- Body: She has a tall, commanding figure with a strong, confident stance. Her posture exudes both nobility and menace—like a queen of the tides. Her physique is toned and athletic, honed from centuries of seafaring and combat.
- Notable Features:
- A massive crimson crab claw replaces her right arm—glistening, chitinous, and brutal-looking. It is a direct mark of her curse, powerful enough to crush anchors or cleave through steel.
- Her right leg, from the thigh down, is also transformed into an armored crab-like limb—jointed and barnacled, blending smoothly into her otherwise human frame.
- Her chest is inked with an intricate eldritch tattoo, resembling a seal or cursed mark—likely the sigil of her pact with the Leviathan.

- General:
Witty and sharp as a fishhook, she commands attention the moment she enters a room—or a battlefield. She speaks with a lilting confidence, often disarming her foes with banter before she ever draws a blade. Her charisma is undeniable, but beneath it lies a cunning, calculating mind. She makes friends easily but rarely lets them close, always steering her own course. Selfish to the core, she views loyalty as currency and betrayal as inevitable—part of the game. She doesn’t mourn what she’s lost, nor apologize for what she’s become. In her eyes, the sea chose her. And the sea never makes mistakes. - Hopes/Dreams:
Her grand ambition is to crown herself a Pirate Queen, not merely as a symbol, but as the sovereign of an actual pirate nation. She dreams of carving out a lawless territory from one of the minor ninja countries, a place where shinobi, smugglers, and sea dogs answer only to her. She envisions a floating capital—part fleet, part fortress—ruled by maritime code and eldritch strength. Every raid, every ship taken, every alliance formed is a step toward that throne. - Fears:
Though she hides it well, she fears irrelevance—being forgotten, lost beneath the tides of history. Ageless or not, she is driven by the need to leave a legacy that defies time. Additionally, she secretly dreads being chained—whether by loyalty, duty, or love. The idea of belonging to anything other than the sea fills her with quiet panic. The only master she acknowledges is the ocean itself. - Combat Mentality:
-In battle, she is ruthless, theatrical, and unpredictable. She treats combat like a dance—sometimes playful, often deadly. She uses misdirection and feints liberally, and rarely fights fair. She prefers to disable or dominate rather than outright destroy, savoring the fear and awe she instills. Her crab claw and leg are used with brutal creativity—grappling, crushing, pinning. She’s a tactician at sea and a duelist on land, blending shinobi deception with pirate ferocity. And above all, she enjoys it—the thrill, the risk, the spectacle.

