Tsukino Hitachi

[ Kiri's Silver Devil ]

[My weapons did not decide to kill you...I just don't fucking like you... ]

General Information Age: 30
Gender: Male
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 240 lbs
Physical Features:
  • Face/head: A slender face with a strong jaw line outlines Hitachi's face coming down to a gently rounded chin, three vertical lines that become smaller as they move closer to the shinobi's chin appear almost like whiskers and are a by product of his merger with the fox spirit. The young man has long silver hair that drapes down a few inches past his shoulder when not styled up in one way or another framing his rather handsome looking face and a set of brilliant bright blue eyes. Seated atop either side of the sun kissed skin of the man's head is a pair of silver furred fox ears that extend to three inches in length at the top point, seating
  • Body: Traveling down from the man's face one can first begin to see the trap muscles that extend from the top of the man's muscled shoulders up onto his neck, hinting at the rather chiseled physical characteristics that can be found across his upper body demonstrating a mixture of an athletic body with that of a weight lifter, seeming to find the perfect medium between the two. A muscular chest and set of arms from years of physical training and perfecting his Rapier sword arts are normally hidden from sight by a single lay of silk from a kimono, but a feature even more striking then their muscled appearance is the numerous sword scars that can be found upon the entire upper torso and only on the upper torso. Some from just training in sword arts for the time that he has and others from life and death encounters where he managed to live another day.

These all lead down to a very lean core that demonstrates his strict diet and stringent training regime before revealing his slightly muscled legs that scream of being training for speed and agility. Though the most striking feature of all is the set of five two meter long fox tails that grow from the intersection of the spine and pelvis upon his lower back. These five tales are silver in hue up and two meters long with the last foot of each white in color. Starting out thin they grow rather 'fluffy' looking between the middle half before tapering down to a pointed in, these tales normally can be found with the tip curled up into a tight circle giving the appearance of them being only about a meter in length.
  • Notable Features:Hair color, five fox tails, claw like finger and toe nails, fox ears.
Clothing/Accessories: The man’s attire consist of a mid length silver kimono edged with a raven hue trim along its edges, secured at the waist with a silver and black cloth belt/sash. On the front of silk kimono where the man's heart should be is embroidered with his family symbol. Under neath the kimono a pair of light weight cloth pants of a simple raven hue covering the man from the waist down to about about the man's ankle where his feet are slid into a pair of open wooden sandals.

Picture: Personality:
  • General:

Hitachi is not your typical happy go lucky, everything it great kind of guy. In terms of defining his alignment he could almost be considered a lawful evil type of man whom methodically takes what he wants within the limits of his code of conduct without regard for whom it hurts as long as it doesn't conflict to much with the village itself. He cares about traditions, loyalty, and order but not so much about freedom, dignity, or life. He plays by his own set rules molded from the ethics of Kiri with his own spin on things but without mercy or compassion often blurring the line even as a shinobi. He is comfortable in a hierarchy and would like to rule but is willing to serve someone as long as they are stronger than himself, such as the current Mizukage. He also openly condemns others not according to their actions but according to race, religion, homeland, and/or social rank. If you aren't from Kirigakure no Sato or Water country then in the man's eyes you are simply just trash in his way to achieving his goals. The shinobi considers order as the means by which each group is properly placed in the cosmos, from the lowest to the highest, strongest first, weakest last. To him "good" being seen as an excuse to promote the mediocrity of the whole and suppress the better and more capable, while allowing each group to structure itself and fix its place as compared to others, serving the stronger, but being served by the weaker.

This is a person who is driven to attain his goals through the means of force, power, and intimidation. Yet, the man stands apart from the norm, with his own, personal, code of ethics. One such being that he expects loyalty from those around him along with his subordinates and his minions, punishing disloyalty and treachery that may arise with a swift merciless death, if needed. If given by him, the man will almost always will keep his word if he gives it and will never lie, although he may mislead or withhold information to benefit himself or his purpose/mission. He will attack and kill an unarmed foe and will harm an innocent to accomplish the task or mission. He will use torture to extract information without hesitation, but this is not something done for pleasure but it of necessity. Life other than his own or those that he serves with are considered valueless to the man; those too weak to defend their possessions, positions, or their very own life don't deserve to have them in the first place.

