Physical Features:
  • Face/head:Fumiko has the standard traits of the Aisu family. She has long flowing black hair that dangles near her legs. She keeps her hair out of her eyes with a white headband, and a small hair accessory resembling a white lotus. Her eyes are a cold pale shade of blue that resemble the icy nature of her techniques.
  • Body:Her skin is porcelain and extremely fair, to the point she glows with a cold radiance. Her body however is lean and thin, as she has been prompted to practice a rigid training schedule since birth, leading her to develop a defined physique.
  • Notable Features:As an Aisu she walks with an entitled sense of nobility. Cold distant expression is always attached to her face. Her long hair and blue eyes further caused her to appear as if she were a queen atop a throne of ice. Her body is unnaturally cold to the touch due to her clan’s kekkai genkai. Although she is capable of smiling she always maintains a solemn look, distant never wavering, and never smiling.
Clothing/Accessories:Clothing, she wears a long Kimono similar to a shrine maiden's attire. She wears a sleeveless black sleeveless yukata, with a fishnet collar around her neck. Piecing it altogether at her waist she is a lavender obi with her family's crest printed ornately on it in a sky blue. Attached to the side is an ornate wakizashi, with a black scabbard and an untarnished silver hilt. The blade with ornate designs swirling designs along the blade. Over her clothing, she wears a long flowing white haori that has open shoulders and long sleeves with elegant stitching and a similar lavender color to her obi, lining the inside of it.

  • General:Fumiko on the outside, is cold as the ice she wields. Her demeanor is upfront, and she is calculating in her interactions with others. In her speech she talks down to others as if she is standing above those around her, seeing herself with a sense of nobility. She appears as if she is perfection incarnate, this however, is not entirely true. On the inside of the prim and proper queen of ice, is a child who is begging to get out. At times she will get ahead of herself laughing hysterically at vulgarity, playing with toys, and wishing for the life that a normal child would live. Her true nature is a wide-eyed, and naive character that has an everlasting curiosity to things around.
  • Hopes/Dreams:She desires to one day be able to free her inner child. To let down the exhausting tax of the face she wears for her family.
  • Fears: She fears one day letting down the Aisu, but in opposition fears that she will become as cold and distant as her own parents. She has an extreme disdain for pure darkness, and an even greater fear of spiders which can cause her to run off in fear.
  • Combat Mentality:Fumiko, is a sword specialist, she likes to be in the thick of a fight and up close with her opponents. She weaves ninjutsu and powerful sword techniques into each movement that she can. Further, she excels at showing the perfection of her style in every instance, at times being overly flashy for the intent of showing her status.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as an offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose, fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

Hyouton Chakra Element
By fusing together :suiton: Suiton [Water Element] and :fuuton: Fuuton [Wind Element], members of the Aisu clan are able to create and use :hyouton: Hyouton [Ice Element] to produce an active cooling effect. Hyouton is a non-traditional element without physical substance by itself, however can be combined with other physical media to produce a variety of results. Users with the Suiton concentration can further recombine it with Hyouton to directly create solid ice as part of a technique. Hyouton occupies one Concentration Slot, and can only be taken by members of the Aisu clan.
Active Effect: Cooling:
Hyouton has the ability to dynamically cool anything, rapidly decreasing the temperature of entities and areas via techniques and producing effects such as freezing, hypothermia, and frostbite (e.g. numbing, blistering, swelling, shivering, loss of coordination, necrosis). The magnitude, speed, and extent of the temperature decrease is determined by the Control of technique, with more talented Aisu able to create snap freezes that can kill with ease.
Ninjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Ninjutsu that is designed to be channeled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method.

Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Sword Weapons:
The fundamental skill of [Sword Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with swords and sword-like weapons such as knives, daggers, sword-breakers and the like. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Close Quarters Combat:
The fundamental skill of [Close Quarters Combat] indicates the user's proficiency to efficiently utilize martial arts and advanced combat moves involving the body, for example but not limited to, advanced kicks, grapples, advanced punches, etc.

Kūgāpou Style
This taijutsu style is all about avoidance, with grace. In this style, the user may slap away blades, thrown weapons, and other objects, all in the interests of preserving one's self. However, this style isn't necessarily about avoiding all damage, so much as avoiding the worst damage. In instances where the user is going against an opponent they can't match, they may use this style to avoid fatal injuries and instead receive less serious injuries and live to fight a bit longer, or even another day.

Sekisetsu Style [積雪 Falling Snow Style]
Developed by the Aisu and most recently popularized by Aisu Haruna, Sekisetsu was derived from watching snow flurries dance through the air. Sekisetsu involves constant swaying back and forth, while switching a bladed weapon from hand to hand, and from standard position to a dagger-like inversed grip position. Practitioners of Sekisetsu rarely stay still for longer than a few seconds during combat and are constantly surging back and forth in an attempt to find an opening in an opponents' defense. Sekisetsu can be used with a variety of weapons, but typical practioners prefer tanto, wakizashi, and/or katana.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their ability to translate force (-3 Strength). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

D-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will inhale deeply and saturate their breath with hyouton chakra before slowly exhaling to perform this technique. As they breathe out, the area within a 15 metre radius of their body will rapidly drop in temperature to freezing conditions. This technique will freeze any natural moisture in the air or any airbourne particulates created with less [Control] and create a veil of ice that distorts vision in the area.