First AbilityCurse of the Sea Father: Boons of the Sea FatherShow
Agelessness: Ava does not age and cannot die from natural causes or time. Her body is immune to aging, disease, and decay. This effect does not prevent fatal damage—she can still be killed in combat or by unnatural means. Aquatic Dominance She is a perfect creature of the sea — capable of breathing underwater, swimming at unnatural speeds, and fighting effortlessly in aquatic environments. She suffers no penalties from water-based terrain and can move as easily underwater as on land. Second Ability True Form TransformationShow True Form: Base FormShow ![]() Base Form – Brinekissed Witch Even in her normal state, the curse of the sea lingers. Her chakra feels damp, dense, and salt-rich, warping the senses of those nearby—scenting the air with brine and carrying faint, rhythmic echoes like waves in a conch shell. Her eyes shimmer like oil slicks on water. Her teeth have subtly sharpened over time, and her presence causes a strange unease, like the moment before drowning. Her water is black, thick, and inky when using Suiton. +3 Chakra Pool (always active; counts toward total) Form 1Show SpoilerShow ![]() Form 1 – Call of the Drowned The transformation begins and is partially revealed. Her skin gains a translucent, jellyfish-like sheen. Her left arm mutates into a flexible, rubbery appendage lined with suckers, like a kraken’s limb. Low-frequency psionic hums can now be “heard” by others nearby, felt more than perceived. Her voice takes on a layered, echoing quality, like speech underwater in a flooded chamber. She can now infuse water with hallucinogenic chakra, causing fear, disorientation, or sensory distortion. This effect is negated if the target's [Willpower] exceeds Ava's [Control]. +2 Chakra Pool Unique Trait – Drowned Tag All Water-style techniques now apply mild psionic pressure, causing targets to experience momentary sensations of drowning, vertigo, or helplessness. Form 2Show
Form 2 – Maw of the Deep Now the horror begins to bloom. A secondary mouth forms on her torso or neck—ringed with jagged teeth and occasionally used for jutsu invocation. One eye becomes pitch-black, bottomless, constantly leaking saltwater. Her legs elongate slightly and fuse below the knee, allowing her to “glide” effortlessly, especially in aquatic terrain. Her voice becomes hypnotic. She gains low-level telepathy—able to plant thoughts or basic sensory impressions directly into nearby minds during combat through a custom genjutsu pyramid. +4 Chakra Pool, +2 Control Unique Trait – Drowned Memory Can implant short false memories or sensations into a target’s mind, such as the sensation of being submerged, memories of drowning, or the cries of unseen voices. This is also genjutsu. Form 2 AscendedShow
Form 2 Ascended – Siren of the Abyss She now fully commands her early forms. Though her physical appearance remains close to Form 2, an unsettling psychic pressure surrounds her, causing the faint sounds of dripping water or sonar pulses to echo around her. Those with low Willpower struggle to maintain eye contact or focus in her presence. She may now access any ability from Base, Form 1, or Form 2 while in her base form. +4 Chakra Pool, +3 Control Form 3Show
Form 3 – Leviathan’s Bloom
SpoilerShow ![]() The deep-sea horror reveals itself. Her body becomes more biomechanical and abyssal—armored in ridged coral plates, mucus-slick flesh, and undulating tendrils. The mouth on her stomach seals shut. Six spectral tentacles of chakra float behind her, usable for jutsu channeling, grapples, or deflection. Multiple bioluminescent eyes now dot her back and limbs, blinking at irregular intervals. The air around her becomes humid and oppressive, condensing unnaturally. Hallucinations and minor psychic distortions affect those within 15 meters. +6 Chakra Pool, +4 Control Unique Trait – Mind Reef Creates a mental zone around her (10m radius) where enemies experience hallucinations of drowning, weightlessness, or distorted memories. The effect persists while she remains mostly still or moves slowly. This effect is negated if the target's [Willpower] exceeds Ava's [Control]. Form 4Show
Form 4 – Brineborn Horror
SpoilerShow ![]() Her true form is unleashed. The sea’s hatred wears flesh. Her silhouette becomes monstrous—serpentine spine, limbs replaced with tentacle-clusters, and her torso a mass of chitin, kelp, and slick flesh. Her jaw now opens horizontally, with rows of rotating shark-like teeth and a lightless gullet that swallows even sound. Her eyes vanish—replaced with bioluminescent ridges and angler-like lures along her shoulders and jawline. Chakra sensory is heavily disrupted in a 10-meter radius—perception within it is warped, like sonar in a deep trench. This effect is negated if the target's [Willpower] exceeds Ava's [Control]. Her voice now radiates from water itself, bubbling from puddles or raindrops. +8 Chakra Pool, +5 Control Passive effect: Aquatic Ascendance – She moves through water and mist as if flying; unaffected by drag, current, or terrain, and gains enhanced speed in water-heavy conditions. Form 4 AscendedShow
Form 4 Ascended – Voice of the Abyss She is no longer human—she is the voice of the ocean’s unconscious. All forms are fully accessible. Her shadow expands into a pool of brine, always rippling, always whispering. Any water-based jutsu now automatically carry a psionic side-effect, such as minor confusion, auditory hallucinations, vertigo, or false sensory cues. This effect is negated if the target's [Willpower] exceeds Ava's [Control]. +10 Chakra Pool, +5 Control

Jutsu
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user will spray water created from the inside of their chest through their mouth. Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. This defense is somewhat solid and can be formed in any direction the user can spit, up to 10 meters away. The defense is shot at [Control] Speed and has [Control] Strength and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.
*Suiton • Water Shuriken
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a shuriken of water that can be thrown up to 10 meters. When kai'd, this shuriken explodes with [Control] Strength and covers the immediate area in water. If not consumed, this technique lasts for three posts.
Servants of the Sea Father::Brinehand GraspServants of the Sea Father, a thematic summoning-style pyramid where each jutsu calls forth eldritch aquatic spirits to perform brief, haunting acts before fading. These spirits emerge from water sources, pools of brine, or rips in the air that leak seawater, and vanish immediately after their purpose is served.
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the proper hand seals, the user causes a bloated briny hand to erupt from a surface within 10 meters at [Control] Speed. The hand grabs a target limb with [Control] Strength and holds for 1 post unless broken. It then dissolves into seawater.