Though there is a few things that the shinobi truly loves is the art of sword play, which he often refers to as the Dao of the Sword. Thoroughly enjoying engaging in active sparing against other sword styles to further improve his own, chilling truly alive when life or death are separated by the thickness of a blade of steel. Second is the face of the village itself, Hitachi its known for a time that a emissary came to the village and when they were unable to get the terms they wanted and one of these men tried to openly slander the village name. The shinobi ran a rapier directly between his eyes and out the back the poor soul's head before then casually lopping the head from the body's shoulders and sending it back with the other man. He later received some harsh punishment for his actions but doesn't regret it for a second and even spoke openly about it when asked that he would even do it again without a second thought. Kiri is truly considered to be the master race in this man's mind and the man would be willing to step in to deal with a situation that another member of the village created, even if they were in the wrong, just to demonstrate the superiority of the village and its inhabitants. But this does not mean he would willingly throw his life away for another, the number of people that he would do this for could be counted on a single hand and if you aren't one of those people then you should learn to protect yourself first and foremost.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Becoming a member of the Seven swordsman and then becoming its strongest member.
  • Fears: Dying a meaningless death for someone weaker than himself.
  • Combat Mentality:A life lived on the edge of his rapier, Hitachi battles with pure speed and strength along with his seven Rapier with are used to squire foes with overwhelming and blindingly fast thrusts of the weapon's slender blades. Doing so by utilizing his five tales as extra "arms" to wield additional rapiers. Nothing is considered off limits, cheap, or un-honorable to the man when it comes to battle. [/i]

Misty Rapier SetShow
A set of seven rapier style swords, these swords are double edged with long, slender, sharply pointed design. With such design features, the rapier is optimized to be a thrusting weapon, but is still capable of performing cutting or slashing attacks. Sporting a rather simple silver hue t-shape hand guards for rapier style swords each sword consists of a black six-inch hilt and a forty-one-inch blade forged from a special misty blue colored crystal material that is just as strong and durable as its hardened steel counterpart. The blade is only an inch at its widest point before tapering down to a sharp point with dual cutting edges.

Aside from the weapons uniquely forged crystal blades these weapons have a single ability that when they are wielded, they release a stream of mist the length of the stirke and about one foot in thickness around the blade. This mist cannot be manipulated and is easily blown away by fuuton jutsu. It’s effective in masking attacks, but only lingers for up to four posts before fading. One rapier is worn on each hip while the remaining five are worn across the man's back in an arcing fashion via a specially designed series of connected sheaths.

Abilities
First Ability
Kitsune no KaoShow
Kitsune no Kao:
After merging with a fox, a Tsukino inherits many of the fox’s own physical features and potential. This takes the form of a small amount of the fox's features, namely a pair of fox-like ears and fox-like tails which multiply as their own powers grow (3 tails at Chuunin, 5 at Jounin, 9 at Bannin or Kage).

The main ability of these foxes however are their extrasensory systems. A Tsukino’s ears are laced with vibration sensitive fur that forms the basis of a network of sensory paths in their brain, allowing them to feel nearby vibration as a form of sonar-sight. This works only in a small space around them but is greatly enhanced by nearby water as the liquid vibrations carry cleanly to their ears, allowing them to hear disturbances to water especially well. Even masses of vapor such as mist transmit such vibrations well.

Without adequate water a Tsukino’s sense extends around them for (Instinct/3) meters and can form rudimentary shapes and images in that radius but no further. Vibrations caused by water being interacted with, or vibrations traveling through water, can project much further and more clearly, up to (Instinct/2) meters out.

This advantage comes with it's own downside. Much as a normal person can be blinded with intense light a Tsukino’s sense can be temporarily shorted out by intense noises. Techniques that cause conflicting vibration can also dampen their senses, but these can be overcome using techniques
Second Ability
Essence of the Silver FoxShow
A unique 'gift' that the man found he was able to accomplish soon after merging with his particular fox spirit. The man has found he is able to transform into the shape of a giant silver fox. When transformed he stands at around five meter to the shoulder (on all fours) tall and eight meters in length, not including his tails, with the tails having the same length as the body (eight meters). This would increase to twelve meters if/when he were to progress to the Bannin/S-rank level of strength. The entire body is covered in a brilliant silver hue fur and the beast's eyes are an incredible deep blue that gives you the feeling that you are looking into a vast ocean when one looks into them. His claws grow to a length appropriate to the size of his fox body. The only fur that isn't silver on the man's transformed body are the last quarter of each tail that is a snow white color. He maintains all his normal stats in this form and is able to hold this form for a number of posts up to 3/4 of his stamina.

