Akira is wholly mechanical aside from his protected core/preservation device within his chest which is in actuality his true self and the only remains of humanity left, containing what little organics required to keep living and as such he can change appearance at will.
The man's current appearance and main body is that of his puppet Umarekodai and still yet appears rather salvaged together despite how whole it has gotten; Overall he appears to look like a strange ninja doll made of wood and metal with a blank face with a slit running across where one's eye should be, followed by a smaller slit down the middle of that one that gives an overall appearance of the beginnings of manga outlines for starting a face drawing but with a masked shinobi kind of style.
His chest is blocky, yet round and slanted like the misshapen torso of a very thick and bulky mannequin with a powerful thick, bulky right arm with a proper but powerful hand and an extra-long and twisted left arm that seems to form more of a three pointed claw could almost reach the floor when fully extended.
Both legs appear normal enough but the left looks more like plated armour whilst the right is more wooden and like a sportsman wearing a thick shin guard.
Clothing/Accessories:
Akira tends to wear a simple black, large, raggedy cloak over the top to hide what he really looks like but easily forgoes it if it were to get in the way, otherwise his puppet body suffices.

Akira is a bit of a thoughtful person and general avid thinker and ponderer, often getting absorbed into things and lost in ideas especially his research which these days can involve truly figuring out the past and everything he has missed.
He is willing to help others and work with others but can forget others' needs and wants, often getting too focused on things and what he requires but with multiple reminders can be steered back onto the path of said others or even just other things.
As such the man can be difficult to deal with and can be seen as very self-absorbed or too perfectionist with many things, though with patience one can see the charm of a great elder being full of many quirks.
In his current state the ancient human puppet is truly mute and has to find other ways to communicate, including sign language and through script which can further the difficulty with understanding his intentions and having the required patience to work with him whilst creating a mysterious air about him.
However he is also working on recovering his voice along with many of his lost and forgotten skills that seem to linger deep within his figurative mind.
Akira hate belittlement and people being put in their place in general, liking to see people shine and minds spark and yet in a semi-contradictory fashion this is doubly so for himself as he yet still likes to shine and be free to a world of greatness but tries reign things in when made aware of it as he hopes not to shine above others but among others.
Similarly he has gained a distaste to hyper vigilant justice, especially that what had formed in Sunagakure that bared down on its citizens with the fear of god and unrestrained control.
However the man still prefers a semblance of order and gets antsy over ideas of total chaos, believing in methodological action and just praise to those deserving with wholly punitive practices seen as distasteful as he hopes everyone can work towards betterment.
That being said he is not necessarily a slow and unmoving type person and will flow with the changes around him, shifting gears in his thinking to understand a situation or others especially with everything he has to learn from the past 100 missing years.
Though at times gears can be jammed due to his habit of getting lost in thoughts and absorbed in his own ideas, as such it may take a moment to pull him out of such a scenario and get the gears going again. - Hopes/Dreams:
Grow as a being in both mind and body; become a perfect, shining puppet capable of anything and with the knowledge of all. - Fears:
Losing his way and never being able to regain himself, filling him with dread and anxiety but pushes himself to go beyond them and try and understand and learn different angles to combat them.
Death itself, especially an unspectacular one where he has never learned enough or done enough. - Combat Mentality:
Cautious and methodological actions that direct the flow of battle, assuming he must get into a true battle and not avoid it or defeat foes before they even know they are to fight.
Opponents must never know his true self and as such, when he can, he relies on strategies using puppets and other weapons beyond the reach of his main body but will get up close and personal when required.

- Sword Shift [L. Arm]: The left forearm can shift and transform into a kind of twisted looking blade, with the edges becoming sharp and the claw-like fingers twisting together into the end. Essentially the arm becomes a 80cm long sword blade with the rest of the arm maintaining the average human arm length due to already being so elongated. This occurs at 10 speed.
Subject 1 - Tawakamekodai:In its dormant state Tawakamekodai appears like a large, towering, domed shield that spans out with a 2m circumference with the underneath appearing flat with mechanisms that allow it to attach to other things (namely puppets) and essentially be worn and carried.
In its active state Tawakamekodai decompresses and forms into something akin to a giant alligator snapping turtle, though much more stylistically and potential: Four mechanical, clawed legs, a head and tail emerge from the shell along with any in use weaponry with the shell becoming dangerously spiked and bladed.
This body is made of a 12 strength frame.
Mechanisms:

- Drill Spike [Back]: An 80cm long, 10 strength, cone-like spike with a 30cm base can protrude from the middle of the back at 10 speed not unlike the tip of a lance. This spike can start spinning at 10 speed and becomes serrated all along it, turning into a dangerous drilling weapon.
- Blade Edge [Shell]: The edge of the turtle shell is made of a thick 10cm, 10 strength blade all along the perimeter.
- Corded Mace [Tail]: The end of the tail is like a large, spiked ball mace which is 60cm in diameter and has 10 strength. The tail is normally 1m in length but can also extend out like a long cord up to 3m long at 10 speed.

Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

As this chakra is channeled into the body, the poison is extracted and contained in a green orb of chakra in the user's palm at [Control] Speed. Once extracted, the liquid poison will be suspended in the containment orb. Their chakra then mutates the poison at [Control] speed and rearranges it into an antidote. This antidote is effective on C-rank or lower poisons and induces immunity to the specific poison the patient was ailed with for 7 posts.

Once the vein has been opened, the user will begin to channel chakra into the donor and the patient at [Control] Speed. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without repercussions such as fainting, loss of sensation, anemia, and death. In the event a donor is not available, the user may act as the donor. This also acts to allow the donor and patient to be a synthetic match so as to not send the patient into shock. This technique does not transfer KKG permanent or otherwise to the patient.

This will create a barrier with [Control] strength that will encircle the escribed seals, creating a shape based on how many seals there are, with each seal being a vertex for the planes that connect to it. This allows users to create barriers that go around specific obstacles or have specific shapes.

A truly unique move in that it can be used alongside other Fuuinjutsu, by channeling into their finger as they draw in the air directly in front of them, the user releases raw chakra the lingers for a small amount of time, allowing it to be used as a seal formula. Alternatively the user can also do hand seals and place their hands forward, causing a seal to burst to life in the air in front of them. Flawless Aim:This style of combat is favoured by shinobi preferring to use projectiles, often serving as a staple for ranged taijutsu users. Focusing on the synergy between their hands and senses, they strive to make their lethal skills reach as far as possible with absolute precision.

Toryu:Toryu, a style of Kenjutsu founded in the Land of Pebbles, melds traditional kenjutsu swordplay with subversive feints and sudden bursts of close-quarters combat, two unyielding hills crashing together to form a mountain. Toryu typically favors the use of the blade with one hand, utilizing the freedom of movement to use one's hands, joints, legs, head, and even the hilt and handle of the sword to make an already deadly style more unpredictable and more lethal. Ignorantly considered a very "unrefined" style by most practitioners of the sword, Toryu is actually one of the most difficult styles of Kenjutsu to learn and master. The very basic premise of the style revolves around the firm control and manipulation of one's own movements and body, some techniques requiring execution while using another attack as a feint or misdirection while not sacrificing strength. The style has no weapon requirements outside of a sword, but many users often prefer kodachi, wakizashi, ninjato, or even tanto, the reduced size and weight of the blades having fewer blind spots and making the user's weapon more mobile.

A practitioner of Toryu is capable of attacking with every part of their body, even their heads. This Discipline represents the practitioner's capacity and experience with executing palm strikes, heel strikes, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and headbutts/skull bashes just as effectively as regular punches, kicks, and sword strikes. This Discipline allows the practitioner to consistently execute these kinds of attacks while minimizing or eliminating openings in their defenses or shock/damage they would experience while using these kinds of strikes.

Designed as a counterattack but also a potent attack by itself, the practitioner will first wait to block or parry an opponent's attack with their weapon. Then, the practitioner will quickly counter with a swift knee strike to the opponent's stomach or diaphragm to stun them or cause them to stagger by winding them, followed by a quick slash or stab to their chest or stomach. The practitioner may choose to use this as an attack instead by immediately leading off with the knee strike if they so wish. Opponents with equal or higher Endurance than the practitioner's Strength can resist being winded.

Those who learn this discipline will be able to account for any wounds that present with physical symptoms on a patient.

When wielding weapons, they’ve personally crafted, this crafter’s weapons are able to remain intact even when they receive two strikes that would exceed the normal structural integrity and break them but will break if they continue to be used. For example, if they have a sword with 30 strength that blocks two 40 strength strikes, it will not shatter, and would suffer growing structural damage to the weapon but if they used it to block another (third) strike it would immediately shatter. This allows the crafter to avoid losing weapons.

