[list][*][i]Face/head:[/i] Kazushige's face is remarkably normal aside from the various red markings along it, including a swirl in the middle of his forehead and several small red marks along his eyebrows and cheeks. His eyes are a striking shade of yellow.
[*][i]Body:[/i] Kazu's pale white skin is a testament to both the dreary atmosphere of his village and his penchant for indoor activities and studies, his skin having seen very little of the sun. His stomach and shoulders bear red swirly patterns similar to the marks on his face, and his body shows lean muscle growth for a child of his age.
[*][i]Notable Features:[/i]Being a member of the Tsukino Family, Kazushige has fused with one of the spiritual foxes of the Family. This has lead to him adopting many features of the Fox, including orange tinted ears, white fur over the shoulderblades, and a large fluffy tail. The tail is about 1 meter long when fully outstretched, prehensile, and orange in color with a white tip.[/list]
[b]Clothing/Accessories:[/b] Kazushige wears very formal japanese clothing, as is customary for the Tsukino clan, though there are alterations made for his own personal style. This includes typical black Hakama-style pants kept in place with a black and red Obi. The Obi has a sash that hangs down in front of his body, while the rest wraps around his body like a sort of skirt, held in place with a thin rope. He also wears black evening gloves that stretch up to his biceps, and a tight fitting black top that exposes his stomach. Over this he may wear a flowery Haori to cover himself, and he typically has shear silken ribbons that trail off of his clothing behind him as he moves with grace. [b]Personality:[/b]
[list][*][i]General:[/i] Most who see Kazushige in passing would think the boy to be a kind, sweet soul. He's constantly seen smiling, as if it's his default appearance, and he speaks with a calm, soothing voice. He carries himself with pride, but doesn't aim to look down his nose at anyone. On the surface, Kazu is nothing more than a good person who wants to see everyone be at their best. But of course, this is only a facade that the boy has become a master of maintaining.
Beneath the surface, in his heart of hearts, Kazushige is a vicious, cruel, manipulative child. Very much a "wolf in sheep's clothing", Kazu is type to slice you open with a scalpel, maintaining that same kind smile all the while, your cries of pain doing nothing to give him pause. This isn't to say he isn't capable of friendship or camraderie, It's just not at the forefront of his mind. In spite of this mean streak of his, Kazu's loyalty to Kirigakure can't be questioned, as he would happily sacrifice all for the sake of his home. Of course, he'd much rather sacrifice someone else for his home, and is delighted to spill blood and gore in the name of Kirigakure.

Most of his resources have been devoted to the use of chakra, especially the use of mist techniques in tandem with his Tsukino traits to blind his opponents while he remains unaffected. He's also a capable medic, patching wounds for his allies and debilitating opponents with offensive Iijutsu techniques. But above his skills in a fight, his ability to think tactically and avoid unnecessary exertion benefits him most of all, as he avoids picking fights he can't win.[/list]

[spoiler=Kirigakure Standard Issue Kunai]
The standard issue kunai in Kirigakure differ slightly from most kunai, and instead have a curved face with an extended point coming out of the bottom of the kunai. This makes deflecting and redirecting blows easier when striking against other kunai, and allows for deeper wounds). Kazushige has 20 of these Kunai in his ninja pouch.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Return Kunai]
A modified version of the standard issue kunai, this kunai has the same shape and design as the standard issue kunai. However, when thrown, the kunai has an embedded effect that causes it to activate automatically after traveling 30m. Once the effect activates, the kunai will rotate in air and return directly on the path it was thrown, often allowing it to catch opponents off guard. Kazushige has 5 of these in his ninja pouch.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Fox's Spit]
This neon pink liquid is one of Kazushige's most effective disabling formulas, this contact poison causes the immediate feeling of numbness through the location of contact as the onset takes effect. A post later, the poison will begin to eat into the muscular tissue of the target's body, causing a great amount of pain as their strength withers away. For the next three posts, the target will lose -3 strength, to a maximum of -9 strength on the third post. This drain will fade in 3 more posts on it's own, as the body processes the toxins out of the body, returning their strength to them in full.
Kazushige carries five doses of this poison on his person; three in small metal airtight tubes in his ninja pouch for the express purpose of drinking, and two in syringes kept in his ninja pouch for quick administration.[/spoiler]