Third Ability
Unique Fox Spirit AttributesShow

During the merger process the shinobi's body reaction with the fox spirit appear to near perfectly compatible with one another. Inturn this granted the Tsukino additional physical characteristics of the silver fox spirit. The first characteristic is that the Tsukino's tails that have unusually thick fur in which the individual hairs have become interwoven with each other on the tails giving each the ability to act as a type of powerful armor for the shinobi with a durability directly equal to the man's strength stat.

Lastly, the Kiri ninja gained the powerful claws that were once one of the original traits of the particular fox spirit's he merged with. This is exhibited in the claw like finger and toenails that naturally grow slightly curved and to a point and around an inch past the end of the finger/toe. These claws have a strength equal to the user's strength stat and are very shape allowing them to shed through flesh like a steel blade would be capable of.
Concentrations
Ninjutsu(3/3)
SuitonShow
Suiton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Suiton affinity. Suiton has a passive enveloping effect.
Passive (Enveloping)Show
Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets.
Fuuton AffinityShow
Fuuton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/3rd the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 19 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 6 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.
Mist ReleaseShow
Mist Release
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Mist, an extension composed of Fuuton and Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Mist. Mist has an encroaching effect. You must be a former or present Kiri shinobi and have both Suiton and Fuuton to utilize this concentration.
Passive (Encroaching)Show
Mist naturally encroaches. This causes all mist jutsu to grow over time. Mist jutsu will passively grow at 1/10th their size per post, allowing them to not only become larger, but also refill areas within themselves that has been displaced. While Mist has limited offensive power, it's a supplementary superpower that can completely alter the course of battle by manipulating the battle field, and the people on it.

These skills include those required to create almost ninjutsu-equivalent effects simply from the movement of one’s body such as animal shaped blasts of compressed air from especially positioned hands and other similar feats which are beyond reality. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu, and requires Taijutsu Specialist.
Genjutsu(1/1)
SightShow
One of the easier senses to initiate genjutsu with, sight is used by channeling the chakra through the user, through another person, or through an object, to instigate the genjutsu. Common examples of this are eye contact, seeing the hand seals, seeing a specific weapon, or seeing an action. The intend target(s) must place their eyes on the initiator for at least a brief moment to be initiated.

Its understood that typically, the harder it is to get someone to look at something, the stronger the genjutsu is. This means that while “seeing the user perform the hand seals” is typically pretty easy to obtain “maintaining eye contact with the user” is much harder to retain, so the latter is likely a much stronger genjutsu, allowing for more strength the longer the eye contact is maintained.

Using sight to initiate genjutsu is one of the more commonplace genjutsu initiators found. Initiating through Sight requires one concentration.

NinjutsuShow
Tsukino NinjutsuShow

[Basic Beast Form]
D Rank Ninjutsu
Forming a hand seal and holding it the Tsukino allows chakra to spread out through their body further enhancing their fox like features. Their tails grow to a length of five meters and increase in thickness to up to two feet at their widest point, their ears grow slightly larger and the finger and toe nails increase to just over two inches in length becoming sharp and pointed. While allowing for unique combination assaults, the user is almost completely restricted to taijutsu during this time period. This technique can be maintained for a number of posts up to the half the user's stamina.

[Growl]
D Rank Ninjutsu
After completing the required hand seals, the user of this technique will begin to focus chakra into his/her hands. After the chakra has built up, the user will release a low growl exposing their fox like teeth, subsequently releasing the chakra into their claw like nails resulting in them growing up to three inches longer. This effect last for three posts.

[Intermediate Beast Form]
C Rank Ninjutsu
Forming a hand seal and holding it the Tsukino allows chakra to spread out through their body further enhancing their fox like features. Their tails grow to a length of eight meters and increase in thickness to up to one meter at their widest point, their ears grow slightly larger than the previous form and the finger and toe nails increase to four inches in length becoming sharp and pointed. While allowing for unique combination assaults with weapons and their tails, the user is unable to perform hand seals, but is still capable of holding weapons, and as such, is almost completely restricted to taijutsu during this time period. This technique can be maintained for a number of posts up to the half the user's stamina.