D-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Suiton] concentration

The user will thrust a hand forward while preparing this technique, forming a set of five senbon in front of their fingertips. The senbon can be collectively fired at any time over the next three posts at [Control] speed to hit with [Control] strength.

~Frost Burst
D-Rank Ninjutsu
Holding a throwable object or weapon in one hand, the user will channel hyouton chakra into it to prepare this technique. Once thrown during the next three posts, the temperature of the item will rapidly drop until it explodes, shattering into frozen shrapnel with the force of a single tag upon impact or at a 'kai' release from the user.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will prepare a large amount of hyouton chakra and unleash it into an area of ground within 30 metres of their location at a speed of [Control]. From the point of impact, the ground will rapidly freeze and turn into an icy tundra, spreading for up to 30 x 30 metres in a direction of the user's choice during casting. Plant life within this area will wither and die, the ground will become frozen to a hardness of [Control] strength, unable to be broken except by stronger techniques, and footing will become slippery and unstable for anyone without an appropriate traversal technique of equal or higher rank.

~[Sekisetsu - Blade Shift]
D-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Blade Shift is a maneuver learned after hours of training, and allows the user to switch from a standard sword grip to a downwards dagger grip, and back again, seamlessly with either hand or between hands, and even in the middle of strikes or full maneuevers. This core element of Sekisetsu converts a practitioner into a highly unpredictable and opportunistic opponent.

~[Sekisetsu - Swaying Winds]
D-Rank Taijutsu Stance
The most basic stance of Sekisetsu, the user of Swaying Winds sways side to side, and back and forth, mimicking the way a snow flurry moves and preventing obvious telegraphing of movements or strikes. Opponents will find it incredibly difficult to interpret or predict the user's next movements unless they have a visual perception technique of equal or higher rank.

D-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Through hours of rigorous training, the user has learned to not only wield a blade in either hand, but has also learned to dual wield two blades at once in any grip position, and can adapt learned manoeuvres, stances, and disciplines to function with either or both weapons.

~[Sekisetsu - Layer of Ice]
C-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: [Hyouton] concentration

The hyouton practitioner will run their finger or tongue along their blade in an intimidating fashion, while simultaneously imbuing the weapon with hyouton chakra. For the next six posts each strike of the blade will cause frostbite equal to the scaling strength of the user's [Control].

~[Sekisetsu - Shifting Blades]
C-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: Blade Shift; Ambidextrous

A staple of the Sekisetsu Kenjutsu style, Shifting Blades allows the user to swap weapons between grips, and shift them between hands while dual wielding, simultaneously without any delay, even in the middle of a strike or maneuver. The user has become so seamless and proficient in the action that this can often occur without an opponent noticing, with targets being unable to follow the switching nature of blade positions without a visual perception technique of equal or higher rank.

B-Rank Taijutsu Manoeuvre
Prerequisite: Shifting Blades

Engulfing Winds consists of a myriad of ever-changing strikes. The user will begin by bringing their blades down in parallel slashes down the length of the target, and will chain together four various attacks from multiple angles.

In a close quarters duel, balance is everything. When the user is able to dodge a swing or kick, they will then strike at the back of the strike with their full force, accelerating the opponent’s momentum and often sending them off balance.

D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
A basic technique used to close distance with an opponent; the user will strike at the flat of their blade and push it aside. The user is trained to contact a foe’s moving blade while avoiding injury to themselves.

[Kettou: Snatch]
D-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Those who have practice this maneuver are able to snatch a projectile out of the air without harming themselves, so long as their Speed is 5 or more greater than the speed of the projectile.

[Kettou: Leading Jab]
D-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
When striking with straight jabs, whether with a fist or weapon, the duelist can strike slightly off center from their intended contact point, typically creating more space to dodge in a specific direction. When done properly, this can lead the opponent into openings for more complex and damaging attacks.

Elegance is not enough to explain the beauty and grace that is Aisu Fumiko. Born to the Aisu family, she has almost always had a silver spoon in her mouth. She received a decent education and was trained at a young age in the clan's special taijutsu style. All to become a profound shinobi that would bring honor to the Aisu.

From a young age, Fumiko was kept sheltered, away from other kids and schooled within the compound that was the Aisu grounds. She saw that many of her relatives seemed to lack any semblance of sympathy, empathy, or fun. She was made to grow up fast, not allotted time to play in the yards, or do many of the leisurely activities of most children her age. Due in part to this she quickly learned that in the world she lived in she would have to grow up fast. Even though in her heart she desired to play, run, and laugh with the other kids, she knew the moment she slacked off her duties she would be punished. It didn’t take her long to quickly develop the sense of duty that was the trademark of her clan.

Most days she spent with her instructors and not so much of her mother or father. She developed the mask of ice. A curtain she learned to wear, that transformed her from a young girl into the cold, collected, and aloof Aisu woman that she was. The moment she let her guard down her instructors would punish her with extreme workouts or chores. So she began to keep the mask up, never smiling from that point on. Joy was something for lesser folk, and she herself was a cut above the rest. When she started the military academy she was found to be a prodigy unparalleled in her craft with a blade. She finished and graduated, as was her duty. She still dreamed of the days when she could run free from her chains and be the girl she always wanted to be. Perhaps that was part of why she wanted to become a shinobi, she would be able to go on missions to get away from the ever vigilant and heavy eyes of her family. The little child inside begging to get out and still play. One day she will know what its like to slack off once again.