[table=2, Abilities][b]First Ability - Kitsune no Kao[/b][c]After merging with a fox, a Tsukino inherits many of the fox’s own physical features and potential. This takes the form of a small amount of the fox's features, namely a pair of fox-like ears and fox-like tails which multiply as their own powers grow (3 tails at Chuunin, 5 at Jounin, 9 at Bannin or Kage).
The main ability of these foxes however are their extrasensory systems. A Tsukino’s ears are laced with vibration sensitive fur that forms the basis of a network of sensory paths in their brain, allowing them to feel nearby vibration as a form of sonar-sight. This works only in a small space around them but is greatly enhanced by nearby water as the liquid vibrations carry cleanly to their ears, allowing them to hear disturbances to water especially well. Even masses of vapor such as mist transmit such vibrations well.
Without adequate water a Tsukino’s sense extends around them for (Stat Total/10) meters and can form rudimentary shapes and images in that radius but no further. Vibrations caused by water being interacted with, or vibrations traveling through water, can project much further and more clearly, up to (Stat total/5) meters out.
This advantage comes with it's own downside. Much as a normal person can be blinded with intense light a Tsukino’s sense can be temporarily shorted out by intense noises. Techniques that cause conflicting vibration can also dampen their senses, but these can be overcome using techniques.
[c][b]Second Ability - Kitsune no Yudokuna[/b][c]Utilizing serums, surgeries and alchemical concoctions enhanced with the power of chakra over the course of several years, Kazushige has developed a unique permanent alteration to his Tsukino body, expanding on the fusion between him and his fox with artificial additions to his body. This body modificaton manifests itself in a few different ways:
[spoiler= Weaponized Tail Modification]Kazushige's tails are now prehensile, and as part of their stronger connection to his tenketsu, they are capable of extending and retracting to great lengths through passive chakra enhancement. At a base, they can extend up to [control] meters in any direction with no additional enhancements, however this range can be exponentially increased using specific ninpou techniques. They also operate with Kazushige's [Control] Stat to determine the strength and speed with which they can move and operate, however using them in this way costs a consistent drain of -3 chakra pool.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Poisonous Chakra Modification]Kazushige's stomach has been uniquely adapted to absorb and process poisonous concoctions that contain his own chakra within them, allowing him to essentially imbibe poisons that he has created or infused with his chakra without putting himself in any danger. In addition, doing so enables him to funnel these poisons through his tenketsu and into his very chakra, allowing him to transmit poisons through the use of ninjutsu techniques. After consuming a poison, he can then choose to instill this poison's effect into a technique cast within the next [control/10] posts, causing that technique to gain a sickly green vignette of chakra around it as a visual sign of it's poisonous infusion. Each poison consumption allows him to imbue one jutsu with it's properties, and once used the poison is drained from his system.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Poisonous Tail Modification]Kazushige has undergone a surgical procedure that has connected a small tube to his stomach that flows through his body towards the base of his tails, which then forks out into each of his tails individually, extending all the way to their tips. The tips of his tails have also been modified with small ports that can be opened or closed at will as if flexing a muscle, and these ports are concealed within sharpened metallic tips similar to that of a syringe. This system allows Kazushige to use the tips of his tails as if they were stingers, injecting a target with poison that he has recently consumed. He can only inject a single dose of poison at a time through these tails, and once completed, the poison is drained from his system.[/spoiler]

Additionally, sound is dampened as well, which can make it more difficult to communicate plans through the mist without advanced hearing techniques. A technique used by medical shinobi to deduce what is going on with a patient. They will perform a hand seal and green chakra will cover their hands. From there, they may place them upon a number of patients equal to their [Chakra Pool]/2. Their chakra will travel through the patient at [Control] Speed before coming back to them and allowing the medical shinobi to be able to tell their patients temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and heart rate for as long as they have chakra.