*Hidden Mist Technique
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Kiri-nin
Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Ninja. After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers 20x20x20m area. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 4 meters in any direction. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to 1/2 the user's stamina.

*Moving Mist Technique
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will cause the mist to shift and move in whatever direction they please. This mist moves at 5 speed, and while casting this technique the user cannot move or cast other techniques.

*Shrouding Mist Technique
C-rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Hidden Mist Technique
After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers 30x30x30m area. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 3 meters in any direction, and dampens scents, weakening any advanced scent techniques, or controlled scent techniques by 2m. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to the user's 1/2 stamina.
TaijutsuShow
Personal TechniquesShow

[Spin Move]
D-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Aware a projectile is flying along their projected path of movement, the user will step with their lead foot, and pivot, circling their body around the projectile. This will allow them to continue along their path without losing any speed. This maneuver does not allow the user to bypass their instinct or taijutsu stats, but simply allows the user to maintain speeds when making movements.

[One With Their Body]
D-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
For a Tsukino, their tail(s) becomes an extension of their body much like their arms or legs are. In order to properly control the tail or tails this requires intense training physically and mentally in order to develop the extra appendages to the same level as their natural limbs. This discipline allows for a Tsukino member to utilize their tail in such a manner for every 5 taijutsu 4 and instinct they have. IE: For a Tsukino who has 6 instinct and 6 taijutsu they would be able to fully utilize one of their tails while a jounin with 30 taijutsu and instinct could utilize all five of their tails to their fullest extent like any of their natural limbs.

[Seamless Skill]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
A skill utilized by those on the path to mastery of their weapon, users of Seamless Skill are actively able to transition between offensive and defensive usage of the aforementioned weapon. By transitioning so seamlessly, the user is able to save a marginal amount of energy while attacking.

[Parry and Thrust]
D Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Using the speed granted from the slender Rapier, the user is able to parry away weapons such as Katana, daggers, and other such melee weapons utilizing and inside to outside parry. As long as the user's [Taijutsu + Instinct)/2 is higher than the opponent's Taijutsu and then Hitachi can see the attack coming and allowing for him to accurately read the path of a weapon's strike and react fast enough to effectively redirect the force of such strikes made against him in an attempt to throw them off their balance. This parry is almost always followed up with a powerful straight thrust of either the parrying blade or another wielded sword.

[Face Thrust]
D Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
The user will specifically aim to stab his rapier directly into the face and in turn the skull of his opponent. Doing so successfully can cause great pain by piercing/tearing at their eyes and nose, and in a best case scenario can even cause death by stabbing into and through the brain.

[Heart Thrust]
C Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Hitachi will aim to stab the slender blade of his Rapier into the chest of his opponent, specifically aiming to stab them through the heart. Should the blow connect, this technique is usually fatal, as it can easily tear the heart apart with a single well placed stab.

[Mist Weaving]
C-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Experienced with his swords, the user is able to spin the slender rapier in their hands, with Hitachi's mist producing swords, this allows him to rapidly create a large quantity of mist.

[Fallings Thrusts]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The user of this technique must first launch themselves high into the air upon then they will then begin to spin and unleash a flurry of blows from above. The user is capable of performing up to three strikes in the air, each of them prolonging the user’s airtime. This technique's usefulness coming with it maintaining the advantageous high ground and all of the forward momentum toward the opponent throughout all of its blows, giving the user an effective +6 Strength and -6 Taijutsu for the three blows.

[Thread the Needle]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
After either blocking an opponent’s strike or having one of their strikes blocked, the user will flick their slender Rapier. Using the leverage and range of the weapons slender blade to their advantage, the user is able to skillfully dart the tip of the blade around the opponent’s existing guard for a quick thrust at their opponent providing their Taijutsu is greater than the opponent’s.

[Femoral Thrust]
B-ranked Maneuver
Using her intellect and knowledge of the body's pressure points, Hitachi can cause the opponent to bleed out through their femoral artery (inner thigh) with just a slight wound. By aiming expertly at the target's femoral artery and making a hole as small as a kunai's or rapier's tip, he can puncture the artery. Because it's an artery, the puncture instantly increases in size by itself and blood gushes out. Targets struck by this jutsu will last [target's stamina]/5, with a minimum of 1, posts before falling unconscious. Targets will remain unconscious until healed, and if they continue to bleed out for an additional [Target's stamina]/3 posts, they will die. If combined with another similar blood loss jutsu, the post count until the target knocks out and until the target dies is lowered by 1 for each additional jutsu, with a minimum of 1.