Born long ago recent warring activities broke the seals that bound him and set the ancient man loose upon the world, where he bid his time and slowly reforged himself anew as Kodai Akira.
However to truly understand who this Kodai Akira is one must look back over a hundred years in the past where it all began with a boy called Kakashi...
Kakashi was born in an ever growing large family with 2 elder siblings and soon to be a further 2 younger siblings, among others such as parents and many uncles, aunties and grandparents.
As a young kid he really looked up to his elders and pushed to be great like his older brother and sister, which only became stronger as his two younger sisters were born and drew more and more attention away whilst his eldest continued to shine as a star.
Thus Kakashi knew he had to prove himself and pull out of the forgotten middle child syndrome, pushing for great knowledge and to become a strong shinobi.
However the old Akira couldn't quite master any affinities and focused on arcane ninpou with a strong focus on Iijutsu and Kugutsu which was something his mother also learned, as such she did help steer him in said direction when she did have time for him but also studied some Fuuinjutsu along the way.
Even this seemed paltry to the shining overachiever of his elder brother and even his elder sister who also pushed herself and weaponised Fuuton like no other he had seen before, plus other students mocked him still for not even touching the elements and his younger siblings still got doted on more than he ever could.
Unable to push into the light Kakashi almost burned out but was taken in by a mentor who showed him the ways of knowledge and how Sunagakure needed to grow and advance, as such he was lead down this path of research and helped advance the abilities of Iijutsu to a new level for his village and even ventured into his own knowledge of the ways of Kugutsu and together they brought him to the marvel of human puppetry.
With his knowledge diving he found others like himself and began growing as a group mainly focused on research, particular that related to human puppetry but also ninpou as a whole, pushing everything they could to its limits.
Some of their research was very sceptical to some, though at the time had no real push back as it seemed normal to dive into such research for the sake of one's village so that it could be strong in times of war.
This was most of Kakashi's life when he started to get sick, presumably due to stressing himself with mass amounts of overwork, still dreaming of surpassing his siblings and becoming the true shining star. As such he began to push his research even further and use himself in his group's experiments, which wasn't truly an unknown thing to do even if some found displeasure in such things.
Eventually Kakashi was preparing go beyond humanity and turn himself fully into a human puppet with the help of his team, though at the time there were some whispers that they hoped were not true of a possible crazed heretic who used body modifications for evil doings.
Nonetheless preparations where prepared when such whispers turned out to be true as the heretic rogue ninja Habimori, Manza appeared before the 8th Kazekage and killed them, releasing a sealed genma back upon the world and condemning body modifications for all.
There were many weary of such modifications and even more sceptical of those willing to go as far as Kakashi and become nothing like a human at all, as such there was a massive outcry following the Kazekage's death and to calm the masses there was a massive crackdown on body mods with great legislations swiftly sweeping the village and in particular those going as far as becoming anything like a human puppet were declared heretics and abominations and such an act was blasphemy in of itself.
However Kakashi couldn't turn back now and his team worked in secrecy to finish their job with strategies put in place to avoid the crackdown, though as they were completing the process their time ran out and they had to complete the preservation device on the run and enacted the last remaining strategy and sealed Kakashi away in hiding and fled with more than half being captured for conspiring against Sunagakure.
Unfortunately the device was never found or recovered until 100 years later when circumstances aligned during a 5 year war, which broke the ancient seal and released the core and awoke the consciousness within.
The remains of a man were utterly confused and did what little he remembered and pulled together bits and bobs to move and escape.
In utter confusion the man made his way out in his makeshift puppet and learned small tidbits here and there that made it clear he had been hidden away more than a few days or maybe even years, as such he ventured away from the village amongst much chaos and found himself a secluded area to recover.
As the war went on and finally ended with everyone recovering, so too did the man begin to recover and build himself up as he tried to learn of the missing 100 years in his secluded hut, taking aid from nearby villagers thanks to a curious youth that ended up visiting him and supplying him parts.
However everything was a toll and he had lost much of his knowledge, even his ability to speak, or at least it was locked away along with his now dulled skills but after a time he had more or less built up a proper working body even if it was still rather makeshift and now was the time to venture out and truly regain himself as his new identity; Kodai, Akira.
Since meeting Enzaragi and being accepted into the Sovereignty of Freedom, as one might call it, and thus into Hitogakure no Sato and the illustrious Sky Reach academy Akira had begun to fully reintegrate himself back into the new society of the future times.
Welcoming the chance to start fresh the ancient puppet bodied being accepted his new station as a genin with as much grace a lost, old fool could muster providing an opportunity to work on himself anew and learn the new ways.
Freshly accepted as a student despite his age, Akira finally started to make quick progress in repairing not only his body and puppets but recalling his faded knowledge and mental capabilities; his speech began to improve, along with a plethora of old abilities and jutsu as he rose as a talented student.
This progress only pushed the man's resolve to further himself as he looked to advance back up in the shinobi ranks as well, becoming confident he could soon become a chuunin once more.
