Physical Features: Takeshi is an athletic young man with a well defined physique. His hair is long and silky, a deep brown that often appears black in color and typically tied into a ponytail while still allowing his long bangs to frame the side of his face down to his chest. His skin is fairly pale, his hands displaying the callouses of his tireless training and his jawline strong and determined. His most notable feature of course are his eyes; pupil less, they are entirely white with only a slight lavender hue. Also of note is the teal curse mark pattern across his forehead, the caged bird curse seal marking him as a member of a branch family of the Hyuuga.
Clothing/Accessories: Takeshi wears a wide variety of clothing, ranging from more traditional clothing such as Kimono and haori to more modern shirts and pants or even suits imported from the Heart Empire. He often favors darker tones, black, blue and purple, though occasionally he will wear neutral tones, particularly in more casual settings. However he seldom wears anything that could be described as bright or flashy.

Personality: Takeshi is a noble young man, he believes in respecting justice and law but strives to make changes from within. He doesn’t turn a blind eye to wrongdoing and will readily help those in need or stand up for those perceived as weak and unable to defend themselves. Bullying and discrimination are some of the fastest ways to earn his ire and he is not above using violence for good reasons though he will always attempt to talk a situation down when it is viable. In combat however, he knows when to act decisively and will fight with everything he has and not easily give up.
Perhaps the most important thing to Takeshi is family, most notably his twin sister Kaori, and despite his noble views, he is willing to do anything he needs to do in order to protect her or others that get similarly close to him. Though he is not easily visibly angered the young man has strong convictions and is therefore incredibly stubborn once he sets his mind to something. Easily adaptable, Takeshi excels both in working with others and acting alone though his protective nature sometimes causes him to put himself in harm's way unnecessarily. Takeshi is incredibly patriotic and holds a strong resentment towards Kirigakure shinobi and to a lesser extent Iwagakure shinobi and has significantly less patience and understanding in the company of such people or those who would act sympathetically toward any perceived enemy of the leaf village.
Recently Takeshi has been struggling with feelings of isolation and growing resentment. Since coming into the possession of the legendary sword; Anger he feels disconnected from many of his peers. He despises those that pretend like the war never happened and more so those who would easily forgive their enemies. But even within their own leadership, he found it difficult to support his own father or elder brother, knowing they each led to the vulnerability of Konoha by collaborating with the former Daimyo and contributing toward the conquest of distant and foreign lands. Nonetheless, Takeshi does his best to bury these feelings and focus on his own strength and what he is able to contribute to the strength and security of Konoha.

Lower Back:
This Tantō has a blade that is 14" long and a hilt that is 5" long. The metal itself is steel and usually is wrapped in any color wrap that the user desires. Inscribed on the hilt is a fuuinjutsu that summons the hilt back to the user's hand at a speed of 20. It can be summoned back up to 15m.
Anbu Uniform:
The Anbu mask is a quintessential trademark of the black ops organization. Although not all masks look the same, they all act the same. They have a standard white base with any kind of design that is suited to either match your character or simply something your character could like. The mask itself has the base 10 strength and carries a specialty fuuin on the top that allows the wearers of the masks to utilize different capabilities with the eye sockets. The mask can be activated to see forward as if it were binoculars, this can go up to 30 meters in distance. The mask can also activate Chakra Vision, where it can focus on living beings with chakra. This visual effect goes up to 30m as well.

The armor of the Anbu Covers mostly the entire body. Underneath the legs of the armor are a minor chainmail, this and the entire body is covered in black ninja pants and a black long sleeve shirt that really only exposes the shoulders. There is a chest piece over the middle, armor that goes up the arms, and knuckles are covered in an armor as well for extra protection. All of this armor has 20 strength except for the chest piece which has 30 Strength.
A small ear piece that has a fuuinjutsu engraved on the inside. On one side, the com-link goes into the ear. The other side there is a smooth dark piece that stays covert within the ear. This allows communication with anyone else who carriers this com-link as well.

