Crawling Conundrum
D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary handseals or channeling, Kureha will attempt to bind a foe, if successful initiating an illusion in which the target sees a swarm of small black spiders crawling up their body, this technique lasting for four posts or until dispelled.
Buzz Buzz
D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary handseals or channeling, Kureha will whistle, causing those who hear it to hear the buzzing of an unseen swarm of bees from all directions for the next four posts or until dispelled.
March of the Spiders
D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the necessary handseals or channeling, Kureha will whip her wires, those who hear the sound beginning to see a very large swarm of spiders rushing towards them from all sides intent on engulfing them, this lasting for three posts or until dispelled.
*[Genjutsu • Pins and Needles]
D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
After performing the hand seals and pricking the opponent with some sort of small weapon (usually senbon), the opponent feels their arms and legs fall asleep. It feels as if the blood flow to these appendages has basically stopped, making their movements a tad sluggish and just all around uncomfortable. This jutsu doesn’t really hinder a person, but it makes everything they do feel off. For those who are attuned to the way their body feels during battle, it can be extremely distracting. Lasts 3 posts.
*[Genjutsu • Boom!]
D-Ranked Illusion Genjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, then within the next post, snap their fingers. Anyone who hears the snapping will hear an explosion in the distance behind them. This works as an effective distraction, or a scare tactic, if properly utilized.
C-Ranked
*[Genjutsu • Reverse Hypnosis]
C-Ranked Status Genjutsu
This is a three post genjutsu. To start the genjutsu, the ninja does the hand seals that are needed and then places a hand on the target. Until the genjutsu ends the target is able to remember a lot more about their past and has a lighter barrier over their consciousness making it easier for them to spill information. This doesn’t weaken their will, however, meaning if they are aware it’s a genjutsu, they are more than capable of using Kai.
*[Genjutsu • Dull Pain]
C-Ranked Status Genjutsu
The user does the needed hand seals, and then locks eyes with the target to trap the target in the genjutsu. For the next 10 posts, any pain that the target feels as if nothing really happened, effectively lessening all pain and nerve responses. The target would still be damaged, but any damage done to them would feel as though it is far less severe than it actually it, and as such they will usually overestimate their own stamina.

YoshinShow
Yoshin Kenjutsu:D-RankedWaterfall Country's samurai are the creators of Yoshin, a style of Kenjutsu honing one's precision to strike more precisely than any needle or arrow at the enemy's inherent weaknesses. The human body is full of natural weak spots and vulnerabilities, and Yoshin takes full advantage of those weaknesses in combat with calculated, precise, intelligent strikes and thrusts to cripple and cut down their opponent. Common joints, unseen nerve endings and nerve clusters, critical tendons and muscle groups, and even vital organs are all fair game to the users of Yoshin. The precision required for this style causes most users of its techniques to prefer short blades such as kodachi and wakizashi, often with serrated edges to maximize damage on the blade exiting the wound, though katana can still be used with this style.
Requires: [Deft Hands], [Sword Weapons], [Medicine] Concentrations.
*[Yoshin • Prey's Anatomy]
D-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Detailed knowledge of the human body's vulnerabilities and weaknesses are fundamental to learning Yoshin. This Discipline represents the practitioner's knowledge of the precise location of all major organs, tendons, blood vessels, and nerve clusters on both their body and the opponent's body. This allows the practitioner to accurately target those areas even in the heat of combat.
*[Yoshin • Ambidexterity]
D-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
After practicing for a long amount of time with the concept of using both of their hands with equal skill, the user has developed a level of ambidexterity that allows them to utilize both hands equally and as effectively without any penalty. This extends to other methods of combat or simple everyday life as well.
History
Historical AccountsShow
Kureha was born as the only child of a seemingly loving couple in Konoha, neither of her parents being shinobi. For the first several years of her life, things seemed to be going well. Kureha adored her parents and they in turn doted on her as much as they could. Soon though the happy family would find themselves very troubled, Kureha returning home one day to find her beloved parents in the midst of a heated argument. She was too young to understand what it was about and the couple stopped and apologized as soon as they noticed her but still she had a bad feeling.
Life continued on as normal for a while afterwards, or so it seemed, but Kureha had always been curious and observant. It was no secret to her that their family had been drifting apart, parents frequently arguing and spending less time with both her and each other. She didn't mind so much as she had a couple friends as well as the company of a tarantula named Roku that she had been raising but still some part of her wondered if it was her fault, a speculation quickly shot down upon asking her mother, the woman doing her best to assure her that she was not to blame.
More time passed and without her knowledge, Kureha was enrolled into the shinobi academy. Part of her was upset and frustrated but largely she was actually happy to get away from the tense atmosphere at home. At first she struggled but soon enough began catching up with her classmates, the talent she showed astounding both her teachers and herself. She even found herself having fun with her classes, as well soon beginning to feel that just maybe she was meant to become a shinobi, finding within herself a drive to do her part for the village's sake.
And so it was that she became a Genin, training herself in Genjutsu and weaponry as she left her parents' home and moved in with her aunt on her mother's side, the woman herself being a shinobi and being more than open to answering her niece's plight... a bit suspiciously eager, not that Kureha would notice, at least not yet.
Two years have passed and Kureha eventually realized the full truth, that her family's love and trust was lost and was never coming back. However while sad she had come to the realization she had a new family in a friend she had made, Ibakuro Aiya. She had even learned that if she wanted to... the two could become a family for real, the Ibakuro being a special clan that readily accepted new members throughout the village in part due to their small size. For the last couple years she had thought long and hard, eventually coming to the decision that she would like to become an Ibakuro herself. She passed all the mental screenings and evaluations and then undertook an operation to receive the dna of the clan's progenitor, Ibakuro Yosuke. The operation proceeded smoothly and with that a new chapter of her life had begun... Ibakuro Kureha was born.
