She wears a forehead protector, and a shirt with long sleeves that stop at the forearm, with bandages wrapping her arms and a pair of dark gloves. Quick to anger but even quicker to forgive. When Nikkou enters a room, everyone knows it by the unrestraint volume of her voice and her infectious laughter. Nikkou wears her heart on her sleeve and is a bastion of positivity in an otherwise bleak and dreary shinobi world. Some may call it a weakness, but she actively chooses the bright side of things, no matter how much of a vulnerability that it might prove to be. She is completely transparent and radiates positivity to everywhere she goes. She makes choices quickly and without much thought. Impulsive to a fault, and lacking in patience, she makes decisions on instinct alone and pay them little thought. While this is great for fast reactions, it may not always be a good thing in a social setting. Its easy for her to come off as overbearing, especially for more introverted people. She doesn’t ever mean any harm by it. She is just so excited to be alive and to be with people in this world. Her favorite activity is climbing and standing on really tall objects. She hates cooking or anything that requires her to sit still. Her favorite food is anything that can be eaten on the run, but especially things like rice balls and fast food. HistoryShow Early History Nikkou has been a troublemaker since she was born. Her childhood was strict and full of the discipline that her clan is known for. She was an energetic child, rarely having the patience to sit still. She felt the rules of the clan very suffocating and wanted nothing more than to escape out from under their thumb as soon as she possibly could. She was taught how to hunt and farm and take care of her own accommodations before she was ten years old. Much of the time she didn’t spend learning, she spent receiving discipline from her parents and the older members of the clan. Rather than fall in line, this served to develop her independent spirit even further. She became openly defiant of the clan. Academy Student Years Nikkou attended the academy from the age of ten to the age of twelve. The shinobi academy was very exciting for her, being allowed out of the compound without the supervision of the adults from the clan felt like a dream come true. It was Freedom she had never experienced before. However, it was freedom that she easily squandered. She fell in with a group of troublemakers, much like herself. They used the ninja skills that they were learning to steal from local stores in Iwagakure. They ignored the discipline the shinobi Academy was attempting to force upon them through strict and harsh punishments. She found herself as the de facto leader of the little gang. The gang was captured by authorities and she was turned over to the Enkouten for punishment. The Enkouten gave her harsher and more strict discipline than she had ever received before. She was humiliated in public as punishment and her burning cheeks succeeded where the prior punishments had failed. She was forced to give a few years of probationary service to the community before she was finally allowed to continue her training when she graduated to a genin.

Battle Information

Combat StyleShow Nikkou is an all rounder in terms of combat. She enjoys sparring with taijutsu, although she isn’t a big fan of weapons she will use them to get an advantage if she is desperate enough. Her other practice is her Ninjutsu. She is quick with her hand seals and specializes in her clan’s Youton style techniques along with its composing elements of Doton and Katon. ConcentrationsShow Ninjutsu ConcentrationsShow Youton Born to the Enkouten clan, this user is able to utilize Lava Release, a fusion composed of Doton and Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Youton. Youton has a melting effect. Passive (Melting/Hardening)Show Youton melts in all its techniques, making it a powerful offensive and defensive ability. Enkouton are resistant to Youton for short periods of time, but can be just as damaged by it as a normal person, even by their own techniques, if exposed for too long. The melting quality of Youton burns at such an high temperature that it tends to encapsulate everything in it's path. Despite this, however, weaker youton jutsu struggle to sustain themselves and tend to only give weaker burns to those who come in contact with it. Youton have been known to dull weapons, or even melt weapons at high levels, and flow through defensive jutsu. More importantly, the melting power of youton means that youton techniques passively reduce the strength of anything they're in contact with by 1/4th th strength of the youton jutsu per post after contact. This means a 20 strength youton technique would do 20 strength of damage at impact, then melt at 5 strength per post until it hardened. This allows youton jutsu to substantially weaken defenses over time. Like Katon, Youton [Burns] with [Strength]. Youton jutsu naturally harden over the course of time. Below is a chart for the longest a youton jutsu can sustain itself. The length of a jutsu is a given, but can be specified to be less than the listed amount should the user so desire. Once hardened, Youton jutsu have only 1 strength, being extremely brittle. E-rank: 1 post D-rank: 3 posts C-rank: 4 posts B-rank: 6 posts A-rank: 8 posts S-rank: 10 posts Requirements over 35 for S-rank can extend this length as well. Doton Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect. Passive (Enduring)Show Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters. Katon Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect. Passive (Ignition)Show Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.