By performing the necessary hand seals, the user will then touch their target’s ear and on the lips, this creates an audio link between themselves and any targets they personally place this seal combination on. While hearing is always active, channeling chakra into the seal allows affected targets to speak, their words being stored and transmitted to the other seals. Anger is a rather simple-looking sword approximately 3 feet in length, with a single-bladed edge, and a hilt that appears to vary in size to fit the user’s hand perfectly. Unlike the other Great Evils, Anger in this form cannot be controlled, though has a strength equal to the weapon stat. However, by running their free hand along the blade, the blade will split into 1,000 tiny blades that fill a 2x2x2m area. The blades can be controlled like a swarm, and the user is granted an 'Anger' weapon stat which functions as the “swarm's” synch stat.
Ignorance
“Ignorance is Bliss”
A ring worn by the user, Ignorance is considered to the greatest of the Evils. Once per post, by focusing chakra into Ignorance, the user can simply hold their hand up. Any non-living (i.e. excluding humans, spirits, and pets) entity within direct alignment of their hand, up to 10 m away from it, will lose momentum. The amount of speed lost is equal to the 'Ignorance' weapon stat.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their ability to translate force (-3 Strength). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

These bursts of wind can cover up to a 5-meter-wide area and propel both the user and the target outward for up to 10 meters.

Activating this supplementary technique will cause winds to rise up from the selected location, covering an area of up to 30x30x30 meters in [Control] Strength and [Control] Speed winds. These winds contain no cutting properties but can still be quite dangerous and difficult to traverse through, sending anything soaring high into the sky unless they are anchored with a Strength greater than the technique. The winds can persist for up to 4 posts.

A hit from this vortex packs a large push back force, though the person can avoid being pushed back with more than [Control] Strength. Control of this Jutsu fades after two posts and spans an area 3m wide and up to 25m in length. Direct hits result in long, deep [Control] Strength cuts on the victim's body, covering the whole radius of the techniques point of contact.

This cone of wind both cuts and pushes away with [Control] strength. This blast goes out for a maximum of 25m and can be held for a maximum of 2 posts and moved side to side to cover a large area so long as the user remains stationary.

Once the user has performed the required hand seals, it is recommended that they take a deep breath. This is because their fuuton chakra will visibly surge outward to cover an area of 65m in all directions around their person. While this does not create a vaccuum or remove all the air, it does push specifically all of the oxygen out of the area and keeps it that way for 4 posts, though the duration can be extended if the final hand seal is held. Note that extending the duration will incur additional chakra costs. This technique causes all who remain within this area to lose 5 Endurance per post that they do not escape it. If they reach 0 Endurance, they will black out. The Endurance regenerates at a rate of 5 per post that they are outside of this technique's effect.

In addition, it allows Takeshi to soar through the air, controlling his direction at will or conversely as he typically opts to do he can rely more on the Fuuton focused around his feet, running, jumping or even rolling across the sky as if he were on solid ground, remaining in full control of his movements. This jutsu can last for a maximum of 7 posts, allowing the user to move at a speed equal to his control to a maximum of his Speed stat.

Channelling chakra into his hand or around an existing projectile, Takeshi will focus Fuuton natured chakra, creating a 1-meter wide Fuuma shuriken that rotates around a central rasengan-like sphere. He can then throw or otherwise launch this Fuuton shuriken up to a distance of 160 meters. At any point along its travel Takeshi can then form a single-handed seal, causing the Rasenshuriken to rapidly expand at a speed of [Control], spreading cutting winds with [Control] Strength over up to an 80-meter radius, utterly decimating everything in the vicinity, cutting everything in the designated area into oblivion so that not a single trace remains. These cutting winds will persist for 2 full posts before dissipating.

The maximum range of this technique is 15 meters.

By channeling chakra to the tip of his finger the user is able to increase the potency of its flame up to [Control] strength, primarily allowing them to seal and cleanse wounds through the use of fire. Wounds sealed in this manner cannot be any wider than half an inch and only superficial wounds will be mended completely as anything deeper than an inch will be unaffected. When used on flesh the flames will not spread, though this technique can be used to ignite flammable materials or burn through metal surfaces.

After forming a brief set of hand seals the user will focus chakra to their hand, firing off a 1 meter long plume of of fire that travels at a speed of [Control]. This plume of fire will travel up to 15 meters before condensing into a 0.5 meter diameter fireball where it will linger in place for up to 4 posts. This fire does impact and burn at [Control] strength should it impact something, however it forgoes the spreading nature, instead burning in place until it exhausts its chakra. The light produced from this flare is noticeable from a great distance though not enough to blind anyone, simply illuminating a 15-meter radius area in a soft red glow.