Spiteful Shot
C-Rank Ninjutsu

Tidecall
C-Rank Ninjutsu

Saltwater Lash
C-Rank Ninjutsu
A spectral whip made of briny water lashes out at a target within 15 meters at [Control] Speed. It strikes with [Control] Strength before disappearing.
Reverent of the Deep Gate
B-Rank Ninjutsu
A spectral monk emerges from a vertical tide-portal within 20 meters at [Control] Speed, tolling a dripping bell that disrupts chakra control. Targets within a 10-meter radius must resist [Willpower] vs user's [Control] or be silenced for 1 post—unable to perform jutsu. The monk vanishes after activation.
Razorfin Swarm
B-Rank Ninjutsu
A cone of spectral fish erupts from a water surface in front of the user at [Control] Speed. The swarm slashes all enemies in a 15-meter arc with [Control] Strength.
Kraken's Pull
B-Rank Ninjutsu
The user summons enormous spectral kraken tentacles that erupt from the ground or water in a 15-meter radius around them at [Control] Speed. The Squalleater's Revenge
A-Rank Ninjutsu
From the depths of legend and spite, the user summons forth the phantom warship Squalleater, its barnacled hull breaching reality at [Control] Speed. Hovering above the battlefield, the ship releases a mournful horn blast as six ghostly cannons emerge from the mist along its deck.
Over the course of a single post, the Squalleater unleashes six spectral cannon shots, each striking at [Control] Strength and [Control] Speed, targeting any combination of enemies within 40 meters.
Tomb of the Tidelord
A-Rank Ninjutsu
The user raises both hands and channels their chakra skyward. After one post of buildup, a colossal tidal wave (40m high, 60m wide) surges forward from behind the user at [Control] Speed, carrying with it thousands of gallons of abyssal water and sunken debris.
Cutlass and Claw Style:Swift SlashStyle Type: Hybrid Kenjutsu / Taijutsu
Weapons: Cutlass and her mutated Lobster Claw Arm.
This style emphasizes brutal close-quarters combat aboard ships or confined environments, mixing finesse and flair (cutlass) with monstrous grappling and crushing force (claw). Combat is fluid, switching between weapon and natural limb, combining slashes, throws, pins, and devastating joint-techniques.

D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
A quick sidestep at [Speed] speed and [Strength] strength combined with a low claw sweep, tripping enemies.

Riptide Form
C-Rank Taijutsu Stance
The user adopts a shifting, low-slung posture with the claw arm raised protectively and the cutlass held in a reverse grip. While in Riptide Form, the user can freely switch between claw and cutlass attacks without delay, allowing fluid combo chains. Opponents who miss melee attacks against the user while this stance is active are vulnerable to immediate countergrabs or parry-counters (if the user’s Speed exceeds theirs).
Tidal Lock
B-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
A joint-locking grapple using the claw arm at [Speed] speed and [Strength] strength, that immobilizes opponents.
Crushing Wave
B-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
A wide, sweeping strike combining the claw arm’s weight and cutlass slashes at [Speed] speed and [Strength] strength, effective against multiple foes.
History
One summer, she and a squad of shinobi were sailing out on a diplomatic mission when their ship was attacked. It wasn’t an enemy force, but a monstrous, cephalopod-like creature from the depths. The vessel shattered beneath the waves. There were no survivors—except her. Adrift in darkness and cold, she floated unconscious for hours as her lungs burned. That was when she heard the voice. It did not speak aloud, but echoed in her mind—ancient, vast, and cruelly patient. It called itself the Sea Father.
It claimed to be a god of the sea who had been unfairly sealed away, and it had watched her. It saw how she had fought with unwavering ferocity, how she clung to life even now. It was impressed. The Sea Father made her an offer: Become my bride, it whispered, and you will never fear death again. I will give you power, treasures beyond reckoning, and eternal life.
She accepted. Pain tore through her body. Gills split open along her neck, allowing her to breathe. Her left arm writhed and reformed into a massive, crustacean-like claw. Her right leg reshaped into the chitinous limb of a crab. Her eyes bulged, pupils thinning into deep, watery slits, and her skin turned a bluish hue like the deep sea.
When she awoke, she found herself aboard her old ship—risen and remade. Though still splintered and salt-warped, it now moved without sails or crew, guided by a will not her own. Her body reverted to near-human form, save for her clawed arm and mutated leg. And so, she sailed. For decades she wandered the seas. While her crew aged and died, she remained untouched by time. Sixty years passed, and yet she still looked no older than thirty.
But the Sea Father’s gift was not without cost. When a mysterious illness swept through her most recent crew, they all perished. She, however, remained immune. It was then she understood the full meaning of her patron’s promise: she would never fear death—not because she would live safely, but because she would be made undying. Emboldened, she grew reckless. She wronged merchants, deceived nobles, and mocked the old gods. Until one day, her arrogance caught up with her. She crossed a powerful samurai lord, and paid the price. They took her head. She spent months in a watery hell, a place of darkness and pressure where even time seemed to break. Tormented by spirits of the drowned and mocked for her pride, she came to regret nothing—only the dullness of death.
Then the Sea Father returned. One last offer: Return to life, and serve me once more. Slay a lord who opposes my will—aid a group of desperate insurgents—and you shall walk again. She agreed. The mission was brutal, but she succeeded. Her body was restored, stronger than before, and once again she sailed the oceans. To this day, she remains at sea—though her old self was presumed dead so she took on a new name; Captain Avantika. But something stirs within her. Restlessness. Hunger. A need for something greater. What does a bride of the abyss dream of when eternity grows dull?