[Carotid Slice]
B-ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Using his intellect and knowledge of the body, Hitachi can cause the opponent to bleed out through their neck with just a slight wound. By aiming expertly at the target's carotid artery and making a hole as small as a kunai's or rapier's tip, he can puncture the artery. If combined with another similar blood loss jutsu, the post count until the target knocks out and until the target dies is lowered by 1, with a minimum of 1.

[Blazing Thrust]
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 30 Speed
Hitachi will take a moment to prepare himself before dashing at full speed around an opponent in order to strike them from behind with a blazing fast thrust of one of his Rapier. The strength of this technique comes from the extreme acceleration used in it, causing those with 5 less (Taijutsu+Instinct)/2 than the user’s speed to be unable to follow the user’s movement at all. The user will then make a powerful thrust at the opponent from their new position.

[King of this Land]
A-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
The user will balance the tip of their weapon toward the ground before them while facing the opponent side on and rising the hilt of the weapon into the air. This stance concentrates a lot of the user’s power and agility into their legs, enabling them to dash short distances (5m max) at maximum speed without acceleration time after a moment’s preparation. This is extremely taxing on the user’s stamina however, and costs them 1 stamina each time they dash.

[Assault of a Thousand Thrusts]
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 30 Speed and Two or more weapons.
The user of this technique begins a relentless onslaught upon an opponent. They take a moment to prepare their legs before dashing forward. This technique is used to pursue opponents and wear them down with repeated thrusts of his rapiers utilizing up to all seven of his swords to assault his foe. Opponents with a speed lower than the user’s will find it difficult to safely move away from the user while they pursue them. Those that block or are hit by two or more blows will have their Taijutsu reduced by 6 because of the jarring nature of the blows for 6 posts.

[Death Thrust]
S-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 45 Speed
The user will begin by thrusting at an opponent. If the blow is blocked or evaded, the user is able to perform this maneuver. Hitachi will rapidly pull back the rapier at an incredible speed and strike again. Those with a (Taijutsu+Instinct)/2 lower than the user’s (Taijutsu+Speed)/2 will be unable to detect the second blow and will see an afterimage of the first strike remaining in the place where it had struck before. If the opponent’s (Taijutsu+Instinct)/2 is more than 5 points lower than the user’s, they will be able to strike a third time in the same manner.
Strong FistShow
Strong Fist:
This style focuses on being overall more physically powerful than your opponent. Users attempt to overwhelm defenses with great speed and strength while chipping away at their opponent’s stamina and keeping their own at the highest possible. Most attacks are simple in execution but extremely powerful in effect, causing battles of attrition to be in their favor.
  • Requires: [Upper Body] & [Lower Body] Concentrations
  • Obtaining A/S archives techniques requires [Taijutsu Specialization]
*[Strong Fist Style • One Inch Punch]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
When fighting in close quarters it becomes difficult to generate energy for full powered strikes. Practitioners have learned how to explode force from every muscle with minimal energy wasted and space needed. Every strike done by the practitioner has the potential to be at full strength, so long as they have at least one inch of movement.

*[Strong Fist Style • Skyward Strike]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
An often difficult attack to accomplish but good for setting up a string of further attacks. The user will sweep low, attempting to kick their target's feet from beneath them. Before they fall, a second kick will attempt to launch them airborne a number of meters equal to the difference in the practitioner's strength from their target.

*[Strong Fist Style • Rising Leaf Wind]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: (Instinct+Taijutsu)/2 greater than opponent's taijutsu
A disrupting kick that can be launched from nearly any position. This kick is delivered quickly and at 3/4 strength but is aimed at any possible opening and extremely difficult to defend against, quickening the tempo the practitioner is keeping.
YoshinShow
Yoshin Kenjutsu:
Yoshin Kenjutsu is a style of sword techniques that originate from Waterfall Country. The style's method of attack is considerably different from normal sword techniques, as each one is actually focused more on intelligent strikes to the body at critical places. Nerves, muscles, organs, even joints, are all targets of Yoshin Style. Because of this, practioners typically use short blades such as wakizashi or kodachi, though katana users are not unheard of. The typical stance of the style is to hold your sword at chest level to make the typical jabbing motions of the style more accessible.
  • Requires [Deft Hands], [Sword], and [Medicine]
*[Yoshin • Ambidexterity]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: 5 Instinct
After practicing for a long amount of time with the concept of using both of their hands with equal skill, the user has developed a level of ambidexterity that allows them to utilize their preferred weaponry without any sort of issue. This extends to other methods of combat or simple everyday life as well.

