Team 69 Gathers

Kotoya once again trudged into the Academy practice hall, 15 minutes before the appointed meeting time for his re-assignment. He truly did hope this team would be better than his last; Toyota-sensei was a useless, inconsiderate drunk who couldn't teach worth shit, and both of his teammates were completely useless as well. He wished from the bottom of his heart that it would be different this time.

He'd once again made a point to arrive early, perhaps to make a good first impression. His mother had once again suggested he do so; something he complied with lest he get pounded again. Not that he couldn't stand up to her, but... it wasn't exactly something he wanted to deal with, especially on the very day he had to put up a good front for his new team. He groaned as he started exercising his chakra control, swirling his suiton chakra around his fist in an impressively tight circle, waiting for his other team members to arrive.

Katashi was up next, he arriving sometime after Kotoya. He too was also early, he didn't have much on his hands at the moment and was anxious to see who else was on the team. It was a wonderful experience, one he had once before. Sadly though, the team never got past the introductory, so he was hoping for the best with this one.

Upon arrival, he saw Kotoya practicing his chakra control by tightly swirling suiton chakra around his fist. He was somewhat impressed with his control of chakra, though being a Hyuuga, he wasn't half bad himself. With the two being early, Katashi decided to step forward and make time flow a little faster with some conversation. After all, this was to be his teammate.

"Hey!" He called out as he stepped forward. "That's pretty good," He complimented.

Yeah, I know I'm great, you dumb fucking bitch. Do I need people to tell me I'm awesome? Fuck no! I'm already aware of that.

"Oh, really, you're flattering me. I really don't deserve that much credit. I'm not sure it's possible to survive medical ninjutsu training under my mother without having exemplary chakra control and stamina. Nevertheless, I guess it's good for something," he chuckled, exhibiting his faked sheepish smile he'd nearly perfected.

"And I suppose you're my new squad mate, yes? I'm Kotoya Juri, son of Misuya Juri, the executive chief of medicine down at the Konoha central hospital."

You know that badass, top leaf genin everyone's been talking about? That's me, motherfucker. Tremble in fear, because I'm about ready to fuck you up if you try any of that Byakugan shit on me. I'll bite your throat out, asshole. Don't touch me!

"And you are...?" he asked, flashing a warm fake smile, completely stifling any and all feelings of hostility and/or biting this poor motherfucker's throat out.

Katashi returned the 'smile' as he listened to him speak. His mentioning of who his father was didn't seem to fit into any piece of his mind. A person was a person for who they were, not for who their parents were. Something didn't sit well with him about this Genin that stood before him. Still, he played along until he could decipher what was going on.

"Katashi Hyuuga," He replied, "Is this your first time working with a team?"

After returning from his mission, Neko found a scroll waiting for him. He had been assigned to a Genin team and was to meet at the Academy practice hall. Sounds to me that this'll be fun Neko thought as he put the scroll away and began to walk through the streets of Konoha to the academy. He was about ten minutes away so he thought he'd stop and buy a drink, he didn't want to be too early. He bought the drink then sat down on a sit and began to drink it until it was empty enough to throw in the bin that lay beside him.

He continued to the Academy and eventually found his way to the practice hall where he found two others, one appeared to of been training in some way and the other must of came before. He walked over and just managed to hear a name, Kotoya Juri.... Neko kept the name to the face and then walked to the side of the other person who he now saw to be a Hyuuga and also catching his name, Hyuuga Katashi. Great...He better not try and freak me out Neko thought as he gave a smile,

"I'm Senju Neko...Guess you guys are my teammates" Neko said.

"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Katashi. I do have prior experience with a team, though it was disbanded because our sensei was a neglectful, incompetent drunk and my teammates were demoted back to the academy due to piss poor performance on missions.

He sighed, clearing his throat for a moment.

I hope this team isn't full of shit flinging monkeys. I might have to kill this Hyuuga boy. I'm bound to have to perform a medical procedure on this jerk off at some point, so maybe if I just inject some poison, I can watch as he dies painfully. Serves that buttfucker right. Afterwards I can say it was an accident; I am a genin after all. They'll all be none the wiser.

