Description of the Organization: S.O.F is the main military organization that specializes in creating plot around the world, they do what other countries don't want affiliations with. Gather information, extortion, assassinations, etc. The main goals are simple, to gather information and steer the pawns of war, to have an active hand around the skirmishes around the world, and to grow in power until the day no one can act without the help of S.O.F! They also raise ninjas and teach Samurai the arts of Ninjutsu (If one has enrolled in the Garden)

Paired with a large hoodie covering the entire head to both hide the identity of the wearer and shield them from the elements. Its single-button style across the right shoulder, allows the user to quickly open it up and remove it with haste and ease. Name of location: Hitogakure no Sato (Libertalis)Location of Outpost: Southwestern savannah part of Jiyu no Shuken, inside of Libertalis.
Intent of Outpost: Literally, "Village hidden by the people" as it's technically visible but completely restricted to access to the regular citizens, thus being obscured and "hidden" by the surrounding people. The village is only accessible to those that have clearance to pass, which is the most promising, loyal, or other highly valuable qualifiers are allowed, Seeing as an absolute necessity to keep certain high-valued information, equipment, or individuals safe. This section is located and walled off by being built lower altitude but with massive walls, due to the dugout, it allows for parts of the river to be turned into a free-flowing waterfall of the natural rivers and allows them access to aqueducts and water irrigation systems. The walls are constantly patrolled and observed for anyone flying above the restricted zone, and will be shot down if they are unidentified, essentially making the village a "no-fly zone"

The mercenaries of Crescent Coalition have loaded their aqueduct system with poisonous Tsukiton that causes anyone who breathes in the air around Libertalis to experience intense auditory hallucinations, the poison seeps out from all of the drain wells located around the capital, and these hallucinations makes hearing anything is nearly impossible for 7 posts, they can escape the effect via Iijutsu or having 40 endurance. They have to either spend a week in Libertalis or get cured by an IIjutsu specialist to avoid this effect. This poison is scentless and doesn't give off any visual cues unless the enemy has [A-Rank] Perception that allows them to see that something is moving out of the wells.

Name of location: Kokuten - BlackpointLocation of Outpost: Little light reaches Blackpoint only torches lanterns and bioluminescent vegetation and animals gives some sight which is no surprise as it's hidden deep within a cavern system in the Fabled Ravine
Intent of Outpost: Primarily designed as a covert training facility where soldiers train to become a killing machine, appearing bi it also acts as an area from where soldiers can be deployed at any moment should an invasion occur. However, Blackpoint is an intelligently designed miniature military built on top of old ruins from years gone. After designing new and reinforcing old intact buildings and structures and of course, building new ones when necessary which means they have everything needed in order to function as such. Training areas, mess halls sleeping areas it has everything even an extremely protected prison area for high-value targets that need to be held in top-secret areas.

Once this defensive jutsu is activated it will flood the endless tunnels in Blackpoint and cause the walls to close in at 50 Strenght and Speed, crushing anyone within the mazelike entrance, there are secret nooks and crannies where most Blackpoint agents can hide while the walls close in, entombing them. Those within the outpost are spared from this crushing ordeals
