saw it. They stretched outwards for quite the long ways, really, and he could feel them tugging on the winds, drifting in the air. He took to the air then as Zagara did as well, and he braced himself as she summoned a torrent of horrendous and heinous and horrible hindrances of horrid critters to deal with. Several large flying wasp-like things flew through the sky, soaring towards him at great speed and he reached forwards with the flute staff and smacked into the nearest one as his wing tendrils shifted about and fluttered him towards his right a fair bit and then he smacked another one. He shuttered the pink and red chakra together into a fierce cannon and swung the flutestaff hard, causing a violent ripple of vibration chakra to rifle through the area and then embue itself terribly with red hell genma chakra, taking it over alive and causing it so seek out its targets very intentionally and willfully. He brought the wonderful sound into a wretched being instead and it sent roaring screeches through the air that would make Zagara and her bugs unwell, if not downright nauseous, if it were even capable of feeling such a sensation.

Which, it were, "Yesss, very good, very good." Hissed Zagara in her strange alien insectoid sort of voice that he found rather neat to listen to. He began to mimic it as a further part of his training. He willed the red chakra to form together into a drop pod of his own now, a tendril splitting off into existence and forming into an autonomous goon pod that was full of malevolent intent and alien imbition. The drop pod launched towards Zagara, though, Okistar's was nowhere near as strong as Zagara's was, but she met it with her own drop pod, and the two collided mid air and burst, sending red aura chakra about in the vicinity and producing several wasp-like beings made of aura chakra from the goo. Zagara's had created three, Okistar's had only created one, and the three of Zagara's ganged up on Okistar's one and took it out very quickly before they turned their attention to Okistar himself and flew at him, stingers and fangs bared and ready to inject him with venom.

Okistar prepared himself, sending red and pink chakra into the flutestaff as the red tendril wings shifted him through the air. He moved counter clockwise and struck the flutestaff into the first of the three red wasps. The impact sent a plume of red and pink clouds outwards in a shroud of dust that shimmered and hailed and then grew harder and more dense and began to weigh everything down. It pulled down, forcefully, the autonomous chakra working skillfully and purposefully to wrap itself around the wasps very much on purpose and drag them down towards the earth in an attempt to disable their flight completely, and their movement entirely.

It was a good idea, a good technique, but it wasn't Akistar's. See, that's why they were called Okistar. That was the Hell Genma performing, not Akistar, that had been Konegu entirely, his idea, his motion, his whim, his ebb and flow, his call. He pulled it forwards and into fruition separately from Akistar, and the two of them, as Okistar, worked seamlessly in an unprecedented and unforeseen way that Kumogakure was going to write down in history. Their performance would be legendary. Exquisite. Acquisitious. Infectious, Autnomous. Insectioid, robotic, rhythmic, serious, dazzling, fabulous, shattering. They dazzled indeed, there was a red and pink glittery sparkle to all of it, and a pink and gold shine, a shimmer of stars. The light show displayed when the jutsu were cast, when they impact, when they moved, it was all an act, a performance, a grand gesture, a play, an orchestra, a musical, a show.

Okistar was the Radio Demon to be, the once and future Hell Genma perfected, the one that would stand above all other performers in the world. Their stage, their performance, their agenda, their principal, their message...

It would be historical.

The world around Okistar began to shift, turn, blend, scatter, and fractal into so many different pieces he wasn't really sure if what he was looking at was real anymore. Before him, a large purple and red face of a woman. As he looked closer, he saw all of the different colors and parts of the face were moving, a kaleidoscope, with so, so many beautiful myriads of colors and wonderous lovely things. The face began to move and he could hear a nice deep bass tone begin to play through. Then he heard what sounded like water drops, strings, some sort of piano maybe. Then, he was lost in the sauce, he couldn't tell at all anymore what he was listening to, but it was fantastic and lovely and, certainly couldn't be achieved by conventional instruments.

Okistar began to alter the flow of his chakra from pink to red and back and forth again, nor producing them in unison as a purple that quelled the idea and desire that he was seeking. He would need to blend the pink and the red together to program the jutsu perfectly. With Konegu's help, the red chakra could help program his jutsu to do anything he wanted. The world was his now, there was nothing that would be able to stop him. He would soon be strong enough to take the chuunin exams, but, one thing at a time.

He could see the drums now and see how Konegu had their mallets beat with them so perfectly with the red chakra, then there were technotic and hypnotic, soothing and pleasing electrical sounding noises, and bells, and when the mallets beat the drum, stars shot out of them.

The bass picked up, and he heard chanting. Hey ha aye ah! Hey ha aye ah!

Hey ha aye ah!

He began to stomp his feet in tune with the music, and let the rhythm take him over. Up, down, stomp stomp. Now he heard the clapping and the beat and tempo sped up for a moment, then it faded out and weird whistling, warbling, and water droplet sound started. Then, it reverbed, and it faded in and out and out and in and back and forth and west and east back and forth over and over again.

Hey ha aye ah!

It resumed, then slowed down, and he floated in the water, moving slower in the dance. He waded the water then, the red chakra resonated with him and the Jinrai taking control, he took the flute staff and smacked it into the ground as he stomped, then readied himself as Zagara began to surge with chakra.

Zagara summoned forth four drop pods, each of which flew in unison at him from different cardinal directions at a great speed, splashing into the ground and each of them unleashing three foot-long wasps with giant wings, stings, and fangs. Suddenly he could hear brass instruments, and they were sad, and lovely, then happier, but the sad, soulful sound was still sopping and soapy to his soul.