*[Yoshin • Nerve Destruction]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 25 Instinct
By performing a series of well calculated and precisely aimed stabs or cuts at an opponent's body, the user aims to pierce or slash their blade into any nerve clusters they can properly target. Common targets for this technique are the front of the shoulders, underneath the armpits, the solar plexus, the forearms and the thighs. Striking any one of these areas can effectively result in incapacitation, temporary paralysis or total body shock by sending waves of intense pain through the nerves in the area. Generally speaking, a target with high pain tolerance can resist many of the effects this technique causes.

*[Yoshin • Mind Breaking]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 25 Instinct
Unlike most of the Yoshin style, the user performs this technique with either a bare hand or the hilt of their sword. Users quickly smash their hand or object into the temple of the foe before retreating out of striking range. The placement of this blow sends a concussion throughout the entirety of the brain, causing dizziness and reduced focus. The target's Taijutsu drops by 4 and their instinct drops by 5 for 4 posts as the opponent tries to reorient themselves.

*[Yoshin • Joint Strike]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 25 Instinct
Quickly moving in close to a foe, the user lunges at a weak point of a foe's joints, such as under the shoulders through the armpit, into the elbow from the crook inside the arms, or behind the knees, etc, and slams the tip of their sword through it in an attempt to obliterate the functioning tendons and cartilage of the joint with any bones it can. This technique is severely debilitating, requiring an Iijutsu user to repair the damage, in some cases rendering the limb below the joint inoperable if a clean hit is delivered.

*[Yoshin • No Escape]
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 30 Instinct, 30 Taijutsu
The user will dash in towards their opponent before making incredibly precise slashes and stabs, all of which are aimed for key points in the opponents body, specifically targeting any major artery that they can reasonably reach. The slashes made are incredibly precise so as not to cause much bleeding by themselves, but should an opponent affected by this technique undergo too much strenuous muscle movement (exerting more than 15 strength or Speed) Blood will rush from their wounds, causing them to lose 3 points of stamina for that post of movement. This stamina will continue to drop every time the opponent moves too much, and the effect lasts until the target has received medical attention for their wounds.

*[Yoshin • Incapacitation]
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 30 Taijutsu, 30 Instinct
Having achieved immeasurable accuracy through the constant practice of Yoshin, the user of this technique will fly into a flurry of strikes, all of which are aimed for key tendons and muscle clusters of the body. Specifically, the user will aim for large clusters of muscles or tendons located within the arms or legs, or even an area such as the spine in order to render the affected area and areas associated with them immobile. This means that a blow to the arm or leg would render that limb immobile, and a blow to the spine would render anything below the area of contact immobile. This paralyzation lasts until the damaged can be healed through Iijutsu or some other means of regeneration.

Hitachi was born into a rather prestigious household being as his father was a well renowned shinobi during his prime and had always been acknowledged for his swordsmanship. Thus it was no surprise that he would begin to push the learning of swordsmanship onto his second child and first born son. At only the age of four the child had already learned how to correctly hold a bokken and was receiving strict instruction from the jounin that was his father. And it was during these sessions that even at such a young age did the man's personality begin to take root in the child.

As he learned the art of the sword the boy truly did develop a love for the skill set, but the most difficult part was finding the weapon fit for the user. It was something akin to the weapon reaching out to choose you rather than the individual choosing the weapon itself. Aft the age of seven the young swordsman first picked up what would be the defining weapon for him in the future, a junior sized rapier. The slender blade worth its dual edge seemed so familiar in his hands that it was like he had met and old friend, a target strange but unique sensation. It was also at this young age that the child began too receiving more formal training as wooden swords were no longer a thing.

During these sessions as the ethics of the vilage and Tagio's, his father, own personal take on the strong and the weak and their roles in the society that they lived in. But the lesson he was taught the most was that the weak are prey for the strong, the strong are the ones who are able to seize control of what they desire. Being weak meant that they were useless trash to the man and in turn he wpuld not allow for his own son to be one of those pieces of trash. The wounds and scars from his mistakes soon began to accumulate across the torso of the growing child who at the age of ten was already five and a half feet tall. But the man never left a mark on his son's face.