When real latex equipment is not on hand, the user will perform a single hand seal and will focus chakra onto their hands, nose, and mouth to form a thin layer of chakra around them at [Control] Speed and Strength. This chakra will filter bacteria and other particles to and from the user, the environment, and their medical equipment. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

The user will channel the needed chakra throughout their upper body (torso, arms, hands, face) at [Control] Speed. This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest or back. By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to stimulate it as if it was manually receiving CPR.

After focusing chakra into their hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot at [Control] Speed. Wounds can be dealt with one limb at a time and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

The user may channel chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.) in the absence of bandages to sterilize it and is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Wounds covered by this jutsu not only are safeguarded against bacteria but also applied an antiseptic and burn ointment to further provide aid.

The user will channel chakra into their hands and then place them over a group of muscles. Their chakra will spread through the muscle group at [Control Speed and numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will channel their chakra and then make a small incision on the patient before placing their hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, the poison is extracted and contained in a green orb of chakra in the user's palm at [Control] Speed. Once extracted, the liquid poison will be suspended in the containment orb. Their chakra then mutates the poison at [Control] speed and rearranges it into an antidote. This antidote is effective on C-rank or lower poisons and induces immunity to the specific poison the patient was ailed with for 7 posts.

This particularly disturbing technique is typically utilized by medical-nin operating covertly. After obtaining a dead body, the user will channel chakra into the deepest layer of skin to carefully remove the facial skin from the underlying tissue. Once this has been done, the user will focus their chakra into the separated skin before applying it to his/her face. As this chakra makes contact with the user's skin, the skin cells will bond, creating a seamless mask. This new face remains stable for up to three (3) threads before it will begin to rot.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user must make small incisions into the patient and donors' bodies to open a vein. Once the vein has been opened, the user will begin to channel chakra into the donor and the patient at [Control] Speed. The patient's blood pressure will increase and stabilize itself while the donors blood pressure will decrease due to the transfer of blood. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without repercussions such as fainting, loss of sensation, anemia, and death. In the event a donor is not available, the user may act as the donor. This also acts to allow the donor and patient to be a synthetic match so as to not send the patient into shock. This technique does not transfer KKG permanent or otherwise to the patient.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user performs a short set of hand seals and then will gently place their index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift their finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear and hold the wound together with [Control] Strength. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Actions performed with more [Strength] or [Speed] than the [Control] used to create the stitch will destroy it.

The user relies on their knowledge of medicine and anatomy to hide their vital signs. By focusing chakra throughout the body, they will slow their heart beat, lower their temperature, and decrease the amount of oxygen needed while stationary. The user can hold this for [Chakra Pool]/2 and to the untrained eye, they will appear dead.

B-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will channel chakra and then place their hands over the burned area. The chakra works its way to the deepest layer of the burn at [Control] Speed and begins to cool, numb, and repair the area to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. This relief downgrades the burn grade by one tier and numbs the affected area.

The user will channel chakra into their palms before attempting to place them on a target. If cast with 34 [Control] or less, this chakra will slice through thinner body tissues, such as arteries, ligaments, tendons, or veins with ease but cannot slice thicker tissue such as that found around organs, up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. This causes the muscles to grow incredibly weak, resulting in the target losing -3 strength for 3 posts. For each additional post that Kazushige is able to make contact, the target's strength will drop by another -3, to a maximum of -9, and the duration will be reset to 3 posts.[/spoiler]

This simple two part seal is created with the purpose of letting Kazushige know the physical conditions of anyone bearing it. To start, Kazushige places the seal on a target's chest, which is then linked to the parent seal on the back of his left hand. By placing the seal on the target's chest, Kazushige can turn on the seal and monitor their health so long as they are within 100 meters of his person. This seal will tell Kazushige what areas of the body have been damaged, such as if their arm or leg has been gashed, what kind of damage it is such as a cut, contusion or break, and will also tell him how close they are to death on a scale of 1 to 10. This is not nearly as accurate as the Medical Diagnosis technique given the difference in range, but it gives Kazushige the bare minimum knowledge needed to make proper arrangements to save lives.