Channeling Katon chakra into a metal surface, typically a weapon or piece of armor a thin aura of flame will form along the ridge of the item. The maximum distance the fire can travel is 15 meters.

To the opponent, the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, making it difficult to notice the hidden threat within the flames. Even if the flames are put out, the projectiles can still converge on the target. The flames can travel up to 30 meters.

This will cause their body to suffer extensive damage to its musculature, reducing strength and speed both by 3 until medical assistance is received.

After chanelling chakra throughout their tenketsu, the user will begin to spin rapidly on the spot. This technique can last for a total of 3 posts, even after the user stops spinning the sphere of ash can expand to a maximum distance of 30 meters radius around the user, leaving a 3 meter diameter space around the user untouched.

A Rank Ninjutsu
By channeling a small amount of chakra to the Hyuuga's Byakugan, the clan member uses their doujutsu to zoom in like a telescope, allowing them to see much farther away. In doing so, the Hyuuga member is able to see up to 2 Kilometers away as though they were mere feet away. It should be noted that while using their telescopic vision the Hyuuga experiences tunnel vision, making it difficult to see their surroundings. This jutsu can be maintained as long as the Hyuuga channels chakra to their eyes.

After channeling chakra into their body, the user enhances their movement to attack or retreat suddenly, the ninja almost instantly moves up to 65 meters on the ground in a single straight direction. While doing this, the ninja cannot move through anything or anyone, nor can they supplement it with an attack of any kind. After the quick movement has stopped, there is a brief pause where the user must recover from the movement. Even though it's not a full teleportation, this jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportation’s a character can use in a single thread.

After performing the necessary handseals or channelling chakra throughout their body, the user will coat themselves in a layer of chakra. This chakra will specifically distort light around the user, making the user undetectable from sight. The user can move at their full speed without disrupting this invisibility, even coating their weapons in the camouflage, however, should any of their possessions travel more than 5 meters from them the invisibility around the objects will fail. This active camouflage will persist for a duration of 7 posts.
[Ninjutsu • Rasengan]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Considered an advanced form of shape manipulation, the Rasengan relies on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The shinobi channels chakra into a contained, fast, and rotating sphere in the palm of their hand. Upon contact the sphere will repeatedly drill into the target with [Control] Strength. By releasing the technique, the user can cause the dense sphere to unravel and send whatever it is impacting flying backward in a spiral motion, expanding to affect everything within a 15-meter radius in a single direction away from the user with [Control] Strength and Speed. The Rasengan must stay in the user's hand, otherwise it will dissipate.

After the quick movement has stopped, there is a brief pause where the user must recover from the movement. Even though it's not a full teleportation, this jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportation’s a character can use in a single thread.

After performing the necessary handseals or channelling chakra throughout their body, the user will coat themselves in a layer of chakra. This chakra will specifically distort light around the user, making the user undetectable from sight. The user can move at their full speed without disrupting this invisibility, even coating their weapons in the camouflage, however, should any of their possessions travel more than 5 meters from them the invisibility around the objects will fail. This active camouflage will persist for a duration of 7 posts.

A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Considered an advanced form of shape manipulation, the Rasengan relies on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The shinobi channels chakra into a contained, fast, and rotating sphere in the palm of their hand. Upon contact the sphere will repeatedly drill into the target with [Control] Strength. By releasing the technique, the user can cause the dense sphere to unravel and send whatever it is impacting flying backward in a spiral motion, expanding to affect everything within a 15-meter radius in a single direction away from the user with [Control] Strength and Speed. The Rasengan must stay in the user's hand, otherwise it will dissipate.

The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own, be given complex commands, caught in genjutsu, and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for Chakra Pool, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