At the age of just over eleven he was allowed by his father to enter the shinobi academy where he spend a total of eighteen months graduating at the age of thirteen on his second attempt, as during his first attempt his violence and desire to kill the other genin was a bit more then what one should have. Passing on the second time after he learned a bit more self control of his blades. Next came the most important time in the child's life, the merger of him and his fox spirit. The Tsukino merging process is not something done like Genma or Spirit sealing, and does not require the same process. It is a physical merging of both bodies, the human and the fox, into one form. The fox is essentially consumed by the process and does not exist, linger on or in any way continue to have it’s own form or identity. It’s chakra does not remain and only certain abilities (the Kekkei Genkai) are passed during the process. The spirit chosen for the boy was a beautiful silver furred fox spirit and one that seemed to share some sort of connection with the child when it was chosen. Next came the most painful part of the procedure as it wasn't a simple sealing.

The merging took place via certain secret chakra technique of the clan that most closely resembled Iijutsu and piece-by-piece they broke the fox down and transferred it into the recipient, Hitachi, completely altering the future swordsman on the genetic level. When the process was over, he was immediately taken away and placed within a dark cell like room with metal walls and absolutely no light seemed to be able to penetrate the room. This merging process was far from complete now as the fox and boy and their genetic material continued to merge as their was always the possibility that his body would actually reject the fox and become deformed or mutated. Howls of pain echoed from within the iron room for some time before fading into nothing but absolute silence that was almost creepy to be present to hear. Within the darkness the physical attribute's of the silver fox were rapidly starting to become apparent, with drastic changes including the growth of a slender silver tail, elongated finger and toe nails that began to resemble short claws and a cute set of silver furred, pointed fox ears that grew on either side of the young genin's head now.

Soon he was thrown into a Rivalry squad with a fellow genin who had graduated with him in which a time span of two years would pass as the chuunin above them providing the Genin with reference and guidance, while the Jounin is purely on the squad for instruction, setting guidelines and goals for the Genin to accomplish, whom they only saw maybe once or twice a month. But the competition was something that the young shinobi thrived on as he began to progress with his skill as a swordsmen over the other two arts of being a shinobi which kind of were left on the back burner for him during this time period. Two years passed rapidly for the boy who was nearly sixteens years of age, having accomplished several missions on their level and even going through an second addition to his rivalry squad after injuring the first in a sparing match to the point where he wouldn't be able to continue training as a shinobi for some time after being fully healed. Though in the young boy's eyes he had ended up in such a situation because he was not truly strong enough to be called a shinobi, this was the personality that his father had fostered in the boy only it had taken a rather sinister turn which was something the old man had not actually wanted...only wanting his son to grow up not being a whip or a push over, honestly.

At the age of sixteen he was able to become promoted to the rank of chuunin where he served as part of a assault squad and also as part of a specialty squad that dealt with close range weapons combat. For three years the man continued to grow physically in strength and size until around the age of nineteen where he topped out at six and a half feet and was wielding five rapiers allowing him to even challenge some above his rank because of the skill in sword play that he was cultivating. Although he was a up and coming swordsman the man was never once considered for a spot as even a dagger within the SSM, but this was mainly his own choice as he didn't wish to be a simple wanna be...he would only ever settle for a true position within the group and thus he devoted himself solely to improving his Rapier skills and learning other swords art while looking for insights to improve his own in return. Achieving the rank of jounin at the age of nineteen.

It was after this around the age of twenty to twenty one that the man was able to actually start making a name for himself through completing various missions and tasks of increased responsibility and danger, having his current set of crystal bladed rapiers forged at the age of twenty two at quiet the expense the man's reputation continued to grow. At the age of twenty three the man's name was spoke by many when he executed an emissary who attempted to verbally slander the village after not receiving what they had came for in a short fit of defiance that cost the old man his life. Hitachi was punished rather harshly for his rashness and brutality but when asked if he felt sorry or would have changed his actions now knowing the punishment he actually laughed out loud and said he'd do it against in a heart beat. For two years he spent time in confinement with nothing to do but think of ways to improve his Dao of the sword and strength his body, before he was recently allowed to rejoin the ranks of shinobi. Now he is prepared to achieve the first of many goals that he has set for himself...