Instead, upon Kazushige's "Kai", the orb will activate and send a violent shock of lightning through whatever the orb is attached to with [Control] strength, with the intent of causing the target's body to convulse for a moment, creating an opening for a follow up attack.

It's tails are capable of extending to incredible lengths, up to 60 meters, lashing out with [Control] strength and speed to capture and electrocute any that it can get it's hands on. The construct is capable of moving at [control] speed, following Kazushige's mental commands, and can resist hits of up to [control] strength before dissipating into nothing once more. Control of this Jutsu fades after two posts and spans an area 3m wide and up to 25m in length. Direct hits result in long but shallow cuts on the victim's body, covering the whole radius of the techniques point of contact, no deeper than half an inch.

This discipline is an expression of that knowledge, as when he aims to strike at an opponent, he will user his index and middle fingers instead of a fully clenched fist. This method of striking carries all of the same strength of a normal punch in it, but instead of being spread out over the area of a fist, the damage is condensed into the small area that the fingers connect with as they stab forward. This causes intense pain within smaller areas as opposed to the normal pain of a punch. This manner of striking, when combined with knowledge of the human body's weakest points gained from [Medicinal Style • Anatomy], enable's Kazushige to deal incredible damage to an opponent with only a few well placed strikes to key areas.

Kazushige will gather strength in the tips of his fingers before delivering a strike aimed at one of the target's muscle groupings. Upon a successful strike, the muscles within the area will spasm and swell as the pressure point strikes deep into the muscles within, causing the target's strength to drop by -6 until the muscles are healed.

If the opponent moves forward, the user will move backward, if they rotate to the left, the user will rotate to the right. This means the pair will always be exactly distant from each other, creating ample opportunity to respond to any attacks.

Doing so often can throw the opponent off balance or interrupt attacks, creating new openings and more importantly preventing them from getting away from attack.

[center][b][big]History[/big][/b][/center][spoiler=Historical Accounts]Kazushige, like most Tsukino children, was born a fairly normal child in comparison to some of the stranger families and clans that populate the ninja villages. However, from an early age, it was clear that the boy had an inkling for the shinobi lifestyle. He took to chakra like a fish to water, the earliest challenges and tests of the family proving to be little more than busy work for the developing boy. He seemed to be a shoe-in for the Shinobi life, even having no qualms with the prospect of spilling blood or taking life, as he showed no sense of guilt when slaughtering animals for food. However, what he did show was a penchant for the medical - It wasn't about wanton spilling of blood, it was the precision of each cut and it's placement in regards to the animal's anatomy that truly captivated him. It was clear that Kazushige was going to excel not only as a shinobi, but as a shinobi medic. And so the boy was placed into the acadamy, sent through the rigorous programs of shinobi life.
He struggled only slightly with the physical side of things, Taijutsu was clearly not his forte as he was a frail boy who wasn't fond of punches and kicks. But whatever form of chakra weaving he put his mind to, the boy seemed to have no issues with putting into practice with but a moment of focus. Wind, Lightning, Water, even Kirigakure's famous Mist style was child's play. And it was with this that the boy graduated the academy, which lead to his joining with one of the many foxes of the Tsukino family. This change was rougher for him than most other challenges, the pain was admittedly excruciating, but he busied his mind by focusing on all the unique ways he was mutating. It was marvelous, to see the ways the human body could change and adapt... He sprouted ears, fur, and of course the tail of a fox, all because of a ritualistic merging of his DNA with that of the fox's. He could already find himself questioning the limits of such modifications, not just in regards to the Tsukino's foxes, but in regards to all life - What kind of amalgamations could he make, and how could they serve him? As a newly graduated Shinobi, Kazushige is eager to further his understanding of all things chakra, and leave a memorable mark on the village of Kirigakure.[/spoiler][hr]