"I however, was commended due to my exceptional performance on missions and my recognizable test scores on the graduating exam, and the Hokage decided it would be best if I was placed on another team that is supposedly higher performing. This is my reassignment, and it would appear that such a description of this team is true, seeing as how they've placed a Hyuuga on my squad, the clan of Konohagakure that is said to be the most capable in all areas of shinobi work," he continued, a veiled compliment towards the Hyuuga jerk, as if to establish a positive first impression.

"Sadly, on every squad there must be a low performing shinobi, one with the lowest scores and the least potential for success. A loser. A meatshield. One that is meant to die so that us, the elite, can carry out our mission while the other fails miserably. In other words, he's our bitch," he stated, rather bluntly, flashing a grin. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the supposed third team member come into view.

"If I know ninja like I think I do, that's our low performing student right there. He might look normal, but he's just a pile of shit spat out by the Academy to weigh us down. Don't get too attached; he'll likely be the first one to die," he finished, in a whisper, just before Neko came into earshot, making sure the boy couldn't hear him. Kotoya stifled his cold, blunt demeanor and turned towards the genin, flashing a smile.

"Well, you guessed correctly, Neko. I'm Kotoya Juri and this is Katashi Hyuuga. We're still waiting on our sensei."

"Well, you guessed correctly, Neko. I'm Kotoya Juri and this is Katashi Hyuuga. We're still waiting on our sensei." Were the words the followed, This guy....I'm teamed up with him!?.....Ughnn Neko thought as he replied with a smile. Neko looked around, he wondered what his sensei would be like.

"Anyway....To clear some time, what do you -Kotoya- specialize in? Neko asked, he could tell that something was off with this guy by the way he spoke just before.

((Rabbit, are you saying that Senju heard Kotoya's speech about low performing ninja before? I made sure to imply there was no way he could've heard that, so what about him could possibly be "off" from the one line he's said to you?))

I'm good at leaving your ass in the dust, buttfucker. Try to keep up, because I don't tolerate slackers.

"Well, I'm good at a lot of things. Iijutsu, paralysis jutsu, torture techniques, and poisons, but for combat I specialize in ninjutsu assisted taijutsu, to capitalize on my superb control and stamina and make up for my weaknesses in Strength and taijutsu ability. Never been much of a fan of genjutsu. Just a cheap bag of tricks that can be broken out of faster than you would know."

He sighed, leaning against the wall, and returned to practicing his chakra control, giving Katashi a few "see what I mean" glances in doing so.

Walking down the long road to the academy Amatsu was in no rush to go and see her new students. Today was a day of happieness though she finally got to train others and hopefully they would'nt die off. As a Hyuuga and a jounin no less she was thinking of a test one that all 3 could take to learn team work. "This should be interesting she said already thinking of 3 different tests, one for each of them to take individually. The final test would be one of endurance. Or maybe she would steal an old ninja training method and go with the bells technique.

Reaching into her pocket she pulled out two tiny bells and tied them to her waist for a distraction at least. "I guess I'll just throw them off a bit." She said with a smile on her face. "So a crash course it is." she said as she now appeared infront of the academy. Opening the doors she peered in and sure enough there were the three students she had studied. "The hyuuga, I could work best with him training wise. The Senju, full of potential and last but not least the young medical ninja, no doubt in the future he would be of some use. Great i get stuck with 3 boys all soon to enter pueberty... Wonderful!"

With that said she walked into the hallway slamming the doors wide open. Walking down the hall she took no precautionary measures. Now infront on the sudents she introduced herself, "Hello I am you teacher and new senpai. My name is Amatsu Hyuuga, after carefully reviewing your files I've come up with a few tests for you, of course if you fail this will mean your not ready to be taught by me. Hearing this are you ready and do you each think you can keep your position?"

Kotoya's jaw dropped.

Yes, Amatsu most certainly did triumph over Toyota sensei in the contest of beauty. She seemed a bit stupid though. Kotoya took solace in the respect that at least he could stare at her chest whenever things started getting ugly. Sure, she was probably way out of his league, but he'd be happy to go on any mission with her. Kotoya then realized it was likely he'd get to perform a medical procedure on her at some point. The thought of getting to see her naked made him sweat.

