[CLOSED] Keychains and Drugs

The offices of the Kage building were bustling with busy workers, handling all manner of bureaucratic nonsense. On such a brilliantly pleasant day, they would have thought it prudent to play hooky and taken in the wonderous weather that graced Konohagakure on this day. An abundance of clouds provided temporary, refreshing relieve from the bright shining sun and the warmth it bestowed upon the village. Strong breezes filling the lulls of heat with a soft cooling caress upon one's skin. Yet here they were, toiling away indoors with stacks of paperwork flowing this way and that.

Walking past the mountains of paperwork, one of the village's Bannin looked sympathetically upon the poor workers of the Kage office. He'd been in a similar situation recently himself as he managed his own stacks of paper work at the hospital. Thankfully when he'd finished, his free time was filled with a more interesting project that he'd spent the better part of a week working on. Said project was the very reason he was even walking through this den of busy bodies in the first place.

Tucked under one arm was a folder containing a detailed medical report about a VIP patient at his hospital, one that these people would never have the privilege to meet or even gaze upon. Doubly so that they wouldn't have access given the precautions taken in protecting the individual as the man walked, the fingers of his free hand idly toying with a keychain charm that dangling from a ring slipped over his finger. What looked like idle fidgeting with a child's toy was actually the man holding something truly special that they most likely wouldn't grasp the importance of.

Passing into the hall leading to his destination, Takamori Saigo traipsed through the halls towards a specific door, his long sleeveless vest like trench coat replaced with a long white doctor's coat. His features still holding their ageless appearance from his careful routines and skin care routine. When he arrived, he clutched the keychain charm in his fist gently before raising his hand and wrapping his knuckles against the door, awaiting the person on the other side to call for him to enter. "Special delivery from Konoha Hospital."

His voice called out in a playful manner and if given entry, he'd open the door and step in. Taking note of any others who might be in the room as he shut the door behind him, the Doctor held up the folder. "Tenzin asked me to deliver this to our prestigious acting Kage. Is it safe to talk more in detail?" He asked, hoping to receive word that it was safe to do such a thing as he approached with the folder to hand it over to Sarutobi Taiga."By the way, I've been in the process of drafting a requisition form for the hospital that will need your approval. The form is in the folder. I'm gonna need materials and equipment to attempt fabrication of combat drugs and medicinal drugs that could be useful in the field. The Medical Corps is trying to get it's shit together and they asked me to pick up the slack."
