Mission: Meow goes the cat.

A bald man, about 4'10" stood on his open porch waiting. He had an orange cat in his hand and violently stroke it. He had a look of despair on his face, his whole body shaking with fear. There was some wind flowing by, getting a tiny bit stronger every moment. The sky had some clouds, but none were storm clouds. It was a large gathering of white puffy clouds, just flowing along in the wind. It was a nice day, for everybody except Mr. Takenawa and his cats.

Mr. Takenawa was scared from the wind, fearing for his cats life. Apparently the cat, Whiskers, had almost died 8 times before, and was on his last life. Now he was waiting for the shinobi to come and rescue Whiskers. It was time to get a move on.

Fumitaka strolled leisurely along enjoying the nice day with his hands in his pockets and whistling, it'd been a while since he'd last done a mission, he was his usual indifferent self about the mission, he was hoping for something slightly more trivial than rescuing a cat but what had to be done, had to be done.

As Fumitaka approached he spotted the man, holding a ginger cat looking scared. "Oh great, I got landed with a nutjob cat lover" he muttered under his breath. He briefly smiled at the man in some sort of attempt to reassure him, "I'm Senju Fumitaka, I'm here to help retrieve your... cat" he told the man in a dull tone, with an unintentional exaggerated tone of disbelief on the word cat.

Mr. Takenawa, completely appeased by the arrival of the shinobi, jumped into the air about two feet once seeing the ninja. The cat is his hands was scared beyond anything and jumped out. The cat ran away. "Fluffy! Come back!" He at first attempted to get the cat back, but soon remembered the shinobi that was there to save his little cat on the roof. "Oh goodie goodie goodie! I need you to get poor Whiskers done off the roof! He won't listen to me and I'm scared he'll fall! Please come in!" He spoke in a quick, high pitched voice, as if he had inhaled helium moments before.

He opened the door to his house, which caused a chorus of cat and kitten meows across the porch. He slowly waded his way in...through a sea of cats. These were all shades of cats small and big. They looked at Mr. Takenawa with a loving look, but then with the newcomer, they glared and hissed. "Cats, cats, please stop your fussing!" When the shinobi walked into the house, he would see the whole place was cat themed. The walls had an assortment of cat clocks, and paintings. He had a cat shaped chair and fireplace. It was very strange. To the right, was a large staircase.

The short man, who was wearing a bright green sweatervest, looked to the shinobi and said, "Whiskers climbed these stairs and went to the roof! I don't know how he got to the top but I'm scared. Just climb to the top of the house. I'll meet you there!" Mr. Takenawa then went quickly up the stairs, being so quick he was hardly seen as he flew up the stairs. He had the speed of a ninja.

Once the man left, however, all the cats hissed at the shinobi. If he decided to take the smart way up the stairs, he would have to go quick. The cats wanted to have this man for dinner. The stairs had no windows or doors, and the ninja had to get to the top before the cats got him. They were prepared to jump on him if he went too quick.

At the top of the stairs was a room that was quite cramped with random items. Mr. Takenawa was there, waiting for the ninja to get there. It would be a challenge, that the ninja would have to take.

Fumitaka stared almost in horror at the house he'd walked into, everywhere he looked there was either a cat or something cat related, what made things worse was the fact these things had taken quite the dislike to him. Fumitaka almost missed Mr. Takenawa ascend the stairs as he was quick.

Fumitaka went on his way to follow his client and gradually made his way to the staircase as calm as possible, he'd always had the feeling animals could pick up whenever someone was nervous, as he went he'd occasionally go "nice kitty" at some of the more ferocious looking felines while carefully watching where he was stepping in order to reduce the chances of him standing on one of the numerous cats.

The cats were still pissed at the newcomer, but didn't attack since he was calm. The cats began to follow, but soon dispersed since he was not rushing up. If he did, they would have a field day torturing him. The shinobi did the smart thing, and was easily up the stairs to the room. Though most likely he would be a bit tired. Mr. Takenawa was waiting, with a ladder up to the roof already opened. "Hurry now! Whiskers is on a big point!" The ninja would have to climb the ladder up to the roof.

The roof was a triangular prism. The top of the roof was flat across, giving easy access for the cat to sleep. And there the little kitten was, a brown kitten who looked about 2 years old. The cat, however, was on the worst point possible. The opening to the roof was on the direct opposite side of the cat, and Whiskers was on the edge of the roof. He was also laying so any disturbance would throw him off. Quite the luck. He was snoozing, not giving a care.

The roof was shingled, and had an annoying way to climb up or down. It was wooden however, and slippery. There was a chimney right next to the cat. The ninja would have to make his way to the cat. The wind was picking up.