Takeshi was born the same year his father was inaugurated as the 17th Hokage of Konoha. The boy’s mother Hyuuga Aina was a powerful Bannin with an unfavorable reputation among her clan, not the least of which because she married a man outside of the clan. If it was anyone other than someone as powerful as the leader of the village it was likely the clan would go as far as to force Aina to abort her pregnancy. As it happened, she was pregnant with twins, and it was unclear if either of the children would inherit the famed doujutsu of the Hyuuga clan. As it turned out, only Takeshi who was born 4 minutes before his sister, inherited the bloodline of the Byakugan and thus was allowed to be named a Hyuuga under the condition the clan was able to supervise his training directly. His sister on the other hand took on the last name of their father; Natsuki.
Growing up Takeshi hardly noticed anything unusual about the family dynamic. He had an older adopted sister that was a Hyuuga as well as his mother and Kaori had both her father and an older half-brother that had blue eyes like her. It simply seemed completely normal to have such split traits among the family. Even as toddlers the twins were inseparable and very rambunctious, each of them eager to explore, simulate training they witnessed from their parents and older siblings and in general find ways to be active.
It wasn’t until the age of 6 when the twins entered the academy that they realized they had different last names and as such were treated much differently by their peers who always seemed to have a hard time believing they were siblings let alone twins. It was around this time that the Hyuuga clan began requiring twice-weekly lessons of him, teaching him to honor the clan history and begin to learn their styles. His sister, Kaori however was forbidden from entering the clan training halls or taking part in the lessons. This angered Takeshi greatly, not understanding why she shouldn’t be able to learn her family’s history as well simply because she looked a little different. Nonetheless, he swallowed his pride and after talking to his mother about his feelings vowed to change the clan himself while making sure to stand up for his sister around any of his Hyuuga cousins, refusing to let them treat her different than them.
While he didn’t go as far as to try to teach his sister Jyuuken he did make sure she knew their history and traditions. Even as his choice in clothing began to change and as he grew his hair longer as was custom in the clan, he always kept his heart noble and rooted, never forgoing his sister or allowing him to grow apart from her. He also began training with his older sister Hanako and growing closer to Yozei as well given his brother's own family issues given his royal lineage. In time, in order to honor the Natsuki portion of his family he too began going on hunting trips with his father and grandfather, picking up on some archery use and taking a liking to the bow. While he didn’t have Katon or Doton affinities like all of the existing Natsuki shinobi he could at least be a hunter like them.
As the boy grew older, he discovered his affinity for Fuuton and trained more under his father when he was able to see him, learning to blend the style with his archery and Hyuuga techniques. During these academy years the world was thrust into war and Takeshi felt near-constant worry for his parents and older siblings, at least one of which was off on deployment at any given time. Nonetheless, he persevered and focused on his training as well as Kaori, the two keeping each other’s spirits up throughout the ordeal. At the age of 11 he awakened his Byakugan and choose to model himself after elder Asano, the only Hyuuga to ever become Hokage and a man whose convictions resolved firmly around justice and order. It was a surprising choice to some but not an uncommon one, though in Takeshi’s mind his idea of justice meant a greater sense of fairness for one to treat out of clan relationships equally and with respect while still being firm with criminals and upholding certain traditions. Ultimately the young man displayed solid fundamentals in ninjutsu and chakra control and a growing prowess for taijutsu. Given the many excellent shinobi in his life let alone his immediate family it was no surprise that he graduated the academy at the age of 12 alongside his sister just a few months before Kiri shinobi killed his Grandfather Natsuki Isumu, the man dying to protect the twins while they were out on a camping trip when Kiri invaded. This heroic action left an imprint of great sorrow but also motivation to become stronger as well as a lingering resentment against shinobi of the mist. Shortly after Takeshi was approached and asked to join Anbu's ROOT training program, which he accepted without hesitation.
There, he was placed on a squad with Senju Noeru and Ibakuro Aiya, and under the instruction of the Anbu commander; Aizawa Yoru, he quickly excelled. Though he resented Yoru, for his former status as a missing nin and for his claim of a Byakguan, Takeshi studied under him. In fact, after marrying his adopted sister Hanako, the Anbu commander was considered family, though Takeshi never trusted him. His teammates however he gained a deep respect for and grew quickly in order to hold his own with them and prove his value to the squad. Each were 2 years his elder and easily advanced Chunin level but within a matter of months he had made great strides in closing the gap, even as they continued to progress as well. And by the end of the year Takeshi was easily on par with most Chunin, though he held himself back from taking the exams, having promised to be tested alongside his twin sister Kaori. Placed on a separate team with her he struggled with the duality of hiding his true strength and finding himself only truly challenged when training among Anbu members. Having fought and claimed the legendary weapon; Anger only served to further drive him toward power as well as fuel his resentment, toward his father for his failings during the war, towards Yoru for his betrayal of the village, and even towards others his age for their weakness and lack of motivation even after the war. Now, he continues to feel more isolated within the village and disconnected from his comrades, failing to connect with even his anbu squad beyond his drive to surpass them.
