This is the technique being trained in this post.

Hayabusa Otoshi is a Taijutsu technique used by [Insert Character's Name here]. While at an elevated position, the user will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking himself to their back, he will lock his ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. He will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back pile driver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.
Seiken knelt on the ground, breathing slowly, focusing on no more than the training at hand. 'Clear your mind and let your instinct guide your hand...' For ten minutes straight, only these words flowed through his mind. The breeze slowly blew through his hair, the sun reflecting off his already impossibly white hair. For this time, a more serene and peaceful place you could not find...

His eyes opened, his irises glowing as he fixed his gaze upon the wooden training mannequin. He rushed towards the seemingly prone object. Suddenly, the wooden doll came to life, parrying and dodging each blow as if it had a mind of its own. For ten minutes, the puppet dodged Seiken's attacks with disdainful ease, almost as if the toy was the one doing the playing. Kick, punch, block, dodge, block, roundhouse, on and on and on. All the while, his instructor constantly buzzed in his ear with criticism, both positive and negative:

"Your form is too loose; keep your center of balance stable! What was that?! My dead grandmother can do better than that! ...There you go, that's more like it!

Finally, Seiken saw an opening. Acting quickly, he hit the doll with a high kick, launching it into the air. Seiken jumped into the air right behind the doll and focused his chakra into his ankles:

"Hayabusa Otoshi!"

He clasped his ankles around the puppet's neck section and drove its head into the stone floor below. Part way down, however, one of his ankles slipped, and what should have shattered the entire doll only crack part of its head section. Seiken frowned; he knew that taijutsu wasn’t his best area, but it certainly wasn’t his worst either (genjutsu is his worst). Why did this technique prove to be so troublesome? He punched the ground in frustration, cracking the concrete in the process.

Needless to say, his instructor had some pointers to give… as well as a little verbal whip-lash. "Jesus... you call yourself a jounin? You've been at this for nearly half an hour!"

"Taijutsu isn't my specialty, sensei; you know that..." Seiken pointed out. "It's why I was the ninjutsu specialist in our cell, remember?"

Seiken's old sensei let out an irritated sigh. "While that may be, you never know who's watching. You've got a reputation to uphold. The last thing I want my contemporaries to hear is that I have nothing better to do than teach old students even older tricks. I’d be a laughing stock! Now, let's try that again."

‘That’s because you don’t…’ Seiken thought grudgingly as he rose and once again faced the training puppet.

The puppet got back on its feet, damaged but certainly not out for the count. Seiken sighed heavily, then acquiesced and rushed towards his wooden foe. Once again, it was a stream of endless strikes, endless parries and dodges, endless streams of council from his very sullen instructor. Finally, another opening presented itself, and Seiken leapt all over it. Hitting the doll with a fierce uppercut, he launched the puppet into the air, and Seiken followed. He focused his chakra into his ankles again:

"Hayabusa Otoshi!"

This time, he latched his ankles as tightly as possible; the doll had no escape. The puppet hit the ground with a resounding splintering sound, as its head shattered into many different pieces. But Seiken had no time to celebrate, as he turned to face 3 more of the dolls. He wasted no time; he rushed the first puppet he saw and grappled it, then chucked it upwards into a wall. Seiken leapt after the doll and bore it to the ground with another Hayabusa Otoshi. The impact of Seiken's blow launched him back towards the other two dolls, just as planned. He hit the next puppet with a high kick and followed it into the skies, then bore it to the ground with Hayabusa Otoshi as Seiken smashed the third puppet with the second one currently clutched by his ankles.

Splinters and smoke flew from the point of impact. Seiken jumped back and surveyed his work. The dolls lay in shambles; busted ball and socket joints and snapped bolts were all that could be made out from the mass of splintered and shattered wood. Then, something moved in the rubble; the third puppet he had supposedly taken down had survived. Of course, he was missing one leg, but why would something so menial as such stop a ninja training mannequin? Seiken took the initiative. Using the mannequin’s… disability to his advantage, he came at the doll with a low sweeping kick. The puppet jumped to evade the attack as expected, and left itself open for a second attack from the ground. Seiken wasn’t done though, as he leapt up and launched the puppet even higher into the air with an aerial roundhouse kick before finishing the job with a final Hayabusa Otoshi.

Shortly after, his sensei walked over to the rubble to survey the damage. "Still nowhere as good as me... but good work Seiken. On to the next technique."
