The Thirteen Hell Genma Instruments: Garden of Eyes Part Two

When Akistar opened his eyes he was falling upside down in red water. "What the hell?" Yes. Hell, sort of. The Hell Genma's chakra was rich here and aura permeated the very fabric of reality now, the jutsu having taken a grip over the very architecture and structure of the world around it. He held his breath instinctually but felt sort of choked up anyway and almost like it didn't really matter, which, it didn't. He breathed in and found that he could breathe under the red water here.

Weird.

"How does that feel?" Asked Konegu inside his head. "Odd." Said Akistar pointedly. He floated downwards through the water for a while and saw many things in the red aura water. He saw visions of a lady with white skin and white hair, silver almost, and red glowing eyes.

She was beautiful.

"Who is she?"

"Her name is Maido."

"She's beautiful." Akistar said into the red water. The water swirled around him and formed into stardust and stars and planets and corals, fish, jellyfish, algae, sharks, squid, so many fish. He could see lights, so many colored lights. Purples, reds, blues, greens, yellows, oranges, blacks, whites, cyans. There were of course more red lights than anything else by far but he saw all of them and they were all beautiful. A river of stardust paved a walkway for him in the red water as he floated, it turned him back right-side up and his feet settled down upon it. He could feel the red water becoming more solid beneath his feet as the river of stardust become a walkway. He surged with vibration chakra, then bounce chakra, then hell genma chakra. He surged his star board to be met with hell genma chakra and be taken over to become autonomous and pilot itself in exactly the best way that it saw fit. The yellow star materialized beneath him and the red aura overtook it, granting it several limbs and a red aura that shrouded and protected it, increased its speed and potency greatly.

Aksitar raced through the river of stars, kicking up slashes of red stardust and purple light and fireflies. There were bright pink, purple, blue, and green fireflies here and they were practically everywhere as far as the eye could see. They too were beautiful, it was all beautiful, for it was of the ones creation.

He continued onwards, flowing through the red water but at least he could see. Eventually he came to a series of large sunken ships that surrounded a cave, all of it was red and rich with hell genma aura. He floated towards it against his will and finally his feet touched down onto the red sand below which he found to his surprise was incredibly warm. Heat radiated from the red sand afoot, it didn't burn, but it was close, it was very hot. He could see patches here and there where it was brighter than the rest and he tested it and found those spots to be hotter, so he tediously avoided them and moved tangential through the spots and the wreckage of the ships towards the cave.

At the entrance of the cave was a great red double door with strange markings all upon it. He tried to move it but the task proved quite onerous and he had to draw upon all if his strength and might to do so, shifting through several of the genma forms and producing red aura limbs to reach out and grab the door handles in unison with his arms, the aura empowering and shrouding him in red might.

Eventually, though it had been quite onerous, the tangential movements of the aura limbs shifted the doors open and he finally peered inside, it was emanating with red light.

The Hell Genma encouraged accretion but was pugnacious, a combination which Akistar found dumbfounding and bewildering and contradictory and yet it also super simultaneously seemed to sort of simply make sense. As he stepped into the doorway at the red cave in the red sands he felt the red light was cold, unlike the red sand below foot. Where had his shoes gone anyway? His shirt? Oh well, at least he was dressed for swimming.

He began to swim through the cold light, the red light guiding his way. In some places it was brighter than others, and here it was again rather warmer, and not as chilling, and it also seemed to mark a path for him to swim through. The swimming was however quite a chore, he was not a swimmer. He found that over time his whole body was really getting a workout, and he was quite thankful he could breath rather freely here, as it wasn't real water and was some sort of conjuration of the Hell Genma's doing.

He struggled to swim, but with the aid of the additional Hell Genma limbs he soon floated through the water effortlessly, the autonomous aura chakra doing all of the work for him. It formed into fins and tendrils and tentacles and pulled and pushed him through the water easily.

As Akistar was propelled further through the water and the red light by the aura chakra he saw the Guide and the Companion appear before him in red finally, waiting for him at a red bonfire that was underwater and surrounded by coral, fish, and seaweed. He floated over to them and gracefully sat down next to them by the underwater red fire which was quite warm he found.

In acumen, he asked them their names. "What are your names?" He had asked them.

The Companion spoke first. "I am Greinka, Ou." He had said to Akistar. The Guide spoke up as well, "I was Arasaka, Ana."

"Tell me more about yourselves," Akistar had said to them as he stared at the red fish slowly roasting over the red fires. This type of small talk was trite of course, but, still, he figured he should at least learn about them.

"Well, I'm surprised you haven't heard of Greinka, Ou." Said the Guide, piping up on the Companions behalf.

"She was one of the greatest ninjutsu professors of all time." He had said.

"Wait you're a woman?" Akistar exclaimed suddenly in disbelief, then stared more carefully at her. Sure enough, she had breasts, they just were much smaller than he would have thought.

It was sanctimonious, they learned each other's names. Akistar introduced himself as Jinrai, Akistar. "Tell me more," he had said to Greinka, Ou, and she began to regal him with her story. Eschew, he listened to her words tentatively. She spoke of how she was a right and proper sage, a seer, she could glimpse into the past, the present, and the future, by feeling the strands and weaves of the fabric of space and time. It wasn't a thread, it was a tapestry, a tarp, a woven series of fibers that blended and mixed together and winded together back and forth over and over and over again endlessly in a loop seamlessly forever.

It was beautiful and accrid and horrid all the same and it was wonderful.

She could peer through the very existence of things and see things for what was and what could be and what could have been in the past and the future. She existed backwards through time like the great sages of eons told past, it was a feat not unheard of but a thing that was incredibly rare none the less and not so easily achieved for sure. It was a daunting and grueling task.

She was a great professor of the ninjutsu and magic arts. She had pioneered many techniques, established a college, a winterhold, and a foothold in the universe. She had anchored herself as an eternal hero, immortalized in the memory of the Hell Genma, a human of notable and considerable importance.

She was one of the greatest creators of ninjutsu of all time. She did it for fun, it was basic mathematics for her.

Insectus Electrus?

Was he hearing that right?

Akistar watched the Lightning Flies as they danced around nearby. They were not that dangerous, really, unless agitated, in which case they could be quite the nuisance he had been told by the Guide, Arasaka, Ana. He had spotted them first, of course, and pointed them out to Akistar. They were native to the country, he had seen them many times, but today they did really look exceptionally beautiful he thought.

He gazed at the Lightning Flies with irreverence, but, they were still kinda cool to look at. He stared into the red campfire for a while. If he took too long, Konegu may rescind his offer.

"No, it takes the time that it takes." Said the voice inside his head.

"Ah, there you are," Said Akistar in his mind.

"You've been quiet the last few hours," He said to Konegu.

"I've been watching."

Akistar stood from the campfire and stretched before making his way over to the lightning flies for a closer look, for lack of a better thing to do in the moment whilst they waited around at the campfire doing much of nothing.