Kotoya glanced down to see that things were about to get very tight downstairs. He quickly sat down and folded his hands across his lap, successfully hiding his "bulge" before anyone could notice. He tried his best to pay attention to her, but sometimes he couldn't help but shift his gaze a bit further south. He managed to catch the last part of it, however, and that seemed to be the important part.

A test? We never had anything like this on Toyota's team. I don't give a shit either way. It's time to show these fucktards just how far behind me they are.

"I accept, Amatsu-sensei. I'm sure you've read my file and learned of my exemplary performance on missions, as well as seen my near perfect test scores from the graduating exam. I do believe I can handle anything you can throw at me, sensei," he replied, making sure to maintain eye contact with his teacher, not wanting to come off as a perv.

Kotoya's talk about the 'weak one pulling them down' and then refering to their third teammate as such, didn't sit well with him. However, he didn't reply back to it. He waved at the new genin whom had appeared before them and let him and Kotoya exchange a few words back and forth with interrupting them. He didn't even get a chance to talk as soon after, their sensei appeared.

It was a female Hyuuga. He cast a glance at Kotoya once he noticed him sitting down.

It's like that huh... I don't blame you. This'll be tough I mean being a Hyuuga, we'll be able to work more closely together. Ugh!

The mentioning of a test brought the young Hyuuga back to reality.

"I also accept, Amatsu-sensei." He stated firmly. It seemed as Kotoya had more experience of them in the team, or at least liked to boast about it, but he wasn't going to be cast aside by some test. Whatever it was, he would give it his best.

As Kotoya replied with his skills, Neko began seemed to be more interested in what this guy could do but before he asked someone also entered the room. It was a female Hyuuga, and as he glanced to one side he could see that Kotoya was having a little 'trouble'. Who wouldn't?
"Hello I am you teacher and new senpai. My name is Amatsu Hyuuga -" were the words she spoke and all that Neko could hear....Ah! What the hell am I thinking, I can't become some pervert on my sensei he quickly tuned back into reality and heard a mentioning of a test for each of them. Neko gave a grin of interest then said, "I too accept, Amatsu-sensei."

Well this should be, interesting if not difficult

Ignoring what each of them had to say, she slowly raised her hand. "Quiet." she said. "Please follow me as i explain what you have to do." As she started walking down the hall she showed them not the slihtest bit of emotion. "You three are under my watch and with that being said, i will not allow this team to have a weak link." Now outside she waited for each of them. Once all of her genin had gathered near by she handed each of them a piece of paper, well not the hyuuga boy for he would be training under her.

"Now first things first, You."she said pointing at the young hyuuga. "Come here. As of today your training will start. Neko, on the piece of paper you have there I have instructed you to spar with one of your peers. I would like each of you to fight one and other for my own purposes. I understand each of you have certain skills and expectations but i will place you in order of your skill level. If you deem this unfair we can discuss it more. You may deny my request if you so choose but I wouldn't advise such actions."

"Juri the paper you have states the same. I have three papers each one with a different task. You get one at a time sorta like a check sheet. Each of which will get my stamp of approval if i believe you performed well enough. The first sparring match will be Neko v.s Juri." If there is an issue with this as i said you can deny my request. For you to remain on this team you will have to pass two out of three of these challenges. Which would also mean one of you are going to fail the first."

Looking at each of them she was sure that at least one would be rattled by her decision. -"I wonder if... never mind"- she thought. "Katashi as they spar so will we. I want to hone your skills as a hyuuga. Also understand you are not a favorite in my eyes you are a student so do not think for a moment you will be getting any special treatment. If anything because i know what your capable of you will be getting the most rigorous training of the bunch."


(OOC: for the two who have to spar make a thread for it, but make it a training thread. This way you might be able to benifit from it. If you want try and make it so you've been working on a new jutsu and attempt to use it during battle.
The one who wins gets the stamp and passes the first test.
The one who loses Fails the first test.
Once the thread is completed we will move on in this social. You can reply to what i said but try not to drag it out.)
